I guess the anchor store would be a Fresco Y Mas supermarket. Along with that there is a pawn shop, a Goodwill, a post office, a Chinese restaurant, a luncheonette and more. I would not recommend coming here to walk around and Window Shop, but there are worst places to come to to get your basic needs.

There's a First Watch, boba shop and a newer Ramen shop that came here last year. They have a good amount of dining options in this area. I usually come here for the boba place, or the Happy Lemon boba on the other side of the shops (on the Tijuana Flats side).

While I haven't been to the stores, I have eaten at many of their restaurants. Some of the great restaurants include The Whiskey, which had some nice hamburgers and whiskey related drinks with occasional live rich and roll music, Thai Thani, which has nice Thai food, and Ruth Chris, a great high end steakhouse. However, my favorite restaurant has to be Mosonori, which just opened recently. From the same owners who does Kabooki Sushi, they make awesome hand rolls with their fresh fish at reasonable prices. While the restaurant is small, it's just amazing! For shipping, I really need to try Wild Forks one day. There are various fountains throughout the place, with many viewable in restaurants with outdoor seating. The centerpiece is the one in the center when you enter the strip. It's grand and gorgeous! Parking can be difficult during the nights and weekends, when it gets crowded. It's best to valet if your restaurant offers it during that time. I am glad this shopping strip is not to far from my parenting house. It's very close to Dr Phillips, has plenty of restaurants, and is gorgeous with their fountains. My only gripe is that the sprinklers always seem to be on when I trying to go to the gym. LOL

Oviedo, Florida has grown considerably in the last several years and the shopping plaza is an extension of that growth. I can remember when Oviedo was little more going to sleepy little town located on the edge of Orlando and was best known for the chickens that wandered the streets. It is certainly not that sleepy little town any longer and, as I said, the shopping plaza as a reflection of that growth. I give the shopping plaza five stars.

Located within the Winter Park Village, attached directly to the Tommy Bahama clothing store, this restaurant can be easily spotted right in the center of the shopping plaza. There was plenty of parking in the surrounding area and valet parking was available close by. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and brought to the patio area to meet my party. This restaurant only has indoor seating at the bar, tables are set outdoors underneath the shaded patio. This restaurant has a decent sized menu specializing in seafood! For starters, we had the Corn Dip and Steak Flatbread which were both flavorful and were a great sharing size! For my entree, I opted for the Grilled Shrimp Chopped Salad which tasted super fresh and was very filling... which totally caught me by surprise as I tend to not order salads at restaurants because I always end up hungry afterwards lol. Our server was amazing! She was very patient and super knowledgeable of the menu. Now as for the value... I will say that this spot is a tad bit more pricier...but honestly I didn't expect anything less because of the area we were in. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at this restaurant and definitely will be back soon to try the other items on the menu!
