As others have stated, it's a zoo in here. However, what a difficult challenge. We were lucky to even find a parking spot. The drive thru line was very long but was moving. The counter line was huge. I went to the bathroom whole my wife stood in line. The bathroom was kinda messy btw. When I got out my wife had already ordered. That's just a miracle how they take so many people's order that fast. We had a hard time finding a place to sit. All staff members were nice and polite. I cant understand the negative post from others. This place reminds me of going to Disney world with the crowds. I originally live in North Charlotte. My mother was have surgery at Novant Health Medical Center. I've always prided Chic Fil A as being one of the last places where the customer service had not yet crashed and burned. This Chic Fil A took me there sooner then I expected. I always order, during breakfast the Egg White Grill sandwich. The sandwich I received through that drive through should have never been served to anyone!! The egg muffin was burnt, both sided. The grill chicken was chard around the edges and lack all or any moisture that may had previously been present. The cheese and the egg were on one accord, the egg as dark as the cheese. I turned around and drove back, to present it to the restaurant with the receipt in hand. The manage stated he would glad replace it. Less than a minute later, he hand me an Egg White Grill Sandwich that was an identical twin to the last one. He did it with so much confidence too. I eventually asked for a refund. What a huge disappointment! This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to! The tables and restrooms were disgusting. The chicken strips and waffle fries were just barely luke warm. When I went back to the counter to tell the worker, he kindly obliged and grabbed me a new box of strips, but then his coworker told him to count the strips and grabbed the box from him, making it seem like I'm trying to cheat them of a chicken strip. I mean common! And then guess what, the new box was even worse, this one was full of broken pieces of chicken jammed into a box. The pieces were just as cold and stale. Hit or miss. Tonight we went to CFA and they weren't selling entrees?!? They said they were only selling meals. Really disappointed. I always ask for well done fries, but can never guarantee you will ACTUALLY get them. Chick fil a is the best fast food chain in the world I take my grandchildren all the time and they always are delighted to go.

Chick-Fil-A always pleases the morning hunger. Spicy Chicken Biscuit with hash browns and a small coffee for $4.59. Yum!! I don't have to explain their chicken. But what makes this place stand out from the rest is the enthusiastic staff. We had a child with us, which one of the staff members came to help with the high chair and getting utensils for us. While we were eating, the manager came by with a cheerful good morning to start the day. And as we finished our meal, the lafy came by again to clear our tables. Such slow service. So very, very slow. The to-go line wrapped around the restaurant, which caused more problems because then the cars that had received their orders couldn't get out of the way of the people waiting for their orders. This is going to be a popular location because it's close to the interstate on an exit full of goodies, and they need to find a way to deal with that so this overcrowding isn't always an issue. I've seen some locations tackle long lines with employees standing in the to-go line taking orders to make the process twice as fast -- maybe this location should consider it, too? read more

