Sending packages at this time of year can be an awful experience. I needed to send something and a friend from work suggested I go to Postal Center USA. Well, I have to say this place is awesome! The woman working there was helping the lady in front of me and she went above and beyond to help this elderly lady get her package sent in the most economic way. She opened, repacked and saved the woman about $50 quickly and pleasantly! When it was my turn the lady working there apologized to me for making me wait. I told her waiting an extra 10 minutes was no problem after watching her be so kind and considerate to the previous customer. read more

I feel compelled to write this review for the outstanding service I receive every time I go to the Postal Center in Rochester NH. I would love to see this business recognized by the merchants' association for its continued outstanding customer service and appreciation for its customers. I have had the ladies that work there tell me that they would be more than happy to put stamps on my envelops (22 Christmas cards) so that I wouldn't have to take the time to do so, they have packaged Christmas gifts for me -gotten bubble wrap envelopes off their shelf to put my gifts in and even added extra bubble wrap for me for added protection. She was so helpful and kind to make it happen - she exhibited great customer service and was approachable to listen and help with a request that worked for her and myself! Postal Center USA in Rochester is a fantastic alternative to putting myself through the torture of the Rochester post office, since every time I walk into the post office I'm greeted with glares and horrible attitudes from the employees. So I went there today cause is closer to my house than the post office. Their service stunk !. First of all the lady was on her cellphone and didn't bother to hang up at all. Second of all I am pretty sure she charge more for my package. $25 for a small package that weight maybe 5lbs, form NH to the Midwest is way too much. I was stupid enough to pay for it ( I was just having one of those brain dead days ) so I urge all of you not to fall for it and ask questions. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there again !!!, I would drive the extra miles to the post office next time. read more

I have had this on my mind since I left the Postal Center in Rochester, NH yesterday. I feel that the lady behind the desk deserves my taking the time to write this review. Each time that I have gone to this postal center, this lady has gone "out of her way" to be helpful. When I walked in yesterday, I had some clothes to be returned from a retail store, but I didn't have a packaging bag to mail them back in. When I asked her if she had a bag I could send them back in, she came out from behind the counter and chose a bag for me to mail my items back in - rather than tell me "they're over there and point to them." She also kindly put the shipping label on the package to be mailed and put the rest of the packaging information in the bag for me. I am recognizing this lady at the Rochester Postal Center because I want her to know that how you treat your customers is indeed appreciated, and I want everyone else to know what a great business woman this lady is!
