The racks are seperated by item - tops, bottoms, jeans, shorts, athletic wear etc - and then by size so easy to hone in on what you want. The racks were tidy. The store is a good size and well signed overhead so you can see at a distance where the items you need are located. The parking lot is shared with many businesses and is busy. Accessible parking is nearby the entrance. Changing rooms were in good condition, clean with a good deal of places to hang things. The attendant who gives out the number tags was very pleasant. Plenty of cashiers available and ours was very pleasant and chatty. A quick look around shows they carry intimates, belts, bags, hats, jewelry, shoes, dressy and casual clothes as well as homegoods. I found what I was looking for and departed a happy customer. Prices are good.

I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and they never seem to disappoint. They are always on trend and have looks for nights out or just casual everyday wear. I also love their price point. I'm an outfit snob whereas I don't repeat a look for a special event or occasion. Charlotte allows me to dress cute at an affordable price, especially if it's only getting worn once or a few times. I don't feel like I'm wasting to much money. The reason for the rating is because like others say some workers are really nice and greet you , while others just carry on with their convo with other workers. The dressing room I like because it isn't a mess they keep that clean , which is what I enjoy! I hate other stores that have tons of clothing left in there. I WANT to support local, in these days of everyone buying toys from Target and Amazon. I want to support small businesses in my community so they are there for years to come. Biggest issue in both locations is customer service. I have mostly had interactions with a blonde woman. I say this again to be constructive, this person does not smile, is not great at interacting with kids. I have had experiences where my kids knock something over because yah know...they are kids and this person seems so stiff and uncomfortable with kids. Generally the vibe isn't friendly. This is a children's store. No getting to know the customer, smiling, thanking them, or a "have a nice day". Selection of clothing has little price variety. It's all super high end. I understand margins for selling kids clothing must be tough but items are averaging $30-$40 I guess if you are buying a gift ... but as a parent it would be nice if they had some variety. Toy selection at both locations is great! They have variety and some really cool stuff. If I have a birthday party I like to take my kids to get something there. When the sizes she took in with her turned out to be way too big, the woman assisting her jumped right in and helped her with everything. They have a few accessories like scarves and necklaces, and everything is of a quality you'd expect from a nicer chain store. The thing that impressed me the most was when a linen button down my mother absolutely loved wasn't in stock in her size, one of the women hopped on the computer and called several stores to locate it for her and have it directly shipped to her. I've seen this done at higher end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks, but never at a chain like this. The sales are pretty good with clearance being marked down sometimes more than 50%. If you are a subscriber, there is often a $25 off $100 purchase coupon included in the catalog. However it usually can't be combined with sales.
