Be aware!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Our family was patients of Children's Clinic East and Heritage Medical Associates for more than a decade. During that time, we maintained insurance coverage, attended appointments, followed recommendations, paid our balances, and never experienced any significant issues with the practice. We trusted this organization with our children's healthcare and expected that trust to be reciprocated when we needed support the most. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. When our daughter began experiencing developmental delays and autism-related concerns, we found ourselves navigating a system that increasingly lacked the communication, transparency, and support that families facing complex developmental needs require. As parents, we repeatedly sought answers, clarification, referrals, documentation, and guidance. Rather than receiving clear communication, we frequently found ourselves following up on unresolved concerns and attempting to obtain explanations that never fully materialized. One particularly troubling incident involved a call regarding our daughter's care. I remained on hold for approximately 30 minutes, while my husband, calling separately during the same timeframe, received assistance almost immediately. When we later requested an explanation, none was provided. We were simply informed that the matter had been handled internally. Another concern involved statements suggesting that delays in paperwork may have contributed to delays in our daughter's developmental evaluation process. When we respectfully questioned those statements and sought clarification, communication became increasingly strained. Perhaps most confusing was later being informed that the practice believed our family had intended to leave the practice years earlier. This was inconsistent with our experience, as we continued attending appointments, receiving care, communicating with staff, and relying on the practice as our children's healthcare provider throughout that time. Ultimately, after more than ten years as patients and while actively advocating for our daughter's developmental needs, our family was dismissed from the practice. The issue is not that disagreements occurred. The issue is how concerns were managed once they were raised. In our experience, questions were not answered directly, concerns were not resolved through transparent communication, and attempts to seek clarification often resulted in further frustration rather than resolution. Families navigating developmental delays, autism evaluations, therapy services, and educational planning need a healthcare team that values communication, collaboration, and parental advocacy. Our experience left us with the impression that those qualities were lacking when they mattered most. After more than a decade of loyalty to this practice, the loss of that relationship during one of the most important periods of our daughter's development was deeply disappointing. My son was supposed to follow up with Dr Williams after an ER visit over the weekend. I just called to make his appointment because he isn't doing any better. The woman snapped at me when I told her we don't live here permanently and said they won't see him because of that. We are in town for 2-3 months. We go back and forth from here to California. It would have been nice to have a pediatrician we trust here since we come here often and stay for months at a time. The way she snapped at me was so rude and disrespectful and now I guess we have to go back to the ER. read more

Dr. Anderson is the best! My daughter has been going to his office since she was born. No complaints, I highly recommend Children's Clinic.

Absolutely love this office! Dr. Lalonde is fabulous. She genuinely care about her patients and takes time to understand and address all your concerns. She gives great advice and has the best attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone for the absolute best childcare. The nurse are amazing as well! I have never had to wait a long time either. Me and my wife are new to the area and were looking for a pediatrician for our baby that was just born. We called and left a message and they called us back we needed to get in that day and they absolutely got us in near immediately. That's the only reason they have a second star on this review. We were given options of a 10:00 / 10:40 / 12:00 appt and we chose the 10:00 because that was the perfect time for us to give our daughter breakfast and then she could stay with my mom until we could get back for lunch and play, yadda yadda. We get to the office at 9:45 since we were new and they call us back at around 10:25. We wait... And wait... And wait... And I ask the nurse at the station what time our appointment was because I wanted to make sure we didn't book the 10:40 spot. She tells me it was the 10:00 and I ask if this was normal to wait this long. She said, "Um... 50/50. We are really busy right now so..." I look around and one door was closed and every other door was open. She said the doctor was in that room and that we were next. I returned to the room and my newborn at this point is wailing for food frustration and for some A/C. At 11:35 the doctor comes in and by 11:45 the appointment was over... We will never return. Ever. 2 hours we waited to be seen. That's unheard of. Our former pediatrician saw us in less than 15 minutes every time we went. So if you plan on going here pack a lunch and something to drink. Not pleased, and still searching for a place for our newborn. read more

We have been coming here since our sons 1 week check up and love it. He is 8 months now and they have been so kind and pleasant from the beginning. Dr. Anderson is my sons doctor and he is wonderful. The other day we had to take our son in and we saw Dr.Jennings since his primary Dr was not in. Dr. Jennings was great also!! We enjoy coming here and especially love it's 2 minutes from our subdivision! I recommend Childrens clinic since they are such a great place who takes wonderful care of our little Noah when we need them. We love the nurses too on Dr Anderson side, they are so nice and always very attentive and gentle with Noah. read more

Love our doctor (Lalonde) but no matter who we see or how far in advance the appointment was made we always wait forever. It's a rare day that we're in and out in less than an hour. It's usually much longer. read more

I would not recommend this clinic. You are waiting for the invitation to the doctor office a minimum 30 minutes. After that you are waiting in a doctor's office for a doctor 40 minutes more. They do not respect somebody's time. read more

Usually in and out within an hour. They are very thorough when diagnosing and great at following up by phone call at the least when the kids are ill.Very satisfied and plan to stay until the kids are too old for a pediatrician. read more

worst doctor mr Anderson. has no respect for infamts and babies. very very rough handling. my baby (1 yr) almost choked and vomited. doesnr even stay woth parents to answer questions..he just left abruptly saying let me get a print. very very long waiting time almost an hour of waiting inside with infants cloths off. nurses are almost bad as doctora. said they will update us with our quesrions but they never call you back. stay away from that hospital and especially stay away from that doctor if you love and care ypur baby. read more
