Had a great dining experience last night. We Sat at the bar during happy hour. Fabulous food and drinks with phenomenal attentive service . Ruth's Chris is always bright , clean and classy . Of course we will be back .

    20 oz T-bone

Server Michael was very kind, knowledgeable and overall outstanding young man. Food was cooked to perfection. Hat off to the chef too.

Chefs choice of fish (salmon) with shrimp. Delicious!

Recently opened in Mt Pleasant which is great because the casino doesnt really have any fantastic restaurants. Upscale spot with great ambiance. Staff was attentive and accommodating. We made a reservation and just had a short wait. Food was on spot and decadent. A definite try if youre in Mt Pleasant.

The food was very disappointing. Steaks were tough and dry. Service was hit or miss. Ruth's Chris definitely"ain't what it used to be".

Ask the Community - Ruth's Chris Steak House

I've always had the understanding that Ruth's Chris restaurants can be very expensive? But I do not see any rating like on a lot of other restaurants how expensive they are?

The special is like a 5 course for steak and shrimp or steak and lobster, soup or salad, bread, sides, and dessert. Everything is large portions, really if you did the Ribeye dinner which is like $85 and added an extra side you'd have more than… Read more

I was not a fan of the creamed spinach either, but I also make that at home and I just may be biased.

They had a nice diverse menu with plenty of options. I highly recommend as soon as you sit down to get an order of Parker House rolls for the table. It's a great way to start and get some food in your belly! I started with the shrimp cocktail which was great. These weren't giant colossal shrimp, but there were plenty of fresh, peeled cold shrimp with a decent cocktail sauce for dipping. The greens on top had a horseradish flavor which was interesting to say the least. The Onion Soup was also quite delicious with a rich, brown broth loaded with onions, a soggy crouton and plenty of cheese. It was piping hot and hit the spot after freezing all day in the conference center areas of the hotel. Finally, I had the steak sandwich with fries. Man, that was a delicious sandwich with lots of thinly slices ribeye. It was moist, flavorful and the bread was good too. Those fries were also great. They were crispy with the right amount of salt! Yum! I was full from the other items so I could not finish it, but man I wanted to. Others at the table enjoyed the Parker house rolls as well as the Fish and Chips and Salmon dinner. None of us had room for dessert but that tall ass piece of chocolate cake was calling my name! Our server (Liz) was amazing. Very attentive even after working a double. I think we may have been her last table. She was friendly and helped us with any requests we had. I recommend making a reservation to be sure you can eat at a time you want. Otherwise, you may need to wait a bit or get shut out completely.

App. Spinach dip. Just ok. Similar to what you would get at Applebees. Strip steak, medium. Came out gray looking and rare. Covered in a sweetish gravy‍. Not good. If you want a well seasoned grilled strip steak, this is not it. Sides were just ok. Pesto Pasta papperdelle with shrimp. A bit dry. Good taste but too many pistachios on top. Shrimp was good quality. Dessert. Chocolate cake. Ok. Overall the meal was underwhelming and not worth the pricey final bill.

In years past Isabella's has been a fairly nice break from the standard resort/casino bar and buffets reaching up to 4-5 stars. There calamari was previously very good whereas during this last visit it seemed really pedestrian. The rings were deep fried alongside whole pickled cherry peppers filled what I'd guess to be mascarpone. The bruschetta was so so as was the service. The prices are however very fair! For my entree I ordered the NY strip and their garlic smashed. The steak was cooked properly and the mashed potatoes were garlicky but could've used a touch of cream. They were a little too pasty and translucent. My dad had ordered the risotto of the day along with the salmon. He liked his salmon and we both tried the risotto which was more of a kitchen sink risotto offering sausage, mushrooms and a host of other ingredients (honestly, our server just kept adding things to the list that I'm guessing the chef needed to use up). It missed the mark. That aside, whenever we're at SEC we always eat at Isabella's at least one night so I'll return to see what has changed on the menu on my next visit.

He was friendly and personable and took a genuine interest in our experience. I enjoyed the shrimp and pasta as well as the delicious focus bread made there daily. My only suggestion for improvement is some the wines by the glass elections were unavailable with no replacements. Therefore the selection was limited.

It took over 30 minutes to get my order ( after waiting line an additional 20 minutes). The chicken was so dry it was like jerky there was a couple parts that were so crunchy I thought I bit bone. I even pulled it out of the sandwich and tried to eat it as a chicken tender. The ranch had so much Dill in it it tasted like tartar sauce and not ranch. There was a small dollop of macaroni and cheese (mushy as all get out!) on it definitely not what they show on the picture! The fries were soggy and tasteless. The bacon on the sandwich was barely cooked it was flabby. My friend got the bowl with the macaroni and cheese base chicken tenders bacon and green onions he had like three pieces of chicken small cut up it was ridiculous. The service was terrible. I saw three people bringing their orders back when I was waiting in line and I wondered why, now I get it! I will never go there again and I was really disappointed because Guy is one of my favorite people and I really thought everything looked great on the menu but what you get and what you see up there on the signs are definitely not the same.
