Then she asked me to resend the birth date and death date to be included on the window decal....... all of this was included in the information that I initially sent to her when she said she had everything she needed. I called her three times this week and left a Facebook message on the company's Facebook page. She responded by saying she has no knowledge of my order. All of my plants died within 5 days, and when I talked to the manager, I was basically told that once you pay, they're yours. Those plants are goners that look okay used to get people's money! If you don't know much about plants, don't waste your money here. You'll end up with no plants anyway. Save yourself the time, the effort, and the money. I bought plants from Nursery Barn around the same time, and they're still healthy and blooming. I'd rather drive a few extra miles than buy from this place again.
