I was in the store for 20-30 minutes. I noticed this trend when any older lady came in. They only greeted the younger teens. They had personal conversations about the Hunger Games and Harry Potter while I was the only one in the store. On the other hand, the woman named Diamond was very nice and respectful. She noticed that I was not being helped and was not judgmental at all. I was put off by the other 2 ladies and felt that they were very unprofessional. I was told by the stunning and friendly salesperson - I assume it was Stefania because she was behind the register- that there were a lot more dresses upstairs. To say that I surprised by the amount of dresses and every color of the rainbow available would be an understatement. I didn't even know where to start looking. However, the women s upstairs were very helpful and knowledgeable pointing me in the right direction and room to begin, and were there for every step of my experience. There is literally something for everyone. I had a specific question, and the women working there answered it immediately. They know their inventory of thousands of dresses, and if they don't, Stefania is always there to help. This dress shop was perfect for the event for which it was intended. I would love to find another comfortable brand of shoe that can handle long walking distances but I never seem to find much in my size. The styles are a bit pricey and too fancy for my liking plus the shoe section can be an absolute mess with shoes not in the correct spots and all over the floor. I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this. I also don't like the style of the clothing in here. It's just not my cup of tea but that's fine. It might be for others but they do carry the shoes that I need so that's why I continue to come here. I've also never seen an employee greet me ever only when I'm checking out. Very odd.

Now I have a bra that fits, which is not something I've ever really had, save the sports bras. I actually have a real, regular bra now, and it FITS!!! This was my first time ever being fitted for a bra, but my mom who has been fitted at many places over the years says that places like Victoria's Secret don't have people who really know what they're doing, ESPECIALLY compared to Ruth's Lingerie. 5/5 stars, highly recommend to anyone who wears bras and needs a new one. Additionally, I do have level 1 autism, and the place was sensory-friendly to me at least. The lights were not too bright and the environment was not too loud, and the bra I got is very comfortable (except for the tag but I'll just cut that off lol).

I was there for a compression sleeve and wanted a printed one. The woman threw a brochre at me and said this is an old one so they maynot be making that print anymore. Great customer service right? The woman who was helping me was supposed to "teach" me onhow to put the sleeve on. She walks away and helps another customer. PIck up 2 weeks later I was told they would help me put it on the check the fit. It was the same woman who helped me inatially she did not offer nor did I ask to put it on to check the fit. I figured why bother. I'll order online from now on. This place is resting on its laurels.
