The cheese curds had a nice crunch, but basically no cheese, they were hallow. Their mac and cheesed used to be favorite on par with Popeyes, but this time was dry, not cheesy, and the cracker topping had no flavor. Their meals no longer come with drinks which is no value whatsoever. They took so many items off their menu, like the wings and changed the sandwiches. They took my favorite grilled cheese chicken sandwich off the menu and got rid of the sundaes. You used to be able to order additional chicken strips as singles if you wanted one more, but that was no longer there either. I could not order a single online and they cashier was also not able to do so. It looks like they wanted to take on Cane's but are failing. Honestly, I will just go to Cane's for the strips and sauce, Culver's for the same type of fries and better cheese curds, and Popeyes for the mac and cheese and tenders as well. While everyone there was nice and the food was not bad, I am not spending hard earned money on a place with little value and less options than before.

The total came to a whopping $34 and some change hugely expensive. The jambalaya container was about 3/4 full and it had absolutely no flavor it really tasted like it was just warmed over. The mac & cheese was really bad the noodles were soft to the point of being mushy and cheese tasted more like bland crap velveeta then anything else. The chicken was piping hot as they had to make it fresh because the case was empty at lunchtime that's the only good thing about the chicken. It really lacked any flavor at all I was expecting a kick of Cajun spices and it had none it was just regular coded chicken deep-fried. You could see the injection marks where they were trying to inject spices into it but I don't think that it worked very well. This is not worth the price that we paid for it and this was our first time the only thing that was good about the whole experience was the young lady that waited on us was super nice. Sadly we're not going back

The food came out quickly and everything was delicious, however, my steak was very undercooked and had to be sent back on the grill. I asked for medium rare to more on the rare side since I really don't like overcooked steak. It came back out very quickly and was still slightly undercooked but was still very good. The service was excellent, food was very good although very pricey, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I would definitely go back.
