I LOVE to cook with sharp knives but hate packing them up, delivering them to a cutlery store for sharpening and then head back to pick them up. I always put this chore off until I can't stand my knives. This service is exactly what I was needing. I contacted Casey last Friday and left him a message. He responded promptly. We scheduled for him to come to the my home in Frisco on Monday. Casey was prompt and professional. He packed up my knives and took them outside to his mobile "office". He offered to leave the knives here for my assurance but I let him take them with him. He was back within the hour and the knives were sharper than I have ever known them to be.
