We ate the food. Nice bag though!

I've only had takeout so keep that in mind. I've never had Culver's and saw an episode of Last Meal on internet with Terry Crews who said this is a "Top 3 Fast Food Burger." I get it. Butterburger Deluxe with Onion Rings and a Turtle Concrete. The Turtle is not a menu item but we figured it out. Burger was awesome! First off they put the cheese under the patty which just makes sense! They also wrap it upside down. This is the way. If you know you know. No one does these little things. Thick pickles and onion which seemed like they were freshly chopped. Onion rings came with dipping sauce and were very nice. Curds were like the ones at Zaxbys just better. Price point for my family of 4 was very reasonable. This will be our new stop for burgers and frozen custard.

    100 sanitation score! Yes!!!

They don't cook the food until it's ordered. The customer service is always the same... friendly and polite. I always go to the drive thru. When u place your order, they put a sticker on your side view mirror and bring it to your car. The food is good, nice size portions, clean inside and out. What else could you ask for?

This is a great stop for a dessert or cold drink. Service is quick, the staff are pleasant, and the restaurant is pretty clean. The only issue is when you ask for a modification to your order, it will be a coin flip if this is done correctly when this arrives to your table. Parking is ample, and exiting the facility is simple. Watch out for large trucks who cut their turn to late, and end up almost hitting you when you exit.

Visited more than a dozen times. I love the mushroom Swiss burger so much that until yesterday it was the only food item I had ever ordered. I was in a weird mood. Nd saw that they had a newer item-- chili. The better half was kind enough to stop through the drive thru to pick up the fam some grub. She had done trouble with the speaker at the drive thru but our order was correct. Short story--the chili is pretty good, exceeding expectations. Will definitely order again ( in the winter). Custard is always very good. Flavor of the day can be hit/miss depending on personal preferences.

It's okay. Long times to wait for anything you order. I live close by and eat it once in a blue moon.

Most often I stop in after leaving Costco for the custard of the day. They always have unique and attractive flavors and the custard is very creamy. Unfortunately because of the pandemic the dining room has been closed, and the drive-through line is usually pretty lengthy. But it generally moves fast and the staff is always friendly. Hopefully soon you'll be able to order inside again, which would cut down on wait times. I did learn after ordering a butterburger and opening the bag to see that it didn't have any condiments on it - that you have to ask them to add ketchup, mayo, mustard on your burger because those condiments don't seem to be standard. At least they weren't on the burger that I received; but since the dining room was closed, a simple call to the restaurant fixed that issue, and they brought out a new burger with no problem.

I think their burgers are fine with a bunch of fresh toppings but the real draw for me is the custard. Made fresh on site, it tastes awesome! Vanilla and chocolate are the standard flavors but they also have a flavor of the day that rotates. Blueberry cobbler, cookies and cream, rocky road, different each time. Creamy and quite solid and delicious. It's best if you get it fresh and I don't think it needs anything added to it. Today's visit was quick and efficient. All I wanted was a two scoop of chocolate to go. Order at the counter, pick it up a minute later, on my way. Easy! [Review 15627 overall - 3076 in North Carolina - 1131 of 2021.]

With Covid, a bit awkward but food is good and staff goes beyond the norm in food and client safety. Had to go to Mooresville today to check on furniture and make changes on electronic for the new house. Since I had wanted to try the new Culvers, we decided to go there. I have only been to one Culvers before and that was at Carowinds and I did enjoy that one. Walked in and you order at the front counter and they bring it to you. You pick up your beverage yourself. Susan ordered one of the Chicken Sandwiches and I ordered the Mushroom/Swiss Burgers and both of us ordered French Fries. Picked up our drinks and there were no napkins, condiments etc available. Went to find our table and while they had an appropriate number marked off, the remaining vacant had been cleaned with Sanitizer but to the extent that they were flooded and you could not seat yourself or use the table without getting soaked. Found a roll of paper towels and dried off out booth to the point we could sit. Order finally came and when we asked about things like salt and pepper, condiments like ketchup, mustard and mayo and napkins, we had to get from the from counter. Lunch did show up. Mine was OK except the Fries were a bit undercooked. My wife's showed up and was missing the upper part of the bun. Had to go back and retrieve it. Food was good and I understand that Covid is disrupting everything so will review again. Right now, good effort on food safety but it does not translate into a friendly restaurant

I've been to a couple of Culver's locations and I've never had a bad meal there! Their ice cream is probably the creamiest ice cream that I've ever had. And their burgers are always cooked just right! And the people are usually very friendly that work here. Oh, and their restaurants are always immaculately clean! I highly recommend anybody who hasn't eaten here to try it out!

