Good quality ingredients with the option to get your salad chopped and mixed. So many dressing choices. They moved their dry toppings over to where other hot meals are: soups, etc and i think it made more sense having them where they used to be-on the same counter as the rest of the salad ingredients so that you could get them seamlessly mixed in without having to get back in line.
