The day of the appointment they called and cancelled the appointment. The lady called to reschedule it for February another two months of waiting. The office is rude and inconsiderate. They treat people like you are a burden. They make you wait to verify you have insurance for an hour. What a disgrace. The forms were easy to complete and send online. When I arrived at the office there was a giant sign that welcoming the new patients to the office. It was such a nice touch and made our day! When I checked in at the front desk they confirmed they received the forms and everything was all set. While waiting in the waiting room my daughter played with the books and other items they had in the waiting room. Once called back they brought us to a very kid friendly room with lots of beautiful paintings of animals. There was another personalized sign welcoming my daughter to her first visit. There were 2 dental professionals that went over proper cleaning and tips and tricks which was very helpful as a first time mom. After the cleaning Dr. Steph came in to examine her mouth and administer fluoride treatment. She also explained proper cleaning and things to look out for as more teeth come in. I truly can't say enough good things about this staff. From the front desk, to hygienists/assistants, to the doctor- the experience was truly incredible.

He was only four years old,when he starts going there, and each visit, he would complain about being restrained. They've been using these methods for dental procedures, but during our last visit, I specifically told them not to restrain him anymore. The very next day, after what was supposed to be a simple cleaning, his mouth became extremely swollen. He ended up suffering from gingivitis for a week and a half, during which he couldn't eat or drink properly. It was a terrible experience, and I believe they might have used poor-quality tools or improper methods, causing unnecessary harm. This has been one of the worst dental experiences, and I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have had horrible dental treatment in the past, and have actually been left in pain for years due to that treatment. But, I also have a medical condition that makes my teeth incredibly susceptible to caries. First visit, I went in as an emergent patient, with a dental abscess. The guy up front, he was horrible. I had to make a scene to finally get seen, due to his incompetence. I didn't feel that it bode well, and I was actually within seconds of walking out. But when I was finally taken back it was great. The dentist, Dr. Maria, actually listened to me. We put together a care plan. Today was my 6th visit, and I have to say, I'm impressed. From Gianna at the front desk, to Beth, the amazing hygienist, Sami (sp?) the dental assistant, and Dr. Maria herself, I feel welcomed and cared for. I should mention, the guy who gave that horrible treatment on day one? Gone. The oral surgeon that I had to see in visit two has the bedside manner of a rock (a dull rock at that). He did a great job on the extraction, but don't expect any sort of communication. I will continue to use Aldan Family Dental (specifically Dr. Maria), so long as I live in driving distance!

Dr. Cwyk & her team were wonderful. They new how nervous I was. They were so kind, caring and empathetic to me. I had no pain at all during and after my root canal. Great job! Dr. Shah (sp?) was extremely rude and more interested in trying to prove herself right and me wrong about my son's pre-treatment antibiotic requirement. It was only a consultation so no med was given and although knowing this, she jabbed a sharp instrument in my son's abcessed gum causing him to scream, cry and bleed. Not one word of reassurance or comfort from her as she walked out of the room only to come back loudly proclaiming she had "bad news" in front of my already upset son. Horrible, horrible experience there. I would definitely NOT recommend bringing a child to that office.
