They do not listen told them my order a few different times and still got it wrong then packed the food all in one bag that broke

First time visit to this location. The crust on the chicken tenders was half gone. They wrote in marker on the mash potato cup, and sat both of my rolls on it so that the bottom of my rolls were cover in sharpie. Really gross. Then the last bite I took of one of the tenders had bone it. Fist time I've ever gotten a bone in a chicken tender. Wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. read more

I am very disappointed in this establishment very slow service..food is horrible and seen a roach that ruined my appetite.. Was going to talk to a manager but the employee I asked pointed to this lanky guy who was one that was disrespectful and stood around doing nothing and said that's our GM.. As usual this restaurant can't get right. We ordered a 16 pc family meal with the three sides and rolls. Not a huge order. We get home and notice the rolls aren't there. Not a huge deal but this sort of mishap is regular. But today while waiting at the pickup window, the idiot with the red Batman tattoo on his left forearm was saying, ( and I quote) customers are Weird and disrespectful and they always leave before they Finnish ordering. He then looked at us and said, oh but not u guys. He continued to be rude and have a full blown conversation with other employees while we waited for our food to come out ,with the window wide open, about nonsense that was super unprofessional and inappropriate. This final straw has changed our minds about visiting this establishment every again. If ya can't be professional and especially if you can't work at a Fast food place correctly then maybe you should dig dirt. That's kinda hard to mess up and you don't have to worry about customers. But obviously making fast food correctly is a struggle for you. read more

Worst chicken express in the area I've eaten. Got a 30 pack family meal and a large tea earlier today around 4:30, to go. The tea was watered down and the chicken strips taste like a salt shaker was dumped into them. What the hell chicken e? The tea usually tastes great (from the Cleburne location, and the Joshua location and every other location except this one) and I don't want a salt lick for chicken, both nasty at the Joshua location. Oh and I found what looked like a WAD of black pepper in the mashed potatoes. Who mixes this this stuff there? Do You have a staff of blind monkeys making food there or what? Thoroughly dissatisfied and very disappointed at this location. Won't be ordering ever again from the Burleson chicken express. read more

Read up people! chicken express uses high amount of MSG to preserve the chicken when it's being processed I would recommend not feeding this kind of junk to your loved ones. Unfortunately almost everything on the menu contains saturated fat ,and Trans fat thus establishment has one of the worst ratings in all of dfw again don't eat here find a better place for your chicken craving! We came by to dine in at Chicken Express which I've never done before. Usually we just pick up, but this time we decided to stay in the dining area. Honestly, I don't expect employees to be nice or helpful at fast food places, but the staff here was very nice and helpful. The ice machine was out and they brought ice to our table and helped us fill our drinks. The service was fast and the food was good. read more

I don't mean to call out this chicken express particularly, but I wanted to make it known I am in love with their Serendipity( hot salt) and I think they should start selling it by the bottle. I am posting it one this review because this is the town chicken express opened in so I assume it's the first chicken expressed opened and I hoped it would reach some sort of upper management seeing as it is impossible to find anyones email of any sort of importance to contact. Bone in chicken is horrible, bland and tasted of flour, tea tastes over boiled and chicken liver was bloody, will never go back

We live in Colorado so no Chicken Express. We visit or kids and always go to Chicken Express for lunch. Our favorite is Midway Market Chicken Express, 18221 Midway Road in Dallas. The manager, JC Campodonico, is amazing! The restaurant is clean, and JC and the employees will do everything to please you. The menu is great as well. Then, after a Birthday dinner, JC brought ice cream to finish a great time with the family. OK corporate. So by far the worst ever chicken I have ever ate in my life the staff was exceptionally rude and didn't care about what was wrong with it when I called they said too bad not my problem and when I tried returning they said I have to pay again never will I ever go back to this one the location in Joshua is way better so if you eat this go to joshua worst chicken in the world from this place read more

Nasty! Worst meal I've had in a long time! Fries were cold and old, chicken was undercooked, just really bad! Will never return!

This is my first time to eat in the actual restaurant. I go to order my food and the girl behind the register is rude and has attitude. We order our food and she tells us they are out of chicken strips so it's a 6 min wait. Okay that's fine. We go to get our drinks and there is no sweet tea. They are also out of that? And catfish? We go to get our straws. Also no straws? I go and ask for straws and the what seems to be the manager asks the rude cashier to get us some straws. He then says why are there no straws the girl snaps back um cause they ran out? Then she stands there to argue with the manager and a customer at the register. She finally hands me the straws and then goes back arguing with the manager. The dining area is a mess and all we can hear is the manager and this girl arguing about everything. I am completely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. read more

Im giving this place 2 stars. I came here every single day and i never had any problems. The sweet tea was always amazing and occasionally the rolls were a little on the cold side but these past two days have made me never want to return to this location. I ordered a dozen rolls (family) and the first thing they do is charge for two sets of 6 rolls. When at joshua chicken express the dozen rolls are $3.75. So why am i being charged $5.20 for a dozen rolls. Then i order two sweet teas and they taste like sewage. It was unsweetened and i just managed to keep quiet. But when i ordered my dozen rolls i asked for butter. What did i get? 12 cold doughy rolls smushed on top of eachother crammed into one box. Did i get butter?? No!! I also ordered a cherry pie. They told me i had to wait ten min for it to cook or i could have apple instead. No thanks. Nevermind. Why cant they make more cherry pies ahead of time if you are running low in the first place. Then when i called the manager after i left, she offered a replacement order for me and that made me feel a little better. But when i came back the next day to retrieve my order, once again my sweet teas were unsweetened piles of liquid and instead of my dozen rolls being replaced i get 7 FREEZING COLD ROCK HARD ROLLS. NOT MY DOZEN. and guess what. No butter. AGAIN. i loved this location and was an every single day loyal customer but now ive decided i no longer want their rolls or business. Sorry guys but you should seriously learn some customer service skills and know how to replace orders youve gotten for three days straight. Smh. Now i know better. read more

The Burleson chicken e is the worst one I've ever been too. I don't know why they even have a menu, because no matter what you order it's going to be wrong. And zero customer service, was flat out told by the so called district manager, odd she working the lunch rush, that it's my fault I got the wrong order because I must have ordered wrong. Very fast service at Chicken Express of Burleson, however, there was no gravy on my order of mashed potatoes and then the mashed potatoes tasted really weird and had a very strange texture. Kind of like grits. Weird. Called the manager. He stated that he was training new people and there were lots of mistakes being made. I just wanted them to know what was going on so they weren't subjected to horrible criticism and worse. I was nice. It was gross. Please work on training and supervising your employees.
