The customer service is also consistent and it's not good. During this most recent time, my husband was confirming our order at the window because we thought she left something off. She slammed the drive thru window shut without answering my husbands questions and then came back with a new total. She added extra sauces that are .25 cents each that we do not ask for. Then when she handed my husband our bag of food, half of the fries spilled out in to our car because the bag was not stable and she handed it over so poorly. Me and my dad asked for two three piece chicken meals each with mashed potatoes and hash browns. We waited for at least 15 minutes for our food inside. The meal could have been easily made right in front of us, but the workers proceed to just sit there and yell to the back of the kitchen, "Hows that gravy going," knowing good and well that our meal could've been made in less than five minutes. The lights in the back were turned off and there were paint buckets and building materials laying around at one of the tables. I have to say that some of the customers coming through this Bojangles have a level of entitlement that is beyond my level of comprehension. Instead of calling ahead and ordering food for your party of 50 people, you go and order at the drive thru. Susan, you should have planned ahead and it isn't the employees fault that you did not. Also you aren't their only customer, they have people ordering online as well- you are not special nor will you get accommodations, you are wasting their time! Do not have your passenger shout their order over yours in the drive thru, no one can hear you. Take your time, process what you want and tell the driver what to say into the speaker. It's literally a speaker that can't hear you clearly. Control yourself, do not yell, don't be that jerk or shove your phone in their employees' faces to show them the order you are picking up. They are well aware of what needs to be done and they are doing the best they can given what they have to deal with constantly. I'm pretty disappointed in some of my fellow Woodstock neighbors. It costs you nothing to be nice and patient. I'm also really grateful for the nice customers that come through. You make a huge difference in those employees' day! This is my favorite location" until I head off to the next one and so forth...so I'm going to go out on the limb and say "wow, this is my favorite location!" A typical representation for the chain. The food and service is good and we swing by this location regularly on our way to or from Woodstock and points north. I do appreciate that the condiments such as jelly and honey are where the customers can get them. Other franchises we have visited hide them away and are stingy in their control, so it's nice that we don't have to wait for an employee's attention and then have to beg for them. read more

I stopped by the Woodstock Bojangles on 92 for dinner today and ordered a two piece white dinner. After reaching the drive thru and paid, I had to pull forward and wait for a new order to be cooked. After some time the attendant brought my meal out and I headed home. I then prepared to sit down at the table to have dinner but then found that it was a two piece dark meal. I then put everything back in the bag and went back to the restaurant to have my meal corrected. The attendant reached over the counter took the old meal back and prepared the right pieces. I then asked for the receipt and he went to get the manager. The manager didn't show any empathy at all about the issues I had to endure (receiving the wrong order and having to return to the restaurant). Four days before this, I stopped by for dinner again. I went in and found three attendants at the drive thru and one at the main cash register.
