When we put our kids in Childtime almost four years ago, we could have never imagined all the Wonder, fun, love and growth they'd experience there!!! Our child has been going to ChildTime since she was 17 months old. She is now 5 and still attends the schools summer camp program because we just love the school, teachers and staff! We are so blessed to have found such a great home away from home for our babies. We've been a Childtime family for nearly 4 years for two kiddos, and it truly feels like a community and school, not just a day care. From baby sign language to social skills to learning to talk and read, the staff and curriculum is just excellent. Best of all, they teach children to be curious, kind, and love learning. It's also so fun for the whole family, with lots of theme weeks and family events, plus healthy meals and snacks included. Did I mention the beautiful yard where kids play outside twice daily? It's also a comfort to have the app that connects right to the staff for updates and messages, as well as the livestream. We have loved our time at Childtime! We initially joined Childtime as a temporary childcare solution while our nanny underwent surgery. We had such a warm welcoming from the staff who made the transition for our son into a group environment easy. He has been thriving there ever since and really enjoys his time playing with friends and participating in fun, educational activities. Ms. Christy is so creative and comes up with great activity ideas that keep the two-year-olds engaged and learning! We love to get picture and activity updates on the app throughout the day. We have had our daughter enrolled in Childtime on Pleasant Grove since she was 10 months old. She has moved through each classroom and will be off to TK in the fall. We have had nothing but a great experience! Every teacher and the administrators are so loving and caring for our child. Ms Megan and Ms Angie in the PreK classroom are amazing! Each week they come up with so many activities, crafts, and games to teach the children not only about the alphabet, science and creativity but also about being kind, showing empathy and respect and being a good friend. My child is in the toddler class now. It is a very smoothly run facility. My child is always happy going there. Updates on the app are such a great piece of mind throughout the day. They listen to your wishes. Security is great and I always feel like my kid is safe. Once they are out of the infant class they go outside often, which I love! We have had our daughter at Childtime since she was 6 months old!!! The teachers and leadership have been amazing. Having access to cameras in the room your child is in has really provided us a sense of security. We love the daily updates from teachers in the app of our child's activity which rangers from potty updates, how they are eating, and photos and videos of them doing fun things! I reviewed this center back when my daughter was really young but am circling back to re-review now that my daughter has advanced through the school and we have a new baby in the infant room. As with any school, there have been some staff changes and structural changes to the classroom groupings over the years, but what has remained constant has been the continuity of care and love for the kiddos. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable and care for the kids as if they are their own. They spend so much time outdoors and consistently provide a safe, clean environment that parents can have confidence in and the kids can have FUN in. Megan and Angie are miracle workers and the creative things they come up with for the pre-k children never ceases to amaze me. Now that we are back to having one kiddo in the infant class as well, I'm back to those days of anxiously missing my baby. But Nancy and the other women in that class room are so responsive and caring of the babies that while I may miss my baby, I know he is safe, growing, and loved. There's obviously not enough room to name all of the awesome ladies at the center but I truly cannot overstate how happy I've been with the way they had interacted with my children. Again, it's not cheap but it is fairly and thoughtfully priced and having landed at a great facility on our first try is well worth the price. read more

My 4 month old daughter attended Childtime for 2 weeks, and we had a fairly poor experience. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because their director, Lisa, is fantastic and because they handled our departure well. Our poor experience started within the first 2 hours of our daughter's first day. They mistakenly fed her another mother's breast milk. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a big one for her first day. I do appreciate that they had the integrity to call me and tell me that it happened, but I couldn't move past this incident. There also appeared to be at least 1 sick baby in the infant room during my daughter's first week, which resulted in my daughter getting sick. She got the flu and an eye infection before her first week was through (which led to 2 urgent care visits). I expected her to get sick, but was surprised by how quickly she did. It didn't seem like they followed their sickness policy very well. Finally, I wasn't a huge fan of some of their policies, but I was aware of them going into the experience, so that's on me. The area where the babies sleep is fully lit, which made sleeping harder than it needed to be. I also think the way they handle their communal toys probably contributed to my daughter's illness. There were a couple positives. Their director Lisa is very kind, warm, and accommodating. I also think she has a lot of integrity and truly wants everyone to have a great experience at Childtime. When we chose to leave after two weeks, Lisa waived the 2 weeks notice that you typically have to give, which I greatly appreciated! Lastly, Ms. Andrea in the infant room is great! She was always very kind and willing to answer any of my questions. Overall, I recommend looking elsewhere for infant care. read more

