The absolute worst place to bring your children. My 6 and 7 year old daughter have been constantly…read moremistreated by Kate. I let it slide several times because I figured they have to be exposed to unkindness in order to grow. Well today was absolutely enough. Kate threatened my daughter with screaming at her if she continued to cough. My daughter spent the rest of her time there holding her breath in order to not cough and get an aggressive reaction from Kate. Today my daughter also decided to wear her pajama bottoms to class. Kate called her, a. 6 year old innocent child...poor and broke. What kind of person who is supposed to be trained to work with children behaves this way? Well apparently Kate and she is fully endorsed and supported by the owner, Rina Nicole Hale. I tried reaching out to her to get assurance that this would not happen to another child again and she simply ignored and blocked me. When my daughters let me know what happened I went back inside to withdraw them. Enough was enough. I was calm when speaking with the manager, Kala because she wasn't the aggressor who hurt my daughters feelings. But I was still met with aggression and hostility from Kala. She laughed in my face and tried gaslighting me. Saying no one has ever had a problem with Kate. In between loud annoyed sighs and groans she gave me the worst service. I even asked her why she was behaving that way. I asked for the owners contact information and she said, no one has time for you. I later found out Kala and the owner Rina are best friends so absolutely no disciplinary actions will take place. No customer relations will be mended. After spending so much money on this business we were met with some of the worst treatment we've ever experienced. Please save your children the heartache and save yourself the money. They are not kind people. They do not know how to treat children. They have absolutely no class. They do not know the first thing about customer service.

‼‼WARNING: DANGEROUS DAYCARE‼‼…read more I had to remove my 5-year-old son from this daycare due to repeated physical and emotional abuse from his teacher, Ms. Carole. My son used to refer to her as his "ANGRY" teacher because she would constantly yell at him, call him names, and make him feel small. I began noticing changes in his behavior and, after gently asking him questions, he opened up about the mistreatment. He told me that Ms. Carole would hit him on his arms and legs, mock him about his backpack, saying it was dirty and making him hide it so it wouldn't be seen. Even more heartbreaking, she made fun of his eczema--a condition he struggles with daily. I immediately reported this to the Director, Ms. Vanessa, but instead of addressing the abuse, she brushed it off. She told me that my son "probably just doesn't want to be here" and suggested that I remove him--which I did. I am devastated that my child had to endure this. What's worse is that Ms. Carole is STILL employed there. Why? This place is not just unsanitary and unprofessional--it's toxic. The environment feels cult-like among the staff, and it's clear the teachers are overworked and underpaid. I'm sharing this so other parents are aware. Protect your children. Trust your gut. If something feels off, it probably is. I would have put no starts but that wasn't a choice!

I took it to Visual Expressions and they were up to the challenge of finding a way to frame the puck. We have become frequent customers of Visual Expressions over the last few years and bring everything to them. They do quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Just today I dropped off my wedding day memorabilia to be put in a frame. They worked with me on the layout and selecting the matte and frame. I trust their work and opinions in the layout (I do not have an artistic eye like they do). I am very excited to see the final product when its ready!

It was easy to select the classes and the schedule was easy to work with. The instructor helped guide my kiddo with her projects. They helped unlock my daughter's hidden talent. She was so focused on digital art that I thought it would be too challenging to work with paints, chalk etc. I believe they helped develop a budding artist. They were a starting point for her interest in art. She is currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin in college level art building on her experience. I recommend for anyone who wants to explore their inner artist or develop their existing talent.

As of October 4, 2022, this daycare has officially been shut down by the state. I received an email…read moreon this day at 5:28pm as I was pulling into the daycare to pick up my children. It's been almost 7 days since the center closed and no one is getting back to me about the refund of the tuition I paid. We were given no explanation as to why the daycare closed. In the email the director lied and said she didn't know why, but when she got more information she would let us know. I know this is a lie because the daycare AND Ms. Ibrahim were BOTH on probation by the state. Ms. Ibrahim wasn't allowed to step foot on the daycare premises at all, and had several violations against her. Something had been going on for quite some time and the parents were left in the dark about it all. I came into the center a couple weeks ago to sign some paper work and saw a sheet hanging up advising the center had been on probation since October 2021. When I asked a teacher about it she nonchalantly said oh it's nothing, it was just an issue with a teacher. My husband and I had already discussed taking them out this daycare because of other issues of neglect and unorganization, but this was the LAST straw. If you look on Texas health website, https://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Child_Care/Search_Texas_Child_Care/CCLNET/Source/Provider/ppComplianceHistory.aspx?fid=1316390&tab=2 , you will see the scary long list of violations and the confirmation of the center being on probation. Parents PLEASE check this website before taking your child to ANY daycare. I'm glad this place got shut down because the director Ms. Ibrahim had an evil user spirit and treated her employees poorly. I witnessed the way she talked to the BLACK teachers and she was very disrespectful. The teachers themselves said Ms. Ibrahim was racist. Just look at her responses to the negative reviews on google! I can only imagine how she treated the children, she probably talked to the students the same way. The turnover at this center was alarming. Every month my child had a new teacher and no one would ever introduce themselves, so I never knew who my children's teachers were unless I asked. The only one that was consistent was Ms. Jackson who we loved dearly and my children loved her too. She also put in her 2 weeks notice because of mistreatment from Ms. Ibrahim. This center lost a lot of good teachers due to the director,  Ms. Jones,  Ms. Tamika, Ms. Paige. Honestly the center went down hill once the teachers I just listed quit. After this, the director just started hiring anyone off the street it seemed like. They all looked young and ghetto, had ZERO communication skills, unlicensed, didn't introduce themselves and clearly unqualified to be dealing with children all day. There were always new teachers, and no one ever asked for ID when parents were picking up kids. They would give parents the wrong child, leaving children on the school bus. There was talk about one of the teachers abusing kids, so she was forced to quit. I don't believe any of these teachers were properly licensed and certified. If the teachers that work there are telling you to leave due to countless issues, then you know something is wrong. My children were given to me constantly with runny and crusty faces, hands dirty, clothes peed on. I'd go home and change them and would see crust in their diapers, looked like they werent wiped well at all. They would come home with random scratches and marks and no one at the center could explain how it happened. They had too many students per teacher and there was clear negligence with the teachers. My children didn't learn much attending this daycare. I regret not leaving sooner. I pray this center NEVER opens again and that Ms. Ibrahim never works at another daycare in her life.

