But when you have a toddler who was literally excited they had fruit cups then to find out they didn't get them, she literally cried. Service and staff here are great. Order a few less wings than you think you want and get a side salad its pretty good. Being from Buffalo im kinda picky about wings but these are cooked very well my only complaint about the food is the put the sauce on immediately after they come out of the fryer and don't use butter. You can tell bc it comes off the wings and makes a soup under them. If they let them rest for 5 mins on a rack so the grease dripped off them the sauce would stick better. I have eaten at Eat Coast Wings many times but this was my first visit to the Salisbury location. The quality of food and service was on par with the other locations I have tried. The hostess greeted us the second we stepped in the door. We were immediately seated. Our server, Sam, approached our table and took our drink orders. She took our food orders and delivered our food promptly. We never sat there wanting for anything. She even brought us two waters to-go. I ordered my usual, five bone-in wings with a side salad. My date ordered the Cali Panini with a side of sweet potato fries. The Cali panini is a healty(ish) option that tastes really good. The sweet potato fries are flavorful and come with a delicious cinnamony dipping sauce. They have many different wing sauces to choose from. I chose the bourbon honey mustard sauce. It was divine! They have good bleu cheese dressing. Sam brought us some celery and carrots before our meal arrived to enjoy with the bleu cheese. The place appeared clean. It smelled clean when we walked in. The restroom also smelled clean and was very tidy. They have a 96.5 sanitation grade. Our entire experience was pleasant. read more

on January 9 around 7:30pm my friends and I went to eat and right off the bat our waitress took almost 15 minutes to get to us but we were pretty lenient since we know that we weren't the only table she had. Once we finished eating and everything we got our checks and wanted to pay we waited 30 minutes and our waitress wasn't back so we decided to pay at the bar, the girl at the bar was really rude she had a stank attitude and talked to us in such a rude way and told us that we had to pay with our waitress, which what she said wasn't our problem it was the way she said it she didn't have to do all that and treat us that way all we wanted to do was pay. The order that my family received upon opening the bag at home was not fully cooked plus just a little sauce (drunken apple) was on the bottom of the to-go container with the uncovered (not tossed in the sauce) not fully cooked chicken wings sat on top of the sauce!!!! The server would come whenever we were low on drinks and fill them right up no charge. Which is good when your mouth is on fire. This wing place also does something I haven't seen before, they let you pick your heat index. Meaning you can get whatever flavor you want but you can make it mild or spicy which I though was really cool. Have you ever had buffalo sauce that wasn't hot ?! We had a basket of wings and fries. Pretty good wings,,I got the hot traditional,,it's a little wired to me they are on the menu as dry rub,,and when I ordered I told them I like mine wet with sauce and she said since I ordered hot they would be wet,,,when I got you could tell they were rolled in the dry rub and then put in about a half inch of really buttered down sauce,,,I now wish I would have just ate them with dry rub,,what dry rub was still on wing tasted really good,,,I will be back and I will try them next time,,, anyway that's my 2 cents,,,I honestly would have gave 3.5 stars if I could read more

I like to go to East Coast Wings because they have one of the better buffalo chicken wraps in the area. Don't forget they have the homemade chips and ranch! Yum! I have noticed over the years that the wrap has gotten smaller, and they stopped putting as much buffalo sauce in the actual wrap which can sometimes leave it dry. Sometimes the chips will come out soggy or just the remnants that can't really be dipped in ranch. Service is a hit or miss. We used to have a waitress we loved but she no longer works there. If you're dining at lunch be sure to tell your server you want the lunch version of whatever you're ordering if it's on the lunch menu, otherwise they'll ring it up as dinner and the price will reflect as such. read more

The main reason I don't go there to eat after the remodel is the chairs. The new chairs are horrible. I now have co-workers that refuse to go during lunch due to the chairs. The first thing that was really a bad omen was I walked in never being in the place I see a hostess stand now looking around I see well one person in the place should I stand there and wait or have a seat somewhere? I look at the menu and I would have to say I would not have given this to a customer it would have been thrown away! Anyway I quickly look over the menu since the name is wings then wings it is please stay true to what you are do not serve Sushi at a place with a picture of wings on the front of the menu.I ask her a few questions about the wings and the heat of the sauce for some reason she was a bit apprehensive to tell me what I asked not sure if she was new or just had not been educated on what he customer may ask. So based on their food, it is pretty decent food. There wings are very tasty and even there sandwiches are very yummy. Now as an employee,i dont recommend getting hired on unless you have the attitude to fit their criteria. I have never in my life been told i was to professional to work at a restaurant or i was too friendly. I can have an attitude! But i like people and i like to be able to be happy at a job i work at. Management definitely needs some self development classes. Not very friendly to new employees. I would like to see them at least crack a smile once and a while.