Figured I would give an update since my last review was 2 years ago. I've been sending my son to Childtime since he was a baby. I can now say that the infant, toddler, and twos teachers are all phenomenal. My son perks up in the morning when I tell him we're going to "school". He puts on his backpack and leads me to the front door on the weekends, wanting to go back to Childtime. He has a blast. My husband and I aren't from the area and don't have family around to help us. My daughter has been attending since she was 10 months old, for about a year now. As soon as she started walking, in the mornings while getting ready she would stand by the front door because she was SO excited to go to Childtime (See photos). The staff is amazing and offer so many enriching activities (see photos), even for the itty-bitty kids. They are shockingly responsive and send updates via their App throughout the day. We are also able to view the live feed which is such a joy during the workday to see what kinds of fun our little nugget is up to. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Childtime on Pleasant Grove is an amazing childcare center! From the infant room through to early preschool, we have had nothing but amazing teachers and staff who have created a warm, safe, and caring environment for our child and our family. The teachers and admin have been timely, proactive, and transparent with any sickness or concerns that have popped up throughout the day. We love the app they use for secure classroom streaming and realtime updates on meals, naps, and photo updates of the fun activities they plan. Our child is kept engaged throughout the day with reading, play, art, sports, music, and more, and always comes home with a smile on her face. We cannot overemphasize how kind and caring the whole staff is. The administrators, teachers, floaters, and even the school chef greet the children by name when we cross paths in the mornings and afternoons. They take the BEST care of my baby boy! Their staff are all very friendly and wonderful with babies and kids! They provide the love and care that eases the guilt of this working mom! They even have a camera so I can see him while he plays, and they send me the cutest pictures on top of that! My son has FPIES, a food allergy he is sensitive to milk, soy and rice and potentially a few more. They take it very seriously and are very careful with him. I trust them with him. read more

Director was very rude. She seemed instantly irritated when I said my child had allergies, and seemed unwilling to help my child prevent an allergic reaction in any way except to have the staff wash his hands after my baby had already come into contact with an allergen ( which is not really a preventative measure since the child has already come into contact with the allergen). She said that they were not even willing to sit the baby in a different table to prevent an allergic reaction. I think that her lack of concern and irritation at the baby's health condition is concerning considering she is the director of a child care center. read more

I came in for a tour under the impression that spots were open as discussed over the phone before I arrived. When I got there, I was told there were no spots and they weren't sure there would be when I needed to enroll him either, and the price was actually $40 higher a week than discussed on the phone. A few things that really bothered me was the way the tour guide talked to her employees, almost as if they were an annoyance or bother, that she kept calling my son Kevin when his name isn't close in any way shape or form to that, children outside in over 100° weather, and when I asked what happens if he gets hurt (I was told an incident report is filed, but sometimes they're just too busy or the reports get lost before the parents are ever notified). I really wanted this place to work for us, but I just left with a bad feeling which is unsettling when they would be taking care of your children for hundreds of dollars a week. Really hoping for the parents paying, and children enrolled I just had a one off poor experience. read more

I cannot give enough praise for this facility! We recently transferred here, and the staff has been AMAZING! They are all extremely friendly, caring, and instantly make you feel at home. We are currently in the Preschool classroom with Ms. Bethanny, and she is absolutely wonderful! Childtime has cameras that allow you to peak in on your child if you'd like. More importantly there is a special App that they update with pictures, videos and events of the day. It's wonderful to know what activities are being done, so I don't feel like I'm missing out on her day! I highly recommend childtime! read more

