I'm a grandma that takes a toddler and a pre-K child to school some mornings. I find the staff helpful when one is reluctant and always nice to me. They know the children and their names in the mornings even if they are teaching or working in another area. read more

As our youngest child heads off to kindergarten, it's with a full heart and deep gratitude that I reflect on the past 10 wonderful years our family has spent with Child Time. Both of our children grew up in your care, and we couldn't have asked for a more nurturing, loving, and supportive environment during their earliest and most formative years. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have treated our children like family--celebrating their milestones, comforting them on tough days, and fostering a love of learning that will carry them through their school years and beyond. We've watched them grow not just academically, but socially and emotionally, thanks to the thoughtful structure and genuine care they received every day. We have had the honor to know some fantastic teachers and families. But unfortunately there is always one crazy kook so here is some advice....If you see an issue little or big TALK TO THE DIRECTOR!! Don't run to social media. The staff is so understanding and will take you seriously. It's hard to say goodbye after a full decade of drop-offs, crafts, songs, and warm hugs. We're so thankful for everything ChildTime has given to our family, and while we're sad to leave, we know our children are more than ready for their next steps because of the strong foundation built here. They treat my baby with great care and communicate well with me. Friendly staff and a clean and well set atmosphere in the infant room.

Do not recommend whatsoever. My 1 year old started going here only part time and the first day she was there, once i picked her up my child was pale as ever and looked starved. Upon reading the report i realized they only gave her 1 5oz bottle of milk all day. She had just turned 1 and still hasn't transitioned to the sippy cup which they knew and i brought bottles in which she was to get milk, i have also provided them with my own whole milk. My child was there for almost 10hours!!! I reported this to the supervisor i believe her name wAs Jennifer who stated she would talk to the director who never called me or anything. The following week i called to speak to the director Melissa who claimed she knew nothing about the incident. I will never take my child here again or recommend to anyone. They are lucky i did not report them to the better bussines bureau. read more

My son has went to childtime for over 6 years. He is now going into middle school and has outgrown the need for daycare. We always went to work knowing he was safe. During school they took him to/from school. Never had any issues. The teacher that stands out to me the most is Ms. Stephanie. However, all the staff was great. Thank you Melissa and staff for all you have done for us over the years. read more

My daughter and son have been going to Childtime for a couple years. I love Melissa, the director, and all of my children's teachers. They are always helpful and go above and beyond when I have odd requests or odd schedules. I feel they are getting a good education and will be super prepared for school. I recommend Childtime to friends all the time. read more
