They can't keep their people and they just run the numbers through insurance and collections

Everyone who works here is kind and passionate about supporting child growth and they have a holistic, practical approach. Bonus: my kids love coming here! Only 1 receives therapy, but when I had to bring the other along to sessions, SLP Claire was awesome about making it work anyhow. Caregivers can wait in the waiting room during therapy or accompany their child, personally I think the latter is better so I know the terminology being learned and can practice the same exercises at home. From the moment he arrived, the staff made him feel welcome and cared for. The facility, itself, is a little on the older side, but the attention and kindness Dad received more than made up for it. The staff worked diligently on his strength and balance, and were equally attentive to making sure he was well-fed, comfortable, and never lacking for anything he needed. Every single person we encountered was warm, encouraging, and genuinely helpful. My dad's been in other rehab facilities before, but they were far from home & made regular visits quite a hardship for our family. Having a place of this caliber so close to us has meant everything. We're deeply grateful for the care he received, and if he ever needs this level of support again, we wouldn't hesitate to bring him back. Hopefully that day never comes -- but it's a real comfort knowing it's there if it does.

We told the staff we needed stairs work but they brought in a block to work with so we're not impressed. His occupational therapist also expressed his racist views, he will be reported. The food has been terrible and he's not eating and he's losing weight which they keep commenting on. When I visited last week, I was greeted with "You can't come in" which I know, I was dropping off a couple of comfort items. I know that these places are on lock down but the attitude wasn't needed. So, not sure where the quality facilities are but this isn't it.

I'm writing this review on her behalf. She isn't a fan of the food, but understands that it's temporary for her. What's REALLY concerning is: - She says this SNF is very, very dirty. - She says it smells like urine throughout. - She needs to be up and moving as much as possible. After her (presumed) first walk of the day, she asked to get up and do it again in a few hours. The response was that it wasn't possible, the staff "were too busy for that". Note -- her surgeon AND hospitalist emphasized that the point of a SNF was doing her exercise regimen 3x daily and having staff to help her improve her mobility at other times of day......... Hi there, ICC staff, have you read her doctor's notes and treatment plan? Are you planning to simply not follow that plan? I'm honestly really worried that my grandma's health will get worse in her stay here. If the staff can't be bothered even when the patient asks for assistance....... Will they bother to make sure the patient is using their incentive spirometer, so that their very high risk elderly patient doesn't get pneumonia? Will they bother to take care and measure an elderly diabetic patient's blood glucose? Will update this review after her stay is over. For my grandma's sake, I hope that that the impression so far is not truly what this place is like. Seriously hoping this turns out to be a fantastic SNF. Fingers crossed.

No one is answering. She's probably on the phone doing the same thing to someone else... ;-)

Staff will call in case of a cancellation. The therapists I've seen are terrific. They listen and understand the physical problems, prescribe gradually more intense exercise, and provide video instructions for at-home work. Each therapist stays with you for the entire visit.

I enjoyed coming here to catch up with employees and hear about their latest happenings. They have vast amounts of exercises and variations to get you back into tip top shape at Bellevue Physical Therapy. I find it extremely unprofessional and unethical for Bellevue Physical Therapy to inject their negative opinion of my personality as their customer into a conversation with my prospective employer regarding my physical fitness for an offered position, which is the only thing they were paid to evaluate.
