This store cheats you out of portion sizes. We ordered a quart of ice dream and got a lot less than a quart. I have ordered at other locations and got full quart. When I called the manager on duty about it she said they are told not to pack it solid. Now if you went to the grocery and purchased a quart of ice cream and opened the lid to find it 3/4 full you would not be happy. There is no reason Chick-fil-A is any different. I live close to the outlet mall so this is my Chick Fil A. It's always consistent as most CFAs are. One issue that needs to be addressed is the parking. For the 2nd time in the last week and a half I've had to park in the outlet mall parking because their lot is full. When I get in the restaurant there's like 4 tables full. So clearly the employees must be taking up all the parking. This needs to be addressed by management/owner as this happens all the time. This is not the best customer service. Also 2 of the front spaces are reserved for the chick fil a delivery cars. Not sure this sets the best example either. read more

I will NEVER do business with them again. Service has gone down tremendously, five workers are behind the counter, but dining tables are uncleaned, and trash is everywhere. Twice I did their rewards program, and they did not put the supposed reward sandwiches in my to-go bag, but the points were deducted. I live closer to the Exit 20 Chick-fil-a, which is honestly notoriously busy/backed up in the drive thru. I always get amazing amazing amazing (!!!) service at both, but tonight this one went above and beyond. I was waiting in the Drive line and there was a long line of cars in front of me. Got off of work in the morning, and wanted some Chick-fil-A, and I was going to pick some up for my wife too. It was around 8:00AM. I ordered verbatim " i'll have the number one with a medium sweet tea and the number two with a medium sweet tea." i paid, no problem went. This is where I come for Chick Fit A if I'm in the mood for fast food. I always go through the drive through because...well I'm just too lazy to get out of my car....I've never had any problems with any of my orders. I usually stick to a #1 combo which is the classic Chick Fit A sandwich with waffle fries and a sweet tea. You know you gotta judge a restaurant by how good their sweet tea is and Chick Fit A has got the Sweet Tea magic! They keep the drive thru humming and spinning even during busy morning commute. I think the people that work here are extremely courteous and well trained out of all the fast food chains out there. You got no complaints from me here. Keep up the good work guys. read more

I wish they would salt their fries a little more and make them crispier but that is just a personal preference. (Also could be the days I go?) *Full disclosure real quick: I've been a basic team member with a different company store a little ways away. Take review as you will. Especially for a new store, this Chick-fil-A doesn't disappointed. Talking food, Chick-fil-A the company is elevated fast food, home of the chicken sandwich. If you're unfamiliar with it, they primarily serve chicken entrees, such as sandwiches, salads, nuggets etc. For Lent this particular location also serves a fish sandwich combo. The fried fish sandwich was decent, nothing fancy, but still good, particular for a place that doesn't usually serve fish. Fries were tasty, hot and salty. Drink-wise, this location has Cherry Coke, Root Beer and PowerAde in addition to standard sodas, lemonade, and sweet tea. I didn't have ice cream or a shake at this location, but it's probably similar to others. The service was great with no problems at all. Cashiers were very friendly and at least two people came to my table to see if I needed anything. Didn't expect less, but as always was pleasant. Quality and service are reflected in the price, as it's not a dollar meal store. While combos are on par with McDonald's and Wendy's, there aren't any meals in the Taco Bell deal meal or $1 burgers range, though quality is much better. #1 combo with drink comes in a little under $6 and the salads are about $7 by themselves. Almost all chicken can be ordered grilled, but with new grilled(delicious when tried at a different location; haven't had here) it's a tad more expensive. The building itself was huge, very clean, and much newer looking than most Chick-fil-As. It looks small from the outside, but there is room inside and out on the patio. It's located right in easy walking distance of the mall, and parking was fine. That said, I wasn't there during a weekend rush so it's possible parking might get dicey. -Quick side note, it does have a two-lane drive thru, but only exit out of line once you're in is at the end. If you're pressed for time you might have to wait. Additionally, it's a new store, and so far I've only eaten there once. We'll see in the future. If you're familiar with Chick-fil-A, none of this will be much of a surprise. Service is big and quality food is emphasized, and this location lives up to it. *if you're traveling with a big party or during lunch rush, Ridgeway has a much bigger standard dining room than most on the interstate. Chastain and other Woodstock are smaller and the Towne Lake is a little off the highway. read more

One of the best managed Chick-Fil-A's in the area. Always delicious, hot, and fresh food and what I love most is the friendliness of the staff. It also makes it comfortable for me to eat when the employees make sure you have everything you need, that the restaurant is swept and tables clean. Employees are always courteous to take your tray even, at times. Now that's service that I will keep coming back for! Tip: use your Chick Fil A app here!!! The service is usually great. I go in the mornings for a bible study once a week and I eat dinner there sometimes as well. Today I decided to go through the drive through and I had ordered a number 7 with large fries and a large drink. I go to the window, pay and she hands me a norma size sweet tea. I then let them know what I wanted and they fixed it right away. No big deal everyone was very nice about it. Then, I get home and find the "large" fry they had changed out for the medium that was originally in the bag had just as many fries as the medium. I'm just glad they did not make me pay for the up-charge as they had already made me pay before I found out the mistake. It's Chick-fil-A! What's not to love?! :) We always get great service here, super friendly staff and I never get our orders wrong. So many good young people work at Chick-fil-A as a whole ,and this one is no exception. They are extremely polite, focused teenagers.:) My one and only complaint Is that ,though they were understandably busy, these teens are out in this BRUTAL Georgia sun taking orders with their handheld computer. That's fine, but it's SO hot and I don't see a drink/sunscreen for anyone of them. They do have umbrellas but they're not really standing under them, due to taking orders so quickly .One gal was so stressed about there being such a space in between the cars that she kept asking me to move up because they get in trouble if there's too much space between the cars.
