She was very welcoming and warm. Amy let us know what's best on the menu and the space level that my mother wanted was probably a bit too spiced but she didn't listen to Amy and of course needed another drink to calm her down, lol. The crab was sweet and we asked for our shrimp to be cleaned for a small price (you can have it cleaned and headless). We also ordered egg, potatoes, and sausage which is sold separately. Must visit! I was checking out some food reviews on Yelp for seafood and came across The Crab Station. I went in the middle of the week before the evening crowd. I ordered the crab fingers with potatoes and boiled eggs. The potatoes were not fully cooked so I sent them back and ordered the fries. I had a margarita to wash everything down. The crab fingers were soaked in a sea of oil and garlic served with a few slices of toasted bread. The crab meat wasn't as tender as I'd hoped. The eggs didn't have any flavor so looks were deceiving since they came lathered with sauce. The margarita and fries saved the day. The price was reasonable but I wouldn't go again. read more

Ambiance- TVs around the restaurant, bright & fun environment. Plenty of seating arrangements can be made itch their set up. So whether dining alone or with a group of friends there's room for everyone! Attentive staff, everything we ordered was pretty good. Orders weren't consistent but they were fixed as soon as we brought it to staffs attention. I think it's just first week hiccups and will all be worked out. They do have high chairs for little ones. I visited The Crab Station at 9608 Red Dirt Rd, Fort Worth, TX, and overall the experience was just okay. The food was decent--nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out. The crab was cooked fine, but the flavors didn't really wow me. The portion are small, I know it is crab but there other restaurants with generous portions for about the same price. We ordered two margaritas and they just were pure syrup so don't get the fancy looking ones. - stick to the original house margarita. The service was also okay. The staff was polite, but not especially attentive, and the wait time felt a bit longer than expected. As for the ambiance, it was pretty average. The place was casual and clean, but nothing about the atmosphere really stood out or added to the dining experience. It felt more functional than inviting. Not a bad spot if you're craving seafood and nearby, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to return. read more

I'm trying to understand how they cook the food. We ordered a boil and it came out in 10 minutes if that. I have been to other locations and they take way longer to cook your food fresh. The food was great flavor but was it fresh... Our waiter seemed new to serving, he did check on us but whenever we asked for things he seemed confused on the simplest things. Took forever, they said the hush puppies were not good ( I suppose bad order) they brought our crab after waiting at least 30 min and said they had no tools to use on crabs because there was a big party. I've been wanting to come here for a couple months now. One night I came and they had a notice on the door for unpaid rent so I left but a couple weeks after I passed by again and they were open. So I decided 03/27/2026 I'd come here for a little self celebration for my graduation but the service was VERY underwhelming. My mother in law order a chicken salad but when it came out it was brown lettuce, the chicken was less than a whole breast very sparse, and definitely not indicative of a $16+ salad. What I order happened to be good which was the garlic noodles w/ shrimp so she wanted to get a what I ordered instead of a browning salad. When the manager came to our table he immediately had an attitude and no sense of conflict resolution. I was gonna over look the sticky dirty menus and sticky dirty salt/pepper shakers but after the sticky dirty attitude from the manager I would NEVER spend my money here.
