I have never been to a chick fil a of this quality before. We stopped by this location en route from a road trip and wanted something easy,light and quick- that was not the case. AMBIANCE: parking lot spaces are tight and limited. Inside, half of the facility is seating with a play area. It DOES NOT have self serve sauce/utensil area. SERVICE: not great. My cashier was not only very slow in taking my orders but had me repeat every item 2-3 times. I was ordering about 5 different items so as you can imagine, this took a very long time. Ex: me:"Can I please have 3 regular chicken sandwiches with 3 large fries?" 3 minutes later-- waiter: "so you want 3 sandwiches? What kind?" Me: "regular." Waiter: "with combo/without?" Me: "without". Waiter: "did you want fries?" This kind of interaction lasted for all 5 items (3 chicken sandwiches, 3 large fries, 1 market salad with 2 zesty apple cider sauces, 12 piece nugget, 2 large waters. I made sure that the order was confirmed. Guess what order came out.... - Not 3 but 1 chicken sandwich. - not 3 large fries but 1 large fry + 2 small fries - not 12 piece nugget but 6 piece nugget - not Salad + 2 sauces but FIVE sauces. I checked the receipt order and the cashier had FINALLY gotten order correct so I do not know where the mixup was. The workers tried to "fix" this by giving us 2 more medium fries and a random 6 piece nugget + 3 chicken strips. Very very odd encounter. read more

Food: Tea served with less than a scoop of ice. "Side of pickles" is a cup with two extra pickles and an attitude. You have to BEG for a decent amount of condiments. Service: In restroom, a dear old lady walks in and tells an employee she is basically blind and needs help finding the toilet stall. Employee provided her ZERO help. I mean, this poor little lady couldn't see the stall which was directly in front of her and the employee pretended she couldn't even hear her asking for help. The Chick-fil-A's in every other town I've ever been to their drive thru runs flawless. This one is slow as hell!

The drive through at this location is horrible! All of the other locations have a smooth process. The wait was so long that someone's car overheated in the wait line! We were asked to pull forward and had to wait for approximately 10 minutes. The whole drive through process was 30 minutes. If you're in a hurry don't stop. read more

Absolutely disgusting!! There were so many flies!! We stopped on the way to Huntsville and were grossed out. We wanted to stretch our lives so we are in. We moved 3x hoping that if we moved away from the windows that it would improve, but it didn't. There were even flies at the front counter, by the condiments and in the bathrooms. When we mentioned it to the staff they just said they were trying to get it under control. This place should be shut down. Just nasty!!! read more

We LOVE Chick-fil-A, but this branch was a bit off, giving a whole cup of ice with just 2 sips of lemonade before it was gone, a chicken mini was missing chicken and the rest were hard. Please stop having staff stand at the drive thru order area. It's completely unnecessary.

When I'm on the road and need a meal I can enjoy while driving Chic-Fil-A always makes the short list when available. When I saw 4 miles ahead on while driving thru Troy I knew I'd stop even though it was on the left side of 231. The parking lot layout was well executed to move people in and out with dedicated drive thru lanes that don't block parking spaces. The line was long as usual. The employee taking orders on an iPad in my lane was polite and friendly. Despite the number of cars I was served in a timely manner. My food was fresh and hot. My pickle pack was in the bag. An overall good experience commensurate with what I've come to expect from this franchise. The only problem with this location is entering and exiting the parking lot. This is a problem for all establishments In the general area. Getting out of the parking lot took quite a while and is likely the cause of numerous traffic accidents. read more

This is the slowest "fast food" restaurant out there. There seem to be many college aged students working here. They spend quite a bit of time socializing and less time on service. Chick-Fil-A is know for their friendly, super-fast service with an above and beyond mentality. However, this Chikfila falls VERY short of the true Chikfila brand. read more

This CFA usually has really good service. Lately I've become more and more disappointed in their performance. Today particularly I went through the drive thru and the team member on headset was not friendly at all...I ordered a meal (grilled sandwich mean, no lettuce & tomato, add Colby jack cheese) and wasn't asked what kind of drink I would like to go with the meal so I had to bring it up... that was fine... the team member repeated my meal back to me and it was correct. Ready to go to the window. I get to the window and the team member on window reads the order to me and instead of Colby jack she reads pepper jack.. so I politely respond with "I asked for Colby jack". The team member responds with something along the lines of "oh okay, I'm sorry about that. We'll get it fixed". They send it back to get it fixed. They sent up a new one and gave it to me. When I get home there's no cheese on the sandwich at all. It's a small detail in an order but it's an additional cost to add cheese. I would have just rather had one with pepper jack than no cheese. I've been coming to this CFA since it's opened and it just progressively getting more careless and workers don't seem excited to be there.