This location needs to do a better job with taking orders around the end of breakfast time. With the inside being closed and so many cars being told to wait to drive up, it leads to a customer not being able to order breakfast by 1030. I was in line before the end of breakfast, but by the time I reached the lady taking orders , it was 1030 and I was told no more breakfast orders can be placed. By the way, there was a vacant spot in front of the car that was in front of me. That car should have been told to pull up so other ppl can order as well. I asked to speak to the manager and she did her best to accommodate me by telling me she only had one chicken sandwich and hash brown left. Chick fil a is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant although this location can use some work. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food was generally up to it's usually standard. Service wasn't horrible but the lady who took my order had a slight attitude and was very "short" when answering questions. This location doesn't have nearly as much on the menu as every other chik fil a I have been visited. The lady wasn't helpful when I asked about an item that I order all the time and she simply just acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. One of the things that makes chik fil a great is their incredible customer service which I have immense respect for. This location doesn't have that or at the least not today. I recently had dinner at this Chick-fil-a in Salisbury NC. The food was very good, but the reason why I am writing this 5 star review is because of the customer service. We stopped by on our way home to Charlotte. When we got home, I realized that I had left my purse at the restaurant (oh no!!) I called and SOMEONE HAD TURNED IT IN. Not only was the purse in perfect condition when we returned, but the (quite a bit of) cash was also still there. The staff and the customers of the evening showed great integity. I live in the Seattle area, so I would have been in a mess if I had lost my driver's license also. Don't want to think about it. Traveling through, stopped at this cfa location really craving the ice cream. I ordered food, it was wrong, they had to refund me and redo it, that's fine whatever. It was about 9:10pm I sat down to eat and employee started putting chairs up all around me and they close at 10pm. I thought to myself around 9:35 I better order my ice cream now cause they will probably shut it down too so they can get out early. So I ordered it on my mobile app and went up to get it on my way out around 9:40pm and sure enough they said ice cream machine is already broken down. Sorry we will give you a refund. Awesome. Two refunds, one trip and left with the main thing I really stopped for. If I knew that I would have just kept driving to the next cfa exit. Love cfa but this location was not a good experience. I strongly think that Chick-Fil-A employees, especially young girls shouldn't be standing outside in the cold and at night when it's dark. The 00700 Towne Creek Commons restaurant is located in a bad area in downtown Salisbury. There has been many shootings in the area and a few dead bodies found in close by parking lots in Towne Creek Commons. I have also heard many stories of how management treats their employees regarding where their positions will be, such as being in 30 degree weather taking orders. I personally have experienced this unfairness when I worked at this restaurant years ago. Management should switch out their employees when they work outside, or put their newer staff members outside to train on ipads/money/food runner/etc. management should also bring in employees after dark, being maybe around 7:00. Chick-fil-A Management should be more thoughtful for their employees safety, instead of putting them in danger in a bad part of town. I have personally been through CFA numerous times during the fall at night when it's cold, and seen only young girls taking orders on ipads, they were shivering and complaining how cold it was. Please don't brush this review off to the side without taking consideration of change to the restaurants environment. read more

Food was as usual, but BAD SERVICE. Spouse ordered a number 1 (chicken sandwich) meal - Large. I ordered a 12 pack of nuggets and large drink. **DINE IN** First, the counter person was an apathetic employee. No greeting, none of the (at least) faux cheeriness we've encountered at other stores. Next, I watched as she picked her fingernails as the Dr Pepper was being dispensed into the cup. I was wary, thinking I might end up with a nail clipping in my drink. I took our drinks to the table while Spouse waited where directed. When he sat down, I curiously looked at the bag of food he set on the table. He *shrugged* when I said "uh, dine IN?" Laying the food out on the table, I noticed TWO large fries. With an exasperated *sigh* I checked our ticket. Yup, we *paid* for two large fries when only one was ordered. We ate and left, decided on never going back to that particular Chik-fil-A. Someone from the Winston-Salem, Hanes Mall Rd Chik-Fil-A needs to be sent to the Innes Rd store to show them how to run a better restaurant. Parking and drive-thru are horrendous...just not enough room. Located in a very busy traffic light section, with lots of other restaurants and businesses makes it a convenient place to stop. right off I-85. We have enjoyed all the menu items we have tried. There is enough food for the price, as compared to other fast food places. The staff is always polite, helpful. They appreciate your business. Great Kid area. As busy as they are, they could use a larger eating area and more checkout/order registers during their peak busy times...which I avoid at all cost! I checked into a catered item once. Thought the price was way too high. The two problems we had were resolved quickly with a smile, and items brought to our table. That was a surprise. read more

THE WORST customer service of ANY chick-fil-a I've ever been to and today I ran into a manager (maybe the owner) and he was equally as rude so it doesn't surprise me the staff's attitudes are the way they are. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with the service but today I had time to leave a comment. I placed a mobile order and didn't check in at the speaker 1) because I sat at the speaker for a few seconds and no one said anything 2) because there was a lady and a gentleman (the possible owner) standing outside at the podium collecting payments so I thought maybe I should just tell them. I did receive my order but the ONLY person who seemed interested in helping me was the young lady at the podium. The manager/owner was rude when he walked up to my car and seemed very put out that I didn't tell the lady at the speaker I was here to pick up and the young lady at the window that handed me my food was equally as unpleasant. I understand they were just trying to keep some order in the chaos and I probably threw a wrench in that but there was a better way to speak to me. 2 stars because my order is always right and hot but I've come to expect great service from Chick-Fil-A (especially as a previous employee who was trained to give great service) and this one will disappoint EVERY time. read more
