Let me start off by saying 2 things. 1, my son attended their Pre-K program & this is in regards to that. 2, Mrs Peggy is an EXCELLENT teacher. My son attended here for less than 2 weeks. During that 2 weeks, a little girl exposed herself to my son. This was dealt with appropriately. A few days later, a little boy in his class (a 4 year old) threatened to "stab, kill, and cut up" my son because (as the boy said) "he doesn't like white people" - the child also physically attacked Mrs Peggy after the higher-ups in the school ignored her request for help with the student twice in a row. The parents refused to be held accountable, and the school refused to acknowledge that there was a safety threat. Mrs. Peggy did everything right - the school and the parents (or really lack thereof) of the child are at fault. This is not a safe place to send your child. read more

Ms. Tammy, the Pre-k teacher is AMAZING. We are thankful that our daughter was in her class. Ms. Tammy made learning fun and our daughter enjoyed going to school each and everyday. we are forever grateful for her in our daughter's learning journey. read more

Horrible customer service!!! Insufficient staffing!!! Denied care for insufficient staffing and has the nerve to tell parents its first come first serve after childcare has already been paid for! The director of this location has an attitude problem therefore staff does not want to work for her which cause parents and children to suffer. I am not sure how no one has made mention of Ms. Gil, but she is an awesome human being. I feel so comfortable leaving my child with her. My daughter was with her over a year in the two's classroom, and I surely do appreciate everything she did. There are some new staff there even if you say hello they won't answer, but surely respond to who they consider to be of importance which I think is sad. There are many different issues like capping and communications, but my highlight for today is this teacher, who I believe has done a marvelous job. read more

Why isn't zero stars an option? You will be told that hours are 6:30am-6:30pm, as stated online and on all forms, but once your child is enrolled they will tell you to pick them up at 5:30pm. I started my daughter on Monday 07/25/2022 and knew by Friday that she would no longer be attending this facility. The first day I dropped her off (Monday) a little girl approached the teacher in tears with a bite mark deep enough to break skin. The teacher was in the classroom alone with over 15 children. That was the first red flag that I addressed with Brandy (assistant director? No one's job title at the front desk is made clear) and she shrugged it off. Days two and three, two more biting incidents. Day four was fine, no biting incidents and two teachers in the classroom. Day five there was one new teacher (Mya) in the classroom, well over 15 children. I witnessed a child running with scissors and trying to cut his bellybutton. I called out to the teacher and she immediately started screaming at all of the children, scaring some of them. My daughter started crying because she thought she was in trouble. As I'm trying to calm my child, the same child who was running with scissors started choking another child from behind and bit his face. I yelled out to the teacher to get her attention and she started screaming in the kids faces. I ended up taking my daughter to the front, I addressed Brandy and told her everything I mentioned above and let her know I was taking my child because the facility was unsafe and chaotic that day. Fast forward to day six (Monday 08/01/2022) I picked my daughter up and she had a bandaid on her finger. No incident report and no one seemed to know what happened. Day eight (Wednesday) I went to pick my daughter up and the same teacher who was screaming in children's faces last week was handling a child roughly in the hallway, snatching him up by his arm and pulling him. I told Brandy she needed to watch the cameras because the way the teacher handled him was inappropriate. Either the cameras don't work (which was later confirmed), or management just doesn't care because what I witnessed in the span of a week is enough for this facility to be shut down. Whenever I addressed something with Brandy, she would stare blankly, or apologize, but I don't think anything was being done to fix/prevent these incidents. When I picked my daughter up on what I decided would be her last day 08/03/2022 she had a bandaid on her knee. I was told she fell on the playground, which is fine. Accidents happen but it wasn't until we got home that she pointed out a bite mark on the back of her leg and said a boy (the same boy who had been biting everyone else) bit her at school. She said she cried and told the teacher, however none of the staff made me aware of this. My child was bitten so hard that skin was broken and she bled, but no one called me, no incident report was typed/signed, the area wasn't cleaned. They sent her home like nothing happened. This place is every parent's nightmare come true. I definitely would not recommend this "daycare" under any circumstance. The environment is not nurturing or safe. Childcare Network - Bite mark in healing stage - Preschools Near Me - Pooler, Georgia

The experience we've had with childcare network has not been the greatest. Our child has been in this daycare for almost a month and the communication is terrible. Our child was bit by another child last week and I was never contacted until I got to the school. They failed to call and reach out to my husband or I directly regarding the situation at hand. As well as, my child missed out on picture day due to the lack of communication. One of the most precious moments that I was looking forward to, gone. There were no posters posted in plain view nor did the teachers remind us of the event that was going to take place. No email was communicated out as well. Very disappointing. Our child was sick the day prior to picture day so nobody reached out via email/text/phone to send a friendly reminder. As well as, my child also missed out on spirit week due to lack of communication. The teachers and directors failed to communicate and tell the parents about the upcoming events. As well as, parents still bring their children to school sick and I have witnessed first hand my child being around sick children, which has cost us numerous doctor visits and home stays that could have been avoided. When the daycare does send emails, they will send emails about tuition and when they have classroom caps as soon as possible. They should communicate events info for parents via email/text/phone as well so parents can be ahead of the game and that will help parents to plan more efficiently for the upcoming events . Or may I suggest that they could put flyers inside each child's bag. There are numerous improvements that need to be put in place. I'm very disappointed at the experiences we've had so far. read more
