So our order arrives - rather partial order. Only 1 of the double burger special arrived, and the "order of fried mushrooms" contained 9 mushrooms total, and these were not large by any stretch. For $10.75?? Good grief. We decided to split the one order of the burger special as we had waited close to 35 minutes already. To be fair, the burger was good, the fries that came with it were sparse but good. The mushrooms - meh. Oh and at the plastic cutlery dispenser station - out of forks and knives. That twerking practice must be oh so important.... The live entertainment was good though - just one guy who knew a lot of songs, and was doing his absolute best to play some requests. Entertaining, great sense of humor and sounded good - kudos to him. Net net, not interested in a return visit - certainly didn't expect a 5* or even a 4*, but this place had too many things just not up to par.

Visited this establishment for the first time today. Fast and polite service. Very clean including the restroom. Pricing was fair. Most importantly, the food was outstanding. All food was cooked perfectly including the entrees and sides. Even the kids devoured their meals. The name World Class Burger is a great fit for this restaurant. read more

What arrived was a smoky, unusual burger with bacon, fried pickle slices, melted cheese and a general sense of indulgence that still worked even without the bun, and it was tasty in that satisfying, slightly messy way that makes you feel like you made the right call. Mrs. K. said her fish sandwich was good, simple and well prepared, exactly what she wanted after a long drive. Her sweet tea (again, welcome to South Carolina) was refilled, which is a sign that she's enjoying it. Rigsby's feels like a place that's trying hard to be family friendly and energetic, the kind of local chain that wants to be the dependable neighborhood option for burgers, wings, and a little bit of everything.