I'm not going to air everything but I will urge you with so many other choices, choose elsewhere. The manner of communication from the owner not only to the employees but also about paying parents to other parents is VERY hurtful and disrespectful. 0 STAR REVEIW (My child started here at 7 months, and I…read moreswitched daycares at 15 months.. and I 100% should've done it sooner). Firstly, My daughter has been sick from this daycare since the start of going here. Multiple times a month she would bring something home, which isn't normal at all. I took her to the ER 6 times and she had been sick or gotten a terrible rash 15 times since she started. (A span of 8 months) my daughter had a yeast infection and it was almost fully healed when I dropped her off at daycare. When I picked her up her skin was peeling off and she had blisters. I had to start the process of healing all over again because of their negligence. I asked them to change her every hour and they didn't listen to me. When I asked about it they said they just "didn't log the times they changed her in between". I got calls up to 3 times a week every week because something was wrong, or I needed to come get her, or they would diagnose her with some illness that they're not authorized to even do. I went to the dr. Multiple times because of them not letting her come to daycare due to them self diagnosing her and not letting her come to daycare. On another note, I have picked my daughter up and many times where someone would tell me how they fed her their own personal food for lunch and how much she loved it. THINGS I DID NOT BRING OR AUTHORIZE ...SHARING THEIR FOOD OFF THEIR FORKS TO MY CHILD!!! I also picked her up one time and her teacher asked me if she was allergic to anything.. I said no, why? She continued to explain to me that she had just given my 13 month old a bite of her sonic strawberry milkshake, and didn't think about her being allergic to it until after she gave her a bite. The woman who runs the daycare (Samantha) would tell me how she shared her Chick-fil-A salad with her for lunch... another worker told me how much Scarlett loves pineapple, Olive Garden salad dressing, AND DONUTS. That right there in itself breaks so many codes that this place should honestly be shut down. They also sent her home very dirty every day. They NEVER wiped her face, even when she was sick so many times, I would pick her up with dried snot all over her face. When I had picked her up when they were playing outside she always had dirt all in her fingernails, all over her face.. she had been eating the dirt and sticking wood chips in her mouth. I asked about this and told them to please not let her eat the dirt and wood chips and her teacher replied by saying that "they give them snack outside and sometimes she drops it and picks up dirt and eats that instead." ... I wish I was making this up.. why are they giving toddlers snack outside? They could so easily choke on things so I'm not sure why they're standing up, outside eating their snacks while running around and playing. This daycare is also supposed to take photos everyday of your child, they won't. And when they do submit a photo of them 9 times out of 10 there's a teacher in the background, ignoring the toddlers, on their cellphones. I can't count how many times I picked my daughter up to see both teachers on their cell phones. She would come home everyday exhausted, and very unhappy, I thought it was just because she was tired.. nope. When she started at her new daycare I noticed she's the happiest I've ever seen her, and that lasts until bedtime.. at the other daycare I would pick her up and she was immediately in a terrible mood for the rest of the night. Unfortunately this makes me realize she wasn't treated right..I can't even imagine how she was being treated and I feel awful for sending her here. I've heard them yell at my baby for trying to get something off the counter, and I'm talking yelllll. I should've known to leave then and there but I just didn't and I deeply regret it. She would come home with scratches and bruises and bite marks EVERYDAY!! and apparently every time no one had known what had happened to her. Every time I tried to call or get in contact with the daycare they either didn't answer the phone or when they did it was clear they didn't want to be bothered. And I got the same treatment when and If I had a special request for her... i would be told they would do it for her and then find out they didn't do it at all. I'm really sorry for the long message but parents need to know this before deciding to send their kids to this daycare. It's filthy and the people who work there are negligent and breaks so many codes.. it might be the cheapest option but it's far from the best. We're at a daycare now that is so clean, feeds her three meals a day including snack, and I have access to all the cameras so I can view her at any time of the day now, and they are going to teach her sign language and Spanish. All for $60 more than apex. Please if you care about your babies, look into other options before sending them here.
