The salad was good for it juts being onions tomato and cucumbers. The club had turkey bacon and cheese it was very good. I do recommend trying McAllister's at lest once . No one was at the front, and I had to call out for someone simply to be acknowledged. Once seated, our server never introduced themselves or provided their name. The floors were sticky and slippery as though they needed to be mopped. After 10 minutes of waiting while no one was in the restaurant, they finally seated us. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup, which arrived lukewarm. The cheese was unmelted, and the soup itself was bland and watery--very much like it came straight from a reheated bag rather than being freshly prepared. The salad bar was also underwhelming, with very minimal options available. To add to the inconvenience, there were no salt or pepper shakers on the table. Overall service was lacking. There was little attentiveness to our table throughout the meal, and it took an unusually long time just to receive the bill at the end. This location has definite room for improvement in both service and food quality.

Then I watched as she carried out an empty dinner bowl to the salad bar against her body cupping her chest. Proceeds to fill up this salad bowl from the salad bar while consulting the menu in her other hand that she carried out too (maybe why she cupped the bowl to her bosom). We were feeling bad for whoever was going to get this salad... (her making a salad without any gloves on and straight from the food that was out on the salad bar) .... Until we saw her bring to our table with salmon on top. Our friend was very gracious. Way more than I would've been. And ate the salad without complaint. The fries were in old grease and gross. Our food had been sitting under the warmer quite a while. It was just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend this location. It's not up to the standards of the chain.

As toppings, I added chopped red onion, shredded carrot, pineapple, mandarin oranges, blueberries, chopped strawberries, chopped beet, blue cheese, sliced avocado, dried cranberries with their in house made raspberry vinaigrette. It was literally one of the most delicious salads I've ever had. I was so stuffed from the generous portion that I didn't need dinner. On my second visit, I got a veggie wrap with grilled chicken, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrot, blue cheese, sliced avocado. I got the in-house buttermilk ranch dressing on the side (and ended up not using it-sandwich was amazing without it). I was asked if I wanted chicken warmed (I didn't) and I was amazed at the skill of the preparer who was able to tightly wrap the ginormous quantity of ingredients into the wrap and halve it. I only ate half my sandwich so I have lunch for tomorrow. Win-win. The black cherry tarragon soda was so good as was the Italian lemon soda. Their soups sounded great as did their desserts.
