Nice... hook it uuuuupp. Looks like I got the long pour :) The food: I read somewhere they blue marlin was oily... I didn't have it, but we ordered it and everyone said it tasted quite nice. I ordered the house special Cansi Steak, yes, I thought it was quite delicious... quite delicious indeed! You know in the Philippines there's this tradition of having some pulutan when you drink and this totally rocked it, hit the spot with my martinis. First, let me say the servers we had were very helpful and took care of us throughout our entire meal. They were quite attentive, more so than most places I've been to. So where do I begin... as we approached the restaurant, it just seems to be this hole in the wall side of the road spot, by many accounts it is, however this little place opens inside to a much larger dining area and is quite busy with people. As we were choosing the dishes to eat, the butcher, or whatever you call the guy who's in charge of taking your seafood, weighing it, and asking how you would like it cooked, so this guy pushed some rotten fish on us! WTF! Let me say this, the adobo squid was really good, the lobster was ok, just ok or just sub par, the scallops are about average as anyplace in the Philippines, but the fish they served in the soup was straight up rotten!! You could smell it right away as soon as they brought it to the table. I wanted to complain but everyone I was with said just don't eat it...
