These Burgers and fries have to be the worst in Seneca. Fries were cold and stale. Could not eat them. The single cheeseburgers were cold and soggy with grease. The only thing I tasted was salt. Chocolate Frosty was the only thing good in our order. Major Quality Control necessary. I doubt we'll ever go back to this location. read more

The service was kind and the atmosphere was fine. The meal of misfortune was great! Everything was hot and delicious. The sauces were kinda weird and the fires were scalding hot, but that might have been the sauce. The frosty was good but there was too much syrup in the bottom of the cup. read more

My first time in this Wendy's. Also, my first time with a Wendy's breakfast. However, this review is solely to brag in Issac. Wonderful customer service from this young man. Girl in the picture posted also was rude when i told they made 2 of my burgers wrong. She asked for the burgers then in the nastiest tone says "I'll throw these away for you while slamming them in the trash. I just got home and noticed they didn't give me my chili also. Service is lacking. The lobby is dirty and don't get me started on the food. What happened to "Where's the beef" Dave Thomas would be ashamed. Step it up Wendy's! Though I'm rolling in dough, I love the affordability Wendy's brings with its five-dollar bag of food. You get just enough to want more. The drive-thru operator was friendly and courteous, and the food was wonderful. The ambiance in my car was perfect, as well. What's more? I got away with my life, getting back out on the road. The exit to this place is horrendous, so make sure you pay attention driving out and don't become another road-kill statistic. Otherwise, you'll love it! read more

we ordered some nuggets and fries. we had to wait almost 15 minutes without moving. when we finally made it up to the window to pay, the girl working was doing some food prep and didn't acknowledge us, so we didn't know whether to stop and pay or go to the next window. then when my husband asked, she wasn't clear in her answer and we assumed to move forward. then she stopped us and said we did have to pay their so my husband had to get out of the car and pay. when I got the food, some of the fries were slimy and uncooked. pretty gross experience overall. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Poorest quality of service and the food isn't any consolation. It's a rare phenomenon if your order comes out right and isn't missing anything. Third time we visited this store. Everytime there was an issue. This time ordered Taco Salad and reveived saltines instead of tacos. Also ordered large double Baconator meal and received a cheese burger. Staff was polite and courteous but there is obviously a lack of training. Think management needs management. Night time sucks every time I go They get something wrong but it only the night time crew day time they are so good but do not go at night Or you will have messed up food and when you call to complain about it they will give you attitude and put your name in the book and when you go to try pick it up they act like they don't have a book! We met some friends for lunch and decided to try Wendy's. It has just recently been rebuilt on the same location. It is great. New look, very clean and good service. The food was hot and you have a selection of any kind of soft drink from the new drink dispenser. This is a good place for a quick lunch! read more

First of all....Paul ( at the register) was very nice and efficient. I ordered a Baconator Jr with NO mayo or ketchup. I had extra pickles and mustard added. What a disappointment when I got my sandwich and it had both mayo and ketchup on it! I didn't think it was that difficult a request. I took my burger up to the counter and requested another burger. I got my burger and it had no mayo or ketchup! Yay!! BUT.....the burgers were barely cooked, the bacon was dried out hard pieces and the mustard was ALL OVER!!!
