My niece has been coming here for almost a year now and it has been one of the best experience, The teachers are so amazing and treat everyone from the children to the parents with so much love and respect. My niece is now 3 years old and has grown and learned so much since she started coming to this school, the lesson plans and activity that they do with them is so amazing and my niece always comes home talking about her teachers and friends. I need to know how to contact the owner of this facility. It was my sons first day here and I am not at all happy about what I witnessed on the in class security cameras as well as how my complaint was handled when in the office this afternoon. For the amount of money it costs per week you'd think you should be able to trust the safety of your children is a priority. Might I add this comMent below is total shit. I called and spoke with a manager over the company and they saw fit to have this woman supervised and not left alone with kids but would not remove her frOm the class. Both my children attended here but ever since Zelda left this place has completely went down hill. My son is newly diagnosed with Autism and he's 3 years old and they have him in room with bunch two years because he can't wipes himself after using the bathroom. 30 kids in two years room really no structure. I'm in process of removal him from this center. I advise people to look else where for child care. read more

My kids went to this daycare for 3months. Everyday I looked on the camera and saw her crying. I even saw one of the teach kicking my child cot to wake her up. When I confronted the teacher all she said was sorry. I told the director an they told me they have a lot of complaints on the particular teacher an they were actively hiring someone to replace her. After 3 months of my kid crying an being ignored. I removed her from this daycare. Best decision. She is now the happiest kid. read more

This is my first experience with a daycare since our baby going is our first. With that being said I was mostly motivated by their availability for infants, as well as access to security cameras at all times. They also have an app that you can interact with the staff and see pictures uploaded of their friends. My baby has significantly grown and I think she has gotten the social development needed for a baby her age. She is now 17 months. Side note they found a way to stay open for us during this craziness of coronavirus and I am very thankful because it allows me to continue to work. Only thing I want to add is I hope the director situation stays, I think with our time there we have been through three directors. All other staff seems to stay. read more

My child (2 at the time) went for about 3 months before I was FINALLY able to move her. Room was empty Witt no toys or learning environments and smell bad all the time. Teachers were sitting down and not engaging kids every time I came in. The few times I was able to watch the video feed all I saw was kids crying alone and my daughter terrified by herself. Sometimes they even woke kids up from nap time by kicking (not super hard but still!) their sleeping cots. Since she has move she is thriving with new friends, learning skills and growing in happiness. Make sure you keep an eye on these teachers if you child goes here! FYI, I had my oldest (4 at the time) in another classroom that was engaging with activities and learning plans with a wonderful committed teacher. However, no matter how much I complained to the management about the obvious different in class/teacher qualified the results never changed. read more

Absolutely loved this school and the cell phone app that would give me updates and pictures to download about my son throughout the day. They offered a tuition discount to teachers and military families. We moved away from the area, but I highly recommend this location. read more

I loved this school when my son first began attending. He attended daily for approximately five months without major issue. Suddenly I began getting phone calls (2-3 times weekly) that my son had been acting out and was uncontrollable. My son has been in childcare since 6 months and was 2.5 at this point and never had he misbehaved in school. I was told that he'd hit/spit, stripped himself of his clothing and threw toys around the classroom. After going to pick him up a few times services were terminated. Thankfully, I had already been on the look for a new facility. I am convinced that someone at that school had to have done something to my child to cause him to act this way and dread being there as he was fine at drop off, but two to three hours into the day he was not. Never did that fake caring cold hearted Zelda ever offer to show video of what was occurring in the classroom to upset my child. Sure she consistently asked about "changes in the home". Which there were none. My son has been at the new center for five months now with no issues. He is learning new things daily, more comfortable, happy and content than ever at ChildTime. read more

My husband and I moved to the area and under estimated how hard it was to find infant childcare. Zelda at Child time worked with us and got our 7 month a spot without too long of a wait. He has been going to Child time for 2 weeks now and he is doing great. They have an app that gives you updates and the staff have taken great care of him. I highly recommend Childtime. read more

Absolutely love this place! My husband is in the military and we relocated to hampton in august 2016. I started working right away so we needed care for our two year old. This was the first and only center we toured! The staff is great and the center is always so clean and organized, we knew it was the best choice since our little one did not want to leave after meeting and playing with the teachers. She loved going to preschool and always wakes up asking to see her teacher, Miss Tracy and Miss Ky. She has learned so much there too, i really enjoy watching her sing and talk about the things they learn in circle time. Just a great place over all !! read more

I absolutely love this place, the center is very clean, organized and friendly. The staff is awesome and Ms. Zelda is absolutely wonderful. They do so many unique activities with the kids, its always something new and fun each day for the kids. My daughter learns so well here and has fun while doing it. From moving out of state I know how difficult it can be to find the right care for your children, I highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

I loved this daycare for my daughter in the beginning. She started out in the infant 2 room and eventually ended up in the toddler 1 room. Management and the infant teacher are so wonderful. But the same cannot be said for the toddler 1 teachers. When they installed their new camera system I noticed my daughter was constantly crying and the teachers would just walk by her. I felt like my daughter was miserable because the teachers didn't care about her, or most of the other kids for that matter. Each teacher had their favorites and it clearly showed throughout the days. When I picked up my daughter one day she was once again crying. When I walked out with her I saw the teachers high fiving each other. This is unacceptable behavior for a childcare center and for as much as we paid, we deserved more than subpar care. The teachers in T1 were extremely rough with the kids, lifting them by one arm and moving them around like rags dolls at times. Just a poor excuse for child care "professionals". read more
