Their billing office refused to cancel my membership unless I paid $150, which is well over half the price of the 12 month contract. Absolutely ridiculous. You'd think you would make that pretty clear to avoid these situations, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I was ready to part ways on a good note until this, I will never support this business again and I'll make sure to tell my friends and family to do the same. **there is also zero social distancing in place and not a mask in sight aside from employees.

I can't speak to the gym or their facilities directly. My review has to do with their memberships…read more My daughter signed up for a membership which I understand is a 1 year commitment. She had this automatically deducted from her (our) checking account. When she found that she was moving out of state they were VERY, VERY difficult to work with and while working on this they continued to pull money from the account. (Causing other checks to bounce) When I finally got ahold of someone (not voicemail) I was told that it was no problem and they could shut off the account...going forward. Their representative also implied that this could have been done earlier if we had only asked. (I have asked, my daughter has asked, my bank has asked, her boyfriend has asked.) I am not impressed with the "tactics" employed to stall the closing of the account!! If you choose to use their gym services be careful of their financial "arrangements"!! I just looked online and found that others have also had problems with the auto debit services here http://m.ripoffreport.com/r/bobs-gym/evansville-indiana-47712/bobs-gym-would-not-quit-depiting-checking-account-after-canceling-membership-evansville-i-336615

My children love the coaches, staff and teammates! They do fundraising they also do group trips (with the whole gym included) and they offer a gymnastics class when we are on breaks! Overall my experience with legacy has been great. It's like a big family and I love that for all the kids

We visited because we were considering the program for our special-needs daughter. While waiting in the viewing area, we overheard inappropriate conversations among parents who were speaking negatively about other athletes. As a parent, that immediately raised concerns about the culture and whether this would be a positive, supportive environment for our daughter. We waited for someone to come to the front to assist us, but no one did. Between the lack of professionalism, the atmosphere in the viewing area, and our interaction with the lady at the desk , whom we found to be rude and unwelcoming, we ultimately decided to leave. When you are trusting a program with a child--especially a child with additional needs--you want to feel confident that they will be treated with kindness, respect, inclusion, and professionalism. Based on what we personally observed during our visit, we did not feel comfortable trusting this environment with our daughter and chose to look elsewhere. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, ours was enough for us to know this was not the right program for our family. Marketing to special needs family aren't a money grab. Intention and inclusion should be top priority. I question how safe it is for my child with elopement risks not to have anyone out front and the door accessible where my daughter can elope with no supervision.
