Do not buy from this business. I purchased the Paizo Pathfinder Pawns Bestiary Box on 8/15/19. I received a shipping confirmation email on 8/18/19 stating that my product would arrive in 2-6 business days. On 8/28/19 I made my first attempt to contact Chickadee via their online contact form. No response. I called them the next day, 8/29/19 inquiring about my order. No response. I attempted to contact them again on 8/30/19 via the contact form. No response. As of 8/31/19 I have yet to receive a response or my product. I ended up having to dispute the charges on my credit card in order to get a resolution. Chickadee is untrustworthy! I placed an order for a piece of camping equipment on 9/4/2020. I got an email confirming my order and the next day an email that the order was shipped out and tracking information would be sent. By 9/8 I still hadn't gotten any further information. In the end I never got to speak with anyone, only 2 unreturned voicemails and 2 emails that were never responded to. Today I got my order. It is usable, with repairs but damaged and missing parts. It's fixable I think but I paid $60 for a damaged item. Probably why they wouldn't respond because they knew it was damaged and defective. I will try to fix and keep the item but these guys are a piece of work. My advice don't do business with them. read more

I ordered from their website, 2 days later the order was processed as I received the email it was processed and my credit card was hit, 2 minutes later I received an email stating the product​ is out of stock and they were refunding my order. 3 weeks later, no refund pending on my credit card, they won't​ answer their phones, won't call me back, and won't respond to their contact form on their website. Joel the owner of this company is a fraud. He uses 3rd party vendors and makes commission of the sale so when orders go wrong, both the buyer and the vendor lose out. The only solution to get a refund is to report it to the credit card company for a chargeback. read more

As others have noted, this company lacks integrity and has poor customer service. I received an entirely different brand of product from what I ordered and the clothing item I received was sold and labeled as a 2x but TINY. Disputing the issue with PayPal resulted in an offer to refund my money upon return at my expense. And a counter offer for partial refund I proposed was denied by the seller. I rarely find cause to complain about my online purchases, but selling one brand and delivering another is fraud. I have reported as fraud and also submitted review on BBB to hopefully keep others from dealing with this company. Very disappointed in this company, and I guess I will in the future stick with Amazon for my purchases, since they have excellent customer servers and fair refund policies. Placed order 12/14 with overnight shipping. But turns out this sloppily run store was out of stock on BOTH of the items I ordered. They are "refunding" my purchase, but it's a little bit too late for that. I purchased a game for a birthday gift and although it arrived on the very last day of the promised delivery date, it was too late for the birthday. The item was in an obviously used condition, wrapped in old newspaper and not sealed. Since I'm going to be late giving the gift and Amazon now has the same game in stock, in a new condition, I went ahead and ordered it on Amazon prime at less than half the price I paid Chickadee Solutions. I want to return the used game and will even pay the postage and a restocking fee but there is no return label, no reliable return address on the package and they have not responded to my e-mail request on where to return my purchase and get a refund. read more

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star but that is necessary to submit this review. First off, I am not one to complain as I always give the benefit of the doubt, however in this case it doesn't apply. I placed my initial order on July 29th with detail of two day shipping. After a few days with not only my 2 day shipping not yet confirmed but at this point not even an order confirmation email was sent. I gave the so called benefit of the doubt and waited an additional few days and still nothing so I thought I would call. Surprise! No answer and a pre recorded direct voicemail to what seems like a personal cell phone. Left a message, no reply. So I thought I'd email to check status....no reply. After attempting this roughly 6xs via email and voice I began to wonder if I was ripped off. So at this point we are into August 5th with no response whatsoever I decided to check my credit card. Lo and behold it was processed on August 1st and withdrawn on August 3rd. Funny to take payment when order hasn't even been processed. Finally we are at today's date of August 9th and still no response but they have not only processed our credit card but cleared funds days ago. I made a final attempt to email and finally got a response which I should've received several days ago stating they don't have the item and will be refunding my card. Seeing as tho it took 10 days to get this answer I can't imagine the length it will take to get refunded for an item that never ever shipped! If I didn't constantly follow up I certain I would still be waiting. This could have been solved very easily by contacting us with a simple, "we are working to fulfill your order but it may be delayed" etc. and never should my card of been charge until the goods shipped! That's standard online merch ordering 101. It saddens me that's to make such review, however this company lacks professionalism and customer service all together and needs to stop advertising items in stock and charging customers with orders that clearly can't be fulfilled. It took them a full 24 hours to send me an email canceling my order because they were out of stock. They provided no information about when they would have it in stock again. Their website says if you order before 2:00 pm you will receive your order next day and this order was placed before noon. Sent them an email and received no response.
