This location is an embarrassment to the Chick-fil-A name. They just got my order wrong, again! The employees are distracted and not very nice. They look annoyed to be there. I have a friend who works here and says the manager is very unorganized. This location should get a new owner/manager. I don't go often, but I will be driving the extra distance to the Clemson location where they actually know how to do their job!!! I will also tell everyone to avoid this location. read more

Come get your Jesus chicken. It's the best in my opinion but it's not for everyone. Chick-fil-A is a staple in my weekly eat out food. But do not come to this one on a late night weekday because as I've seen countless times, they get a bit sloppy with their food making skills. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a Prepaid mobile order & never got it after 30 minutes. I had to leave so I had to call to get my money back and that took another 10-15 minutes. We go to this location all of the time. Wait times can be long but other than that the staff is always friendly and food is always fresh.

CFA Seneca, SC is an embarrassment to fast food. I've had better service and food at a bad McDonalds.... Ordered a Cobb salad, and got a container of lettuce. Virtually no toppings. Ordered nuggets and they were barely cooked. The breading was not even cooked to a brown color. Mac & Cheese was old and cold. This is a company in decline... And what happened to No Antibiotics Ever? Guess that was just a CFA hoax! Low quality company that has outgrown it's ability to properly manage it's locations. 3.5 Stars. Great CFA chicken and salads as every other location. The spicy chicken sandwich was very tasty, especially after adding some of their honey mustard sauce to it. Fries were also good; like mine dipped in Polynesian sauce instead of ketchup. My fam got some salads which they said were good too. We ordered ahead on their app. Upon arrival entered our parking space number and waited. Must say it was the longest I've ever waited at a CFA. The drive thru was very busy and not moving super fast either. They had high school aged employees running around all over the place, so not sure what was delaying things. This is by for the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I got there well before 10:30 and I didn't get breakfast because it is also the slowest Chick-fil-A I've been in. So at 10:35 I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich. And about 20 minutes later I got a room temperature sandwich that tasted like it had sat out for about 45 minutes. I am usually very happy with the service and food, however today I am very irritated. I ordered a parfait this morning and when I got to my destination I realized they had forgotten my granola (not really a huge deal), but when i pulled my parfait out and seen that i paid clsoe to $4 for a cup on yogurt and 1 strawberry cut into 4 slices and 4 blueberries i was quite upset (mostly due to the picture they have posted of it with loads of fruit). I ended up going back to ask if this is slandered.... Managers reply "yes, ma'am. One strawberry cut in 4ths and 4 blueberries." So, if by some chance you are trying to eat "healthier" in the mornins, or are like me and try not to eat the "bread" due to medical issues.... This is the longest I have had to wait since they opened years ago. The line took 30 minutes just to get food in drive through. They only had one lane open and one girl running the register. I order m food and even order the sauces with my meals. I asked the gurl at the counter, did you get all my sauces and she replied, "yes, they should all be in there". Well guess what not a single sauce in the bag. That's what makes the food better. So I called the manager just so she would know they are checking bags and adding sauces. The lady told me that they were busy and that I should check my bag for my own sauces, I was like, are you kidding me. Like when I order food and ask you if you have my sauce then you should have filled the order accordingly. You don't ask the customer to check their order for sauce's. I can't imagine anyone not liking Chick-fil-A! It's been one of my favorites for many years! There is only one reason I cannot give five stars, and this reason did not exist in the past. In the past, I would say that the service was perfect! I was always amazed at how quickly even a long line in the store would move! Even with a full restaurant, the service was pretty amazingly quick! However, I'm very disappointed that they began to do this online app ordering thing. Because now the wait times have increased to where I sometimes can't get my sandwich for 30 minutes! How sad! In the beginning when this started happening I was clueless, and I asked someone in the store once how was it that I came in the store and ordered my meal, and then people who came in literally 10 minutes after I had arrived got their meal to go before me? And they said well they ordered online! What are used to be really fast service to those of us who actually show up an order, now prevents me from coming sometimes. Horrible Service. Don't go in for breakfast. I sat in my car in the "hold space" with 3 other cars that arrived after me. They received there food before me and I waited 15 minutes. No apologies when I finally got my food and when I pulled out my chicken minis to eat, they were cold and the bread was hard. You all know the food there...chikin' and more chickin'. What I love about this place? It "saved" my life during my 1 week travel trip at Oconee State Park. The restaurant has free Wi-Fi and a super-duper INDOOR playground with a glass door that only opens from inside. Imagine this: your 4 year old can safely jump around, climb, make friends and scream her head off w/o bothering anyone....and I can keep an eye on her while working on my blog and surfing the net. The hearty milkshake and always delicious chicken sandwich are just a bonus....all for about $6! And by the way the place is right across from Wal-Mart so you can replenish on your camping, hiking and food supplies before heading back to the cabins. What else can you ask for? read more

Very rarely do I leave a bad review but today I have to. The past two times I've come to this location something has been wrong. I know it's busy but I want what I order and pay for. Weeks ago I ordered nuggets and got strips. I was told I would receive a coupon and it has yet to arrive. Today I ordered a sandwich without pickle. I received a sandwich that had a soggy gross bottom bun because they just took the pickle off. I didn't get to enjoy my lunch because the kitchen staff wants to cut corners. Diasppointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. We we're there around 3:30 and restaurant wasn't busy. Tables needed cleaning and floors needed sweeping when we first sat down. Stayed 30 minutes, no tables cleaned, no floors swept and trash was over full. Peach milkshakes were good though!! read more
