Ran into a situation where I walked in on the teacher in my daughters toddler class taking another child's hand and making her hit the other child across the head. The owner continued to deny that this was a continuous thing and was a anomaly even though she wasn't there. She also refuses to review her DVR security system which she says doesn't record *eyeroll*. I unenrolled my daughter and definitely wouldn't suggest this daycare to any other parent that cares about their child.

They offered to provide housing, but my younger sister had already invited us to stay with them. They also gave each of us a Red Cross backpack with hygiene supplies like a comb, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc. You have no idea ‍ the value of that backpack until you have NOTHING, and it's so precious to you. The Red Cross provides a service that is priceless. I can't say enough good things about them!!!
