I called this location and was told there was availability. I didn't want to risk losing the spot so I told the director I would like to tour and put a deposit down. I couldn't find any reviews online or on FB so I asked a local community page for reviews. Three prev employees direct messaged me and shared why they didn't believe I should trust the peacocks plume for care. I was shocked when one told me 'the teachers know where the blind spots are for cameras' and shared a couple incidents where children have been left outside accidentally, there have been physical altercations, and more. There were also 2 parents I spoke with. Apparently, even in the Florida heat - kids don't get offered water through out the day? That's just crazy. When I called peacocks plume to rescind my application due to neg reviews I've seen, she didn't seem to mind. Just to hold a spot you have to pay 150$ - no refunds. Stealing money for no service?now, all of a sudden there are no neg reviews. Shady shady shady.

The tennis instructors for the children Saturday morning classes are very good with the children, and turn the instruction into games. There is an over sized Olympic diving pool, workout facilities, and a multitude of other rooms. They offer after school programs and summer camps as well. Swimming lessons by age group are another offering. The parking lot is often too small for the number of cars here, and you will see quite a bit of parking on the street.

There is a parent portal and even a curriculum portal. It is wonderful to have this type of transparency with the care of my child. Payments are weekly along with a small (compared to others) annual fee. They have a secure door (with pass code) with the door handle up high so the little ones cannot accidentally get out. My daughter loves her teacher and classmates but I'm debating on changing her due to the front desk staff. I work at a front desk also and I treat all my customers with respect and always with great greeting. Front desk it's the first person any client and future client see, they should always be at their best. One more and I'm out.
