There are 3 toilets and 3 urinal stalls and only 1 toilet is functional. There's just urine just overflowing and starting to enter the locker area. The gym has become a complete downgrade. This is so disgusting and can't believe they are not doing anything about it. I only decided to come back this one day because I was a mile away. Back to UFC again.

Once again they proved how terrible their customer service is. I was asked to email after my previous review which was sent Feb. 2nd and never received a response. Place is a joke, avoid it and take your business elsewhere.

I've been a member since 2023. If you're reading OTF reviews you're probably considering joining…read moreand contemplating various fitness formats/gyms etc. You've probably viewed some YouTube videos on how the classes work but essentially at this location you have the following formats - 2G, 3G, Tread 50, Strength 50, and I believe like a lot of OTFs trialing Hyrox format. How it works is you sign up for class on their app. Show up. Eat a bunch of free mints. select a station # on the treadmill or rower (2G) or treadmill or rower or weight floor (3G). If you're in a 2G class you're on treadmill for 23 minutes and weights 23 minutes. If you're in a 3G class you're on treadmill for 14 mins, rower 14 mins, and weights 14 mins. Tread 50 you're on the treadmill whole class (approx 40 mins) Strength 50 you're on the weight floor (approx 40 mins) the whole class. The coaches are there to direct the flow and keep you motivated throughout. Everything is tailored to your abilities and injuries. You can walk, jog, run, haul ass on the treadmills. It is a workout for all ages and abilities. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the members to the coaches. I think the most difficult thing will be taking the first step to give it a shot and then to come back. But if you're reading this then you've made the first step in wanting to change some aspect of your life. Now what you need to do is take the free intro class to get a sense of the place. But 1 class is unlikely to give you the full picture of what OTF can become for you. You need to come back and take those baby steps towards changing your habits. It's never easy starting a new thing. But you need to just show up. Even if you just walk on the treadmills or row casually or do body weight training - just show up. Commit to it. Give it a month before you decide. That's the hardest part. Stop making excuses or pushing it off. You have 1 body and 1 life to live so make it the best life. Ignore the naysayers the negativity and take a step towards change. Don't live with regrets and don't let life pass you by. Shout out to the very sweet, kind, and most important fun OTF crew: Hitch,Rocco, Sarah, Meg, Ray, Hannah, Tiffany, Sareena, Carson, Dakota, Alyssa, Alexa, Kamila,Savanah, Jake, Maddy. Most importantly don't forget to eat the free mints.

Our friend broke a club here and the policy at the time was that the rentee had to pay for the price of a brand new club even though they were renting a used club. after voicing my opinion, they decided to change the policy and agreed that people who break a rental club should just pay for the value of a used golf club. I've never seen a business go above and beyond and meet customers in the middle ground like that so it really meant a lot to me. We came back again in March again and service was significantly better. They were very attentive and were very helpful with showing us how to work the machines. There are a lot of different play modes but putting is one of my faves because I suck at swinging. The private rooms are really cool's because you can sing & swing at the same time!! The best of both worlds if u have friends that don't really golf but wanna hang c: Food here is bomb!! lowkey better than a lot of pocha spots. The kimchi pasta and rose dukbokki are so tasty and the Korean fried chicken is so fire. The honey garlic was my fave flavor for the friend chicken. Parking here is also super easy. There's a giant lot and it's never really an issue. Overall this is a great establishment with really good food, golf, and karaoke all in one!!

However, there are only two swings (not ADA friendly, not toddler/baby swings) and they are broken and have been for awhile. They have multiple picnic benches where you can enjoy some food in the park. It is also dog friendly and they offer multiple dog clean up stations equipped with bags to clean up after your dog. There is no public restroom available here for park patrons (or their little ones). This is a bummer. Overall, a nice neighborhood park that I hope remains that way, with some room for improvements.

I decided to visit and make it a habit to put in 30-40 min of brisk walking. This is open to the public from sunrise to sunset. There are runners, speedwalkers, and walkers. Off to the side there are some cardio machines and areas to stretch. It is also dog friendly and they even have bags in case you forget so make sure you pick up after your dog. Each lap is roughly 0.25 miles. Initially I found the laps getting monotonous but I am still grateful for its existence. Another plus - there is a building on the same property (for Zumba classes, counseling/ youth counseling, etc.) and they're open on most days except Sunday. When they're open that means clean restrooms you can use too (unlike restrooms at parks which I try to avoid!).

This year I experienced significant weight gain and realized I needed professional support to…read moreimprove my health. I decided to sign up for a membership at this facility after seeing a promotional offer. During the enrollment process, I was informed that I could meet with a personal trainer for a 50-minute session to ask questions. That initial meeting led to a recommendation for ongoing training, and although it came at an additional cost, I agreed to meet twice a week for three months. At the time, I was told the cost would be $304 per month for three months. As a full-time university student on a tight budget, this was a serious financial commitment, but one I was willing to make for the sake of my health and well-being. The issue began when after the agreed-upon three-month period, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $304. I reached out to my trainer, who was unaware of the billing process and directed me to contact the location directly. I was then given the manager's email and requested that no further charges be made to my card. Despite this, I was charged again the following month. When I followed up, the manager informed me that cancellations must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the billing date, a policy that was never communicated to me when I enrolled. I asked to have my card removed from the system and requested a refund for the two charges I did not authorize. The manager responded that refunds were handled by corporate. I then contacted corporate via email but received no response. As a last resort, I disputed the charges with my bank. Unfortunately, both disputes were denied, and the charges were not reversed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a student, those unexpected charges created real financial strain, especially given the current economic climate. What was presented as a simple, short-term coaching commitment turned into an ongoing charge with unclear policies and poor communication. I'm sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions and to hopefully encourage better transparency in the future. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!! I received several emails stating that there was no card on file for the $19.99 monthly promotion I originally signed up for. As a result, I was charged $49.99 for the month due to late fees, and I was informed that my next payment would be $29.99. When I called to cancel and inquire about the charges, the representative explained that because of the late payment, my new monthly rate is now $29.99. This situation arose after I asked the manager to remove my card from file specifically for the personal training, not for the recurring monthly payments. Now, I've been told I need to call a different number just to cancel my membership. The entire process feels misleading and unnecessarily complicated.