We have had great experiences at Childtime over the years, most recently over the last few weeks. Our son (now 6 1/2 years old) went here from 7 months old until he entered TK at 4 1/2 years old. During that time, we loved his teachers and the interactions we had with the staff. We would get daily reports about his progress on his learning, both social and educational. Our eldest kiddo still talks about his time here. When our daughter was born in 2016 and was diagnosed with CP, my husband became a SAHD to facilitate her therapy. He recently got seriously ill and we had the need for daycare for a few weeks. We called and spoke with Crystal, who advised us to purchase the FLEXpass. This allowed our daughter to be cared for in the toddler room as needed. We were able to get regular updates and pictures via the free app, and she had THRIVED at Childtime. Now that my husband is well, we have decided to continue her time here (part-time) as she is well loved and cared for and LOVES being in with the other toddlers. The daycare center itself is neat, organized, has open space, and yet is safe and secure. It is clean and beautiful! In the 5+ years, we have had interaction with this daycare, there has been relatively low turn over in the staff, allowing for constant and high-quality staff to love on the kiddos. We highly recommend this daycare! P.S. I understand there are reviews on here that talk about the reviewers impression from taking a tour, but you should know if you talk to parents who have had their child(ren) here for years (like we have), you will find a group of loving parents who all have the common denominator of knowing that our children are in good hands. read more

From the moment I walked in to the Roseville Childtime, I had a good feeling. It was clean, not too big, and the staff was attentive and kind. Knowing first impressions aren't always spot-on, I looked closer, read reviews and took the step to enroll my 2-year old daughter. My first impression certainly was correct. The staff in our room (Ms. Terry in particular), is fabulous. My daughter warmed up to her and the other teachers right away.... she had a tough time adjusting, but it showed the patience and love that the teachers have for the little ones. I absolutely love the Watch-Me-Grow system and Bright Wheel. It was very nice and helped ME adjust to having my daughter in daycare - mom guilt that I was experiencing was much less for sure! Every question I had... and I had questions!... was answered promptly and in detail, I really appreciated this aspect of the people running the school. It makes me feel good about my choice in childcare options - with so many out there, it's overwhelming. I feel great about my choice with Childtime. Thank you everyone there! read more

If you are looking to drop off your child at a daycare, where they do the bare minimum.. this is your place. We are very happy with this Center as the staff are very friendly, helpful and good with the kids. Our kids are toddler age and have been going here for a few years (1 of them) and the other started in 2016. This Center uses an app (free of course) that gives you updates and pictures each day for bathroom breaks/updates, meal updates with how much your kids ate, activity updates and information on things that parents need to know. Hours, costs, location, billing software, family activities (example: Christmas Open House) are all good. read more

