Everyone there was been just wonderful. She has blossomed, and we are so proud of how far she has come. We had speech and play therapists come to our house weekly and we joined the co-op preschool, which is the highlight of my daughter's week (and everyone is excellent about COVID precautions). In co-op she learned to share toys with other children, follow directions in circle time, play at the gym, and try new snacks. They teachers are very patient, kind, and thoughtful and gave advice on not only speech exercises but behavior, managing tantrums, setting boundaries. In a society where teachers/therapists don't get enough credit, I wanted to say thanks to Theresa, Jen, Katherine, and Laura. Things such as making a personalized bedtime routine chart, wearing a princess dress for my princess obsessed daughter's birthday, and setting up her favorite toys mean a lot. My daughter has gone from whispering just "mama/dada" to using her voice and saying 10 word sentences / verb tenses so she is "graduating" (complete with a tiny cap/tassel and grown). This will make her transition to daycare/preschool much smoother, and I hope she will always love school like Kindering co-op. We will miss these teachers very much and are truly grateful for everything.

Clear and upfront pricing is essential for building trust with patients. I hope they improve their communication and billing practices to avoid similar issues for others.

They do ask for donations for their cause which are tax deductible,,,this is a non-profit organization. They have very skilled pathologists situated in a very family friendly environment. Their therapists not only know what they are doing, they are really good with kids. They also offer a parent education class for parents to apply the needed skills for the other 23 hours in the day when your child isn't at therapy. This really acts like a turbo boost to your chid's speaking capabilities. This is a very well run organization that really deserves the donations for its cause. You can see the results of their efforts. Can't say enough good things about them.

What made this experience truly shocking was the therapist, Jasmine, who made zero effort to comfort my child. Instead of offering any assistance, she sat with a stern, detached expression, leaving me and my mother to frantically try and calm him down on our own. We know that music usually helps soothe my toddler, so we played some children's songs at a reasonable volume in a room with closed doors. To our surprise, Jasmine asked us to turn it off without giving any reason, adding to the tension rather than alleviating it. Throughout the entire session, she showed no patience or empathy, merely sitting back and watching as my son cried. What truly drove us to leave was when my son got frightened by the watch she was wearing. I politely asked if she could pull her sleeve down just a little (which is about 1cm from the watch) to cover it, hoping it might help ease his fear. She refused, saying: "No, I'm just going to leave it here as is. I always wear it, and I'm just going to leave it here." At that moment, I realized that with her attitude and approach, there was no chance of making meaningful progress in this session. We left with my son still upset, and I shared my concerns with the clinic staff. To their credit, the staff and managers listened to my feedback attentively, which I do appreciate. However, the therapy experience itself was appallingly poor. I would not recommend this therapist to anyone, and I sincerely hope no other child or parent has to endure such a distressing and unprofessional session.

She is open to feedback and direction from outside tutors and IEP goals to design specific learning objectives for a child with dyslexia. Communication with the clinic, front desk, billing and office manager unfortunately, is lacking. The owner is not an open nor, honest person and does not take time to understand the truth of a situation. *Beware: If you take a two week family trip in the summer and your clinician also takes a trip the following two weeks, you'll be accused of cancelling half of your scheduled appointments for the summer and then given a warning of violating an attendance contract, (even though majority of these appointments were re-scheduled). Later, this will be used against you when your child is sick with a fever and has to cancel last minute. It really is a bummer to be taken off the schedule because of incomplete records and lack of communication. Other things to know: -The office staff is not welcoming as you enter the clinic, nor do they let you know if your clinician is coming soon or not. -You are responsible for tracking your co-pay payments and being sure to pay them. This is tricking if another caregiver has to bring the child to their appointment because the office does not keep a credit card on file at the clinic. -Therapists discuss private therapy and decisions in the waiting area with caregivers, which is overwhelming and crowded. I have heard many private discussions in that waiting room due to this model of communication. Overall, it's a decent place to receive therapy services and they do have a fabulous swing area. Don't make the same mistake I did, be mindful of your communication with the clinic. Be sure to be clear about their expectations for scheduling. Don't assume anything, never run a few minutes late and don't get sick or you'll be on their list.

Our daughter has a big personality, yet even at the age of 3 I could noticeably tell she was struggling to pronounce words with beginning with GR and she was holding herself back by shying away from speaking. I contacted her a pediatrician whom after a check up sent a referral to Speech for Success. From start to finish my experience as a parent working with Speech for Success has been extremely wonderful. The therapist and office staff are all really courteous and helpful. I greatly appreciate how her therapist gives my husband and I tools to assist her home for positive reinforcement. My sweet girl enjoys her therapy session with Ms. Zara, and is actively speaking up more (yay!) A few things that helped my process run smoothly was I called around to multiple speech therapy groups, to verify insurance acceptance and new patient intake availability PRIOR to her appointment with her pediatrician (as you will need a pediatric referral.) Once I narrowed down a group, I gave that group to her pediatrician to send the referral too. Within 24 hrs I contacted the center to introduce myself, let them a referral was sent by her pediatrician, and asked what steps if anything I needed to do while waiting for the office staff to overview her referral. Once her referral was pulled the office contacted me to schedule an appointment and sent a link to a portal, and completed all the tasks within the portal before the day of appointment. Within less than two weeks my daughter had her first assessment, was given a speech treatment plan, and her weekly therapy sessions started that following week.

He would light up whenever he knew he had a session coming, and he'd often ask me, "is it almost time to see Ms. Susie again?" What made Susie so special is her ability to truly see him. She understood him on a deeper level. He once told me, with a smile, "she always seems to know what I'm thinking," and that kind of connection is priceless to see as a parent.
