He loves going to school every day, he loves his teachers, and has made many friends. Prior to starting, I was concerned with his speech and some of his social skills but after 4 short months he has grown and developed so much and I believe it is due to the environment and curriculum at Primrose. Nicole is super sweet every morning when I drop off, and my son loves her yoga class! The school itself is very clean and the classrooms very clean, colorful, and organized. The parents and families are also very kind! Lastly, we are very thankful that Primrose remains open during this national crisis, as I am a single mom and an essential worker. If it was not for Primrose being available to care for my son as I work, I'm not sure what we would do. Nearly two years ago, while researching daycares, I discovered Hope Day School. Initially, I had a…read morelist of several schools, which I narrowed down based on proximity, public reviews, and reported incidents. From the outset, something about the photos shared online and philosophies on Hope's website resonated with me. After touring many schools, Hope felt warm and inviting. The Executive Director and Assistant Director took the time to get to know our family and share their holistic approach and comprehensive curriculum, which includes nature, art, spirituality, nutrition, and open-ended play. Observing families dropping off their children gave me comfort as a first-time mom. My husband and I left with a strong, positive feeling. We applied to a few schools and ultimately chose Hope. It was the practical choice due to cost, availability, and location, but more importantly, it felt right.   A year later, our daughter still lights up when she arrives in the morning and eagerly reaches out to her teachers. She explores, learns, and socializes, and it's been a joy to watch her grow alongside the same group of children. The teachers are attentive and truly get to know each child individually. The chef prepares excellent meals, and I love seeing my daughter try a variety of healthy vegetables.   We have also enjoyed getting to know the other parents better. Another parent described the experience perfectly: "They always find a way to make things magical for the kids."

just now New I would…read morelike to start off by saying.... I am a first time grandmother and it is truly a blessing. We did not think that we would have needed childcare... but I must say the search has been so stressful annd overwhelming ...until Celebree and Mrs Mindi. I have researched, called and read reviews of all the prestigious child care facilities locally. It's crazy because I just started a new job ... working Monday thru Friday getting off at 5:30pm.. so that makes interviewing any childcare facility during the week IMPOSSIBLE. And wait... mostly all the facilities are closed on the weekends. My daughter is going to school during the week and doing her exterm... so .. she could not visit as well. I spoke to many facilities that just could not accommodate a visit after hours... nor a scheduled visit or interview on a Saturday morning. I found a few that would allow me to send someone else to view on my behalf during the week... or just simply direct led me to their website. Well, I was blessed with a call back from Mindi at Celebree letting me know that she was willing to open up the Daycare just for myself, my daughter and my grandbaby to visit Saturday at 9am. The facility is closed on that day... however the accommodation was stellar. Not only did she give us a personal tour... but she allowed my baby to get down and experience the facility briefly. We were not rushed at all... she went over everything. Mindi didn't know how much this meant to me. She sacrificed a portion of her time.... Just for us. No directing me to a website to pictures. She interacted with my granddaughter.... and she was just happy and full of smiles. This made me feel confident about making a decision of choosing Celebree. The fact that she made us a priority... when so many other childcare facilities were willing to just let us walk away. My granddaughter was just another child to them... but Mindi made us feel like family! And that's important... as parents we must feel secure in knowing that we are leaving our babies in safe hands... and with people that truly care. We start next week, and I couldn't have made a better choice. I stopped by today... just to confirm and do paperwork and I was greeted by Evette and Celeste. Both friendly and welcoming. This was a great experience... as it should be anytime one is making a decision about care for a child. I am so thankful for Mindi calling me back... because if not... I would have been stuck with basic choices... instead of getting the best in service! I appreciate all of their time, patience, and concern! Thank you!

From the moment I walked through the door, it was clear that this preschool goes above and beyond in every way. These two women were so welcoming and kind. After discussing the schools philosophy and curriculum I feel very confident that my children will excel at this school. I can't wait for their school to open this Fall so that we can become a member of their school family. It's evident that they have thought through every detail to ensure a nurturing and educational setting.

My 5th grade niece has been enrolled since she first started school and has always excelled. My nieces lost their mom and 1 year old brother in the North Texas storm. This has been a major life change for the girls. The principal Mrs. Hill and my niece teachers showed up to the homegoing service to express their condolences. The school had been a huge support. The girls live with my husband and I in McKinney. Garland ISD transportation has made arrangements to pick up and drop off girls to our Mckinney home until the end of the school year to assist in some sort of normalcy. The transportation guy was a retired Pastor and loved the girls and they loved him as well. Hill also gifted my husband and I with books to help with grieving and raising. One of the books is called 5 love languages of Kids. I'm blown away by the support and love. We are so grateful.

Couch Elementary is an absolute joke of a school. When I discovered the issues, the school refused to take accountability, correct its errors, or remove the inaccurate information it placed in my children's educational records. I have now had to contact the Texas Education Agency, the U.S. Department of Education, and my local congressman just to address these serious concerns and fight to have the school's inaccurate documentation removed from my children's records. No parent should have to go to these lengths to get a school to correct its own mistakes and protect their children's educational files.

Not sure…read morewhat is expected from a parent when leaving their children at a facility but I expect my child to be fed safe and learning. They accomplish all 3. They are down to earth and they are not beating kids. There are some old schoolers and they will be like a grandmother (family) figure to your kid if you approve for further action outside of what the facility approves, hence why someone may have thought the kids have been "beaten" - without approval. It takes a village and they do not physically harm any child. They are teaching 1st grade level to preschool aged kids. They are required to submit projects and they have an awesome summer program where your child will learn how to swim under plenty of supervision inside an indoor pool. You automatically get access to the workout equipment as your child's tuition includes a membership to any YMCA location. Overall I get compliments on how smart my child is and I do credit YMCA for always focusing on early developmental learning. I have met parents from all over DFW that do not live close that continue to bring their kids. They have a wonderful secure playground. Better than any other head-start school hands down.