Well the food is good but I'm not sure waiting in the drive in line for over 30 minutes for a Hamburg is worth it.

Dude, this is how a burrito should taste…read more First things first, this is what our order was: - Me, Pastor Burrito - My wife, California Burrito - My son, Chori Pollo Burrito - My daughter, Steak Nachos Holy wow. So first, my burrito... I'm so used to burritos ultimately tasting the same no matter which one I choose, just different meats really. But this one, well, whatever that pork was marinated in just gave the whole burrito a unique flavor and made it taste unlike any burrito I've had before. If I had one complaint about mine? More pineapple. Each bite that I had with pineapple in it was a perfect sweet and savory contrast and I wanted more of that. The California Burrito was enjoyed by my wife and I got to try it as well - completely different flavor from my burrito, which is the way it should be. I'm ashamed to admit that I had yet to have a proper Cali burrito until today and fries belong in a burrito. My son enjoyed the Chori Pollo, though we're discovering more and more that he...just doesn't really like tortillas. That said, he loved the filling. Methinks next time, we go for the Black Bean Bowl, which is essentially the same thing, sans tortilla. Then my daughter... When those Steak Nachos came out, I thought to myself, "There's no way in hell she finishes these..." and this was true, because they were huge and she is small. But just barely true. Only a small amount came home with us and she finished it up as a snack later in the day. When we were eating, she said could almost cry because it was so good. If you look at one of my other reviews, this is apparently my daughter's indicator that something is REALLY GOOD to her. I tasted some too and she's not wrong, these were delicious - the steak, the cheese, the guac, it just all worked in tandem beautifully. I'm guessing this is a family-run business just based on the staff I saw and they just knocked it out of the park with each item we had. Can't wait to try some more the next time we're in Mooresville. Maybe street tacos? Birria tacos? Or even some of those amazing-sounding hot dogs (yes, bacon wrapped hot dogs at a Mexi-Cali joint!)? You want a legit burrito? Come here. No disappointments.

Whoever was at the front about 10 minutes ago (05-18-2026 at 4:30pm or so) lied when confronted…read moreabout the pricing on their Doordash listing versus their in-restaurant pricing, telling me that Doordash charges them 30% to use the service. This doesn't make sense; Doordash charges a maximum of 6% for pickup orders, and we ordered for pickup. I initially questioned their pricing because they charge almost $6 on Doordash for a 3.5oz cup of guacamole, and iirc around $4.30 after tax in restaurant. It was over a dollar upcharge. When questioned he said that it was because of the pricing of the 'best,' avocados (I work at a grocery store; our current cost for one avocado is $0.60, so I find that incredibly unlikely). The man was stammering at the end of the interaction, which further solidified for me that he was being dishonest. All that to say, you shouldn't support a business who is dishonest about the way they conduct their business, especially when they do so in an economy where people are struggling generally; my recommendation is to give your money to a place that doesn't lie to their customers.

This spot is one of 4 remaining locations of a chain begun in 1956 in the Concord area. The number of locations maybe reached 14 or so, rising and falling as spots came and went. There are 2 locations in Concord and 1 in Kannapolis, in addition to this one. This one Is newer and in a little better shape, the other three are worn to the point of shabby. This is as old school drive in as you will find, with curb service, with ordering boxes that you can barely talk thru. The menu has some variety, but this place is about burgers, dogs, fries, Cherry-Lemon Sundrop, or Witch Doctor drink. This place, from reviews, is as inconsistent as the other three - and I've eaten at the other three. We got the What-A-Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles, a Footlong with mustard, chili, and onions, along with FF, a Witch Doctor, and Sundrop. The burger and hot dog were solid, but not spectacular, and the FF were simply awful, cold with no flavor. And yet I enjoyed this experience, the nostalgia raises up the food and the moment. It's akin to having a hot dog at Yum Yum's or Pulliam's, or a burger at The Castle or Beef Burger, or a BBQ sandwich at Stamey's!

Do they have the best hush puppies according to my 11 year old? Also yes. At this point I don't know if I love the idea of this what-a-burger more than the actual lunch we get here once a year, but I come back faithfully and I think my kids would start a mutiny if I skipped it. I love the corn dog, I have the palate of a raccoon if I'm being honest so take it with a grain of salt that I also really like the burger since I get extra pickles. I just really like pickles, okay? I try not to interact with the staff too much, there's a general vibe that they're one bad interaction away from a meltdown and I don't want to contribute to anyone's bad day. This probably seems like a bad review but this place is so drive-in and divey that I feel like Guy Fieri would have a blast hanging out here and it makes me happy. Come try the witch doctor pickle soda if you're brave.
