    Great place to learn proper technique, cool enviroment, knowledgeable and friendly coaches. It's also not overpriced very affordable.

Coach Alex Flores is incredibly patient and a phenomenal coach. Coach Jack May is encouraging, motivating, and highly experienced across a variety of sports. The classes are intense, but I enjoy them so much that I'll sometimes do both boxing and kickboxing in the same day when my schedule allows. The fitness classes with Coach Stephen are tough, in the best way. They provide a full-body workout every time, and he's extremely knowledgeable, always willing to tailor workouts to your individual needs and goals. I truly love coming here. The coaches are experienced, supportive, and work with you whether you're a complete beginner like me or more advanced. I'm enjoying the challenge and really pushing myself. If you're thinking about signing up, go for it because you won't regret it!

With Professional fighters on staff they teach and coach you correctly. So far down 40 lbs and am able to do so much more than what I was able to do when I started. Because of this place and these guys I am healthier and happier not only for my family but for myself. I love it here so much I have my family attend the classes also. My 70 yr old father is feeling young and healthy again. My kids enjoy the kickboxing and boxing classes. My husband and I are getting in shape together. The House knows all about family and fitness. Definitely my favorite place to be.

Her favorite coach was Brody, but she also loved training with Coach Sam, Devonte, Joe, and Mike. Each coach pushed her to improve while keeping every session fun and encouraging. The space is clean, well run, and set up perfectly for youth training. What stood out most was the environment. It's competitive but still positive, and the kids were always excited to be there. The trainers do a great job keeping things organized while pushing players to work hard and improve. You can tell they care about development, not just running kids through drills. If you're looking for a gym where players can get better, build confidence, and enjoy the process, NXTLVL is a great choice. We're glad we trained here and would absolutely recommend it to other families and teams. We are MOST DEFINITELY coming back in the offseason.

If you're reading OTF reviews you're probably considering joining…read moreand contemplating various fitness formats/gyms etc. You've probably viewed some YouTube videos on how the classes work but essentially at this location you have the following formats - 2G, 3G, Tread 50, Strength 50, and I believe like a lot of OTFs trialing Hyrox format. How it works is you sign up for class on their app. Show up. Eat a bunch of free mints. select a station # on the treadmill or rower (2G) or treadmill or rower or weight floor (3G). If you're in a 2G class you're on treadmill for 23 minutes and weights 23 minutes. If you're in a 3G class you're on treadmill for 14 mins, rower 14 mins, and weights 14 mins. Tread 50 you're on the treadmill whole class (approx 40 mins) Strength 50 you're on the weight floor (approx 40 mins) the whole class. The coaches are there to direct the flow and keep you motivated throughout. Everything is tailored to your abilities and injuries. You can walk, jog, run, haul ass on the treadmills. It is a workout for all ages and abilities. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the members to the coaches. I think the most difficult thing will be taking the first step to give it a shot and then to come back. But if you're reading this then you've made the first step in wanting to change some aspect of your life. Now what you need to do is take the free intro class to get a sense of the place. But 1 class is unlikely to give you the full picture of what OTF can become for you. You need to come back and take those baby steps towards changing your habits. It's never easy starting a new thing. But you need to just show up. Even if you just walk on the treadmills or row casually or do body weight training - just show up. Commit to it. Give it a month before you decide. That's the hardest part. Stop making excuses or pushing it off. You have 1 body and 1 life to live so make it the best life. Ignore the naysayers the negativity and take a step towards change. Don't live with regrets and don't let life pass you by. Then almost 12 years ago, I tried a promo for the Gym Class program here... and I was hooked. I couldn't do half the movements at first, but the coaches jumped in with modifications so I never felt out of place. The encouragement from them was priceless as I gained strength and mobility. Since then, I've tried pretty much everything they offer--Personal Training, Semi‑Private, Gym Class, Elite Fitness--and the environment has kept me showing up for nearly 12 years straight. I'd recommend all of them, they'll meet with you and make recommendations on what program is best for you. The coaching is the game‑changer for me. Coach Adam is phenomenal. He pushes me, encourages me, and makes sure I'm moving safely. At 58, strength training and good form matter, and he gets that. He keeps the classes running smoothly, and I appreciate that more than he knows. I've built incredible strength over the years thanks to the amazing coaching team--Adam, Jimmy, Julia, Jovante.
