I gave Ms. Monica all the information she requested a week before I arrived at the daycare. She was very loving and helpful. When I arrived at Royal Learner's, I did not get a warm welcome and the Director Rhonda was rude. She couldn't find the paperwork that I'd submitted to Ms. Monica. To make a long story short, I didn't have a great first impression. A few weeks ago, my child was pushed in the back and fell face forward on the floor. I didn't receive a phone call about this incident. I walked in while the Director was trying to console him. His nose was bleeding and he was crying hysterically. The teacher and the Director didn't even tell me what happened right away. Another parent that was picking up their child told me what happened. Afterwards, the teacher came with the incident report trying to explain what happened. Almost 4 weeks later, the Director nor the teacher has yet to ask me if my child's nose is okay! He walked around with a bruised nose for a week! The parent who witnessed the incident is the only person that has asked me about my child's nose. Along with the Director, the staff doesn't always speak when I come in to drop off or pick up my child. Camera 12 has been out for 15 days now. That's a service that I pay for and need because I don't have a peace of mind while my child is in daycare. I am looking forward to moving him soon!

First of all my 4 year olds teachers, classroom and environment are high above my expectations. My 4 year old loves going to school and really enjoys his teacher and Latrinda. The school provides a wholesome breakfast lunch and snack for the kids. They have cameras in all their rooms where you can watch the kids and I really like the girls who watch my now 11 month old son. It's been a few months since I've had my kids going there and I always pick my kids up and think Thank God I found Royal learners for my kids I couldn't be happier!

So, call before you go or you could be wasting your time. I came in to register my daughter one night and the director wasn't there. No one else could help me register her. I waited absolutely too long. Mathnasium of Fayetteville needs to get their administrative functions fixed or they will lose people.

I also really appreciate the owner speaking with my son once because hearing it from mom fell on deaf ears and she was a great back up when I needed that kind of support! She didn't have to, it wasn't her child but I feel it transferred & reached him. I was met by Assistant Director, Wanda, when I came in, and I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. She took me on a detailed tour of the entire facility. We poked our heads in all the rooms and were met by smiling, happy teachers and smiling happy kiddos. After my tour, I felt comfortable with the idea that my son would spend most of his time there. I enrolled my baby at four months. He fell in love with his teachers in the baby room, and they fell in love with him. I just can't say enough about Miss Donna, Miss Callie and Miss Jennifer. They are all the SWEETEST. My husband and I moved to Griffin, and the 25 minute commute to day care (one way) was killing our day, so we had to move our son out. I was seriously so sad to have to take him out. He would have moved into the 1 year room soon, and I loved the teacher I met in there as well. For extra warm and fuzzies, they do have cameras so you can check in on your child. When we first started, their cameras were down, so we had to kick it old school and just trust. Once the cameras were back up, I never felt like I had to check in. I knew my son was in great hands. I don't miss one single thing in Henry county except this place...oh, and Target, but honestly, that's it.

There are a few good people at this place. One being the director Megan, Amber and Elicia in the infant's room. I wish them the best. I believe they care. I am a foster mom and enrolled my 4-month-old there in October. I have had many issues since they beginning. One major issue is the lack of communication with the teachers. I complained in February about this to the owner, Rammelle. One of the teachers was let go. Everyday I take 3 water baby bottles for my daughter and formula separated into a different container. One Friday, they only fed my daughter 1 bottle all day (from 9am - 5pm). She had a runny nose that day. At pickup, her nose was so crusty. They had not cleaned it all day. These issues were reported to my DFACS caseworker. I informed the assistant director that Monday and told them that it better not ever happen again. Again, there was no communication as to why she WAS NOT FED. She was not sick or teething at this time. I was heartbroken to know my 6.5-month-old only had one bottle all day. I was told this was due to turnover with the teachers and new ones being in the room. There is no excuse for this type of treatment. They finally got a few teachers in the babies' room that are nurturing and caring. 2 weeks ago, 4-5 days before my adoption was finalized, I got a call that said one of the teachers let my baby fall out of her arms as she was visiting the infant's room. She had a nasty place underneath her eye. I am sorry, but you do not let a baby "accidentally" fall out of your arms on the floor. They moved my 10.5-month-old daughter to the infant's room last week. The workers in this room are not qualified to babysit my dogs. Their names are Amanda and Emily. They were too lazy to even introduce themselves the first day I dropped her off in that room. I had to question them for their names. While in the infant's room, they started feeding her stuff like hamburgers, pickles, and meatballs without notifying me or talking to me about it. 2 days ago, I got another call from the owner, Rammelle, saying my daughter had been bitten by another baby. She sent the video. I was not happy, but no marks were left, and I understand things like this occasionally happen. Yesterday, my sitter picked my baby up from daycare. When she got home, she immediately brought her to me. She is a very tiny baby and had the nastiest bite mark on her arm. The incompetent people at this school did not do an accident report, call me, or report it to the owner. Rammelle had no clue when I called. She did track down the video and send it. As Emily picked my child up after this injury, she was not kind or nurturing. She almost dropped her and seemed to sling her around. My child will not be neglected any longer. I went to pick up her things today and to inform them that she would not be back. I tried to have a conversation with the two teachers (dumb and dumber). Amanda would not even look at me. I demanded that she look me in the eyes. She made a nasty comment to me, "I have 10 kids to watch. If you want that type of care you need to hire a nanny!!!!" I guess it is too much to ask these teachers to feed your child as you state and keep them from getting injured. I questioned Amanda on not feeding her as I stated last week. She said to me, "Your child does not eat for me!" So, she let her go hungry and did not communicate with me?!? I sincerely hope this helps others who are looking at this daycare and I hope it will protect other children. I am sorry for the good people at this place who care about children. The bad ones are ruining it for them. The owner has reached out And threatened me With a lawsuit for reporting these violations to the state.