They also put in a ton of time making special events (Halloween, Valentine's Day, etc). My son has learned shapes, numbers, the alphabet (upper and lower case) and so much more! We love Childtime! My daughter has been going here since she was about 5 months old (she's 3.5 now), and she LOVES it! I've been so impressed with what she learns and her social interactions. She comes home every day and talks about her best friends. The kids learn good manners, and they are treated with love and kindness by all the staff. Once or twice I've had to call and talk to the director about some small issues and my concerns are dealt with promptly. I'm really happy with what my daughter is learning as well - the teachers come up with the most creative activities for the kids! She even knows how to count to 20 in Spanish! I feel like my job as a parent is made SO MUCH easier because she's learning so much at school, and everything I do at home (read books, teach manners, etc) is reinforced at school. The facility is clean, there is a really nice outside play area, the teachers are great and we get tons of pictures every day! The classrooms are clean, the play area in the back is updated and beautiful, the activities are wonderful in each classroom (I have three children in different rooms). Both my boys have been going to this Childtime since they were 8 weeks old. My boys are the most important part of my life and Ms. Rosie and Ms. Lisa and there team of dedicated teachers truly put my mind at ease. They are always understanding and willing to help me with any concerns I have. Ms. Kelly, Ms. Katie, Ms. Terry and Mr. Travis are just some of the great teachers that my boys have had. They each have helped my boys get potty trained, work together with other kids, learn songs, their ABC's and so much more!! I checked out many schools before deciding on Childtime they cost a lot but I believe it's worth it. I really don't understand the poor reviews that Yelp has for them. This place isn't worth it. Please save your money and go elsewhere. This place went downhill really bad since Covid happened. I would wait for a few years or never come. It's a shame when I first brought my daughter it was great she loved everyone until all teachers started to quit and then new teachers came in. That's when problems started happening. The toddler teacher Valeria is way to rough with the toddlers and hates majority of them unless your toddler doesn't act like a toddler. I have seen that woman pulled a toddler down got in her faced and yelled. Of course director won't do anything because she thinks the employee is "amazing". She would pull them down if they got up during circle time or yank them up if they were sitting. My daughter had nursemaid elbow at that time and it was caught on the camera when she yanked her up. I told her to not handle my daughter like that and what she had. This teacher looked at me crazy and said, "I never heard that before". Director didn't do anything about it. My daughter didn't like her and would constantly cry when she saw her. She would come home angry and would have these tantrums, then started to regress. She didn't want to speak anymore or use any sign language. It worried me and instead of helping my concern with my daughter, they blamed the problem on her and said she had behavioral issues. When my daughter finally turned 2, she went to Teri and the crying/tantrums stopped. My daughter was more happy and started to speak again. Then she went to the preschool classroom and problems started happening again. I would see on camera my daughter being picked on, no teacher being involved or they would turned their back not wanting to deal with the problem until my daughter stands up for herself then there's a problem. I heard from other employees that one of the teacher in the preschool classroom doesn't like my daughter and doesn't want to deal with her. I have seen this teacher just sit there and watch everything go down instead of helping. It's clear she doesn't want to be in that classroom. When I drop off or pick up, the teacher would avoid me and not say a word to me. My daughter has developed anxiety because of this and started picking at her face. She would come home with bruises and scratches. When we mention this, they would dismiss our concerns. She would constantly scream that she doesn't want to go to the daycare. Since we kept her home more, she's been happier. The director has been so unprofessional about this and been hostile towards my family. When I was talking to the assistant director, I was asking a question and all I heard was her yelling in the background giving me a dirty look. When my daughter dad came to pick up one day and asked a question, she replied rudely, "what do you think?". Just stay away, to many problems at this place. read more

My daughter started at Childtime of Roseville back at the beginning of June of this year. From January to June we had her attending KinderCare of Foothills and we had the worst experience. She cried everyday, would not eat and would still be upset when I picked her up 8 hours later. We decided to switch day cares to Childtime. We have had the best experience so far in just the past month. My daughter loves going to school to see her teachers and friends. EVERY SINGLE staff member has been absolutely amazing to us and our daughter. They also have cameras in the rooms, in which I can watch her on my phone and check in on her. The teachers update the app with diaper changes, meals (very healthy and good meals that my daughter loves) and even pictures, which is my favorite. The rooms are very nicely updated with new toys and flooring and it always smells so clean in the rooms, even after having kids in it all day. In my household, we speak Spanish to our daughter which we did express to Childtime that if there was anyone who speaks Spanish, we would love for my daughter to speak Spanish with them...Not only has the teachers been talking to her in Spanish, but even teachers that don`t speak Spanish are learning it to be able to say little words to our daughter in Spanish as well. We are so grateful for all the teachers and directors at Childtime. To be able to pick up a happy baby at the end of the day is a blessing. Wow, this place was not for my child. I'm a stay home parent that was looking for a child care provider. I called the facility on four separate occasions to schedule a walk through and each time they could not accommodate my requested time. So I did an un-announced drop by. They were not at all happy about that. The receptionist was not very pleasant as were the staff including the director of the facility. To make a long opinion short, I would not entrust this daycare provider with my precious child for so many reason. Note! The playground area was large but lacking an updated play structure, if you can even call it a play structure, more like an accident waiting to happen. What a waste of perfectly good outdoor area for the children. Please not this is only "One Small Opinion." But I hope this small opinion can help save you valuable time on your search. I take my 2, 3 and 5 year old's here full time. Althought it is more expensive than other places, it is well worth the money. The staff are incredible. The directors Rosy and Lisa are the best we have seen. We have utilized Kindercare, Private home and Phoenix in the past. The kids love it, we love it and you get what you pay for. read more
