I visit this chick fil a often because I work right next door, I usually have good experiences as the workers are always nice and fast. Today I stopped by to buy lunch and forgot i hadn't added Apple Pay to my new phone, I told the young lady helping me I'd have to cancel my order because I didnt have my card or cash on me. She pulled out her phone and payed for my meal with no questions asked, she was so sweat and polite about it. Cool Chick-fil-A on the south side of town near South Park mall. Service was pretty quick and there's a big area and a lot of places to sit. Came around 4 o'clock in the afternoon and it was kind of busy, but there was still space to sit. Food was great at this location. They also have a play place for kids. read more

Came here with my son who had just graduated from Air Force BMT. Gina, who helped us immediately recognized my son and let us know that because it was his grad day, his meal was on Chick fil let. She spoke highly of our military and her personality and enjoyment of her job showed through. This made our experience at this restraint the best we have had! There was also an older gentleman who kept coming and check on us. They gave us a free cookie and made this experience the best we have had at a chick fil let and that is saying a lot since we have been to many. This Chick-fil-A is usually consistent on their customer service. I've never had a wrong order at a Chick-fil-A. However I am not writing this review because of a wrong order, it is because of a rude manager. Let me make it clear that the manager did not talk to me directly, rather it was something that he did. While I was ordering my food, I overhear him berating one of the employees. It was something about her not immediately working when she clocks in. Now, I totally understand that employees need to be disciplined when they don't work. But please, do not do that in front of customers. The manager, whose name was Andrew, was very audibly berating the female employee, and was almost condescending and belittling her. This was taking place right behind the register. So I couldn't help but overhear it. The employee seemed very bothered by this. It seemed like it wasn't the first time he had done that. This manager needs better training. To treat employees like that, even if it's out of the eye of the public, is unacceptable. I know what it's like to work in a fast food place; it sucks. This morning I had picked up breakfast for my co worker and myself and when it came time for them to give me the order as I pulled up toward the window to receive the food the girl seemed hesitant to give me the food first so I thought she wanted to scan my phone but then she gave me my drink and then proceeded as if she was going to take my phone. Personally I'm not comfortable handing off my card or phone out of my viewing. She kept saying it's okay I can take it. I responded saying it's okay I'll wait and she then left but seemed very irritated that I simply told her it's okay I'll wait. Meaning one car was in front of me I'd be moving up shortly to receive my food and then can give you the card she came back with just the scanner to scan my app to receive points and then I drove up but had given her the card because she simply still misunderstood but didn't want to be severely difficult then it was my turn to pull forward and I she had already returned to give me my card and receipt. I've never experienced the feeling of how I was treated. My receipt says her name is Elizabeth as the cashier but I'm unsure if that is who took my card or who was inside of the drive through scanning cards for payment. The restaurant was not super busy as it was only opened maybe 20 mins after 6:30am. Severely disappointed in the customer service. Not sure if she was having a bad morning as we all do. But personally I'd like to just make sure management is aware so that another customer doesn't get treated with the same impatience and annoyance attitude as I did. The food was good. Imagine my surprise when I saw what looked like a small worm or caterpillar stuck to my ice!!! Yuck!!! Service at counter was nice but food was nasty and dripping w oil (see photo). I ordered the chicken tender strips but it was badly prepared. CFA is normally all about food quality and consistency. These strips were more greasy & soggy than anything I've evr gotten at kfc, Bush's, churches etc...even worse than Texaco which is surprising for CFA. No crunch or crispiness at all - just drips and puddles. Do they look at the food they serve? Also saw that the inside kids play area was closed off and barricaded by a trashcan. I should have tossed the greasy food in the same trash but instead took it to counter & gave to supervisor who seemed shocked & defensive that someone wouldn't want to eat their grease sponge chicken. The drive thru can be super long but without a doubt you'll have your food within 10 minutes and on top of the speedy service the food is always fresh! This is my nearest chik-fil-a I come here pretty often mostly for my kids meals . The kids chicken nuggets would be missing a nugget or two . I started to pull over in the parking lot to make sure I got my order right . Last time I had their dad pick up their meal and when he gets home an order of six chicken nuggets only had 3 !!
