Although Cohesion has only been open since September 2018, it is a compelling addition to this shopping strip. Immediately upon entering the store, I was struck by how good everything smelled, as well as the chic yet relaxed style of decor. Heather, the owner, mentioned that the candles are available in store, and shared her plans to branch out into more home accents and decorating items, in addition to the women's clothing and accessories currently offered. As far as the clothing selections, the items are unique and run the gamut from more dress-up dresses to everyday wear and athleisure, with a smattering of-the-moment sweaters and scarves in the mix. On my visit there were a number of cute jackets, including a white parka with an adjustable drawcord collar, and a crushed-raspberry colored velvet blazer. I ended up with a not-so-basic LBD with a lace panel and exposed back zip, and a tie-front striped button down shirt that can be transitioned with the seasons. Inventory changes on a weekly basis, and there are only a few selections of each style available in every size--all the more reason to snap up that favorite piece right when you are eyeing it, because it might not be there the next time.

I have purchased several pairs of Kate Spade, Kendra Scott, and Nadri earrings at the Rack. Some of my favorite finds have been Jack Roger and Cole Haan shoes. Makeup deals are worth a look through. I have found Smashbox, Urban Decay, and Laura Mercier Makeup and great prices at this location. Other stand outs are athletic wear, housewares, and purses. The Nordstrom Rack Website is great. Website purchases can be returned to this store. The check out process can take longer than the hunt to find an item. Several times I have run in to buy a present, jumped in line...only to wait and wait. The registers themselves don't seem to be the fastest, and always seem to be causing stress to the employees.

I had the option to purchase online but really wanted to try things on as I wasn't sure of the cut. I'd called another location yet this location really went out of their way for me. They pulled two or three sizes and since they would be closing soon, they made a valiant effort to have the items ready for me in the waiting room. I walked in, they knew it was me (lucky guess), I tried them on, they fit, I purchased them at the already discounted price; and the lovely associate granted me with an additional coupon!  I was able to score two linen skirts. Both normally retail for about $100 each and I was able to snatch both for $50 and some change. Great quality pieces, nice service that was attentive and fast... The skirt that I purchased was not on sale, although I did find a top on sale--I was on the hunt for a shorter, but not cropped, shirt, that would work with pairs of higher-waisted bottoms.
