Found out through the sweet and lovely server who assisted us that the pastries are Venezuela inspired as we noticed the custard was an orange color and not the usual yellow. They featured some amazing coffee drinks along with some interesting cold beverages with colorful jelly's in them. We also got to sample some cookies and bought several of them to take home. They were delicious but the custard pastry is our favorite. It was soft and so tasty. Definitely will be back ! But in fact, it is a Chilean food truck and the next door food truck is Salvadorian, which I was even more excited to try. The sandwich was incredibly flavorful, the steak tasted amazing, there was an over abundance of avocado which is rare because you know how most restaurants can be stingy on crushed avo! The fries were crispy and perfect with ketchup, my mom loved the cheese empanadas, I also tried a bite and they were flakey and crispy, cheese inside was gooey and warm, you can't go wrong with a great empanada! I was happy we tried this spot and that it didn't end up being Mexican (which I also love btw), I've never tried Chilean food before and more people should know about Viva! What a blessing that turned out to be We were hosting a pre-wedding social for a large group of family and friends at a Rosemary Beach vacation home . They were able to set up the food truck/trailer in front of the garage with easy access for guests to order from the menu and get served fresh hot food. It was a perfect set-up. The whole experience was amazing beyond description, but let's start with the food - absolutely delicious. The variety of flavorful empanada choices will satisfy everyone, from adults to kids, from meat-lovers to vegetarians. The beans and rice as a side fits the bill, as does the optional cheese fries. They also serve funnel fries for dessert, which taste just like the funnel cake at your favorite festival. Last for our party, they tested a new offering - apple pie fritters, which were a huge hit amongst everyone - to the point where they graciously kept the kitchen open to make enough for everyone. Thanks to Josh and Frank of Empanadas Kings, everyone was well fed and happy, and the guests universally praised the effort long after they packed up for home. All in all, we could not have been more happy with the experience, the service, the food, and the value. We will do it again.

This thick corn cake was fried to a crispy light golden brown crust with a moist and tender very sweet interior. It was topped with melted cheese (queso a mano) or white mozzarella. It also was covered with a fairly tender layer of barbecued beef plus slices of fresh avocado. Big serving - big flavor. Also grabbed a half dozen "Colombian" style empanadas (2 of each type: chicken, beef, or cheese.) Well cooked, slightly thick cornmeal crust and amply filled. If you're unfamiliar, cachapa is described as a sweet Venezuelan pancake filled with Guayanes cheese and shredded beef aka Venezuelan comfort food.
