This seemed like a great spot, jamming a bunch of airstream trailers and turn them into food trucks under a canopy with an attached patio restaurant and little cubicles with the small business owners plying coffee, and other sundries. The coffee was great and I'm sure once everything else opened up it be a good food spot for lunch. Definitely swing by if you're in the area.

Mall/airport food court vibes. Might be a good spot to bring your dog out to have a drink with friends downtown, but I wasn't impressed by the prices or quality of food at any option here. If you're looking for a solid drink and some tacos to get the night started or an afternoon snack, this could be the spot for you! But this isn't a place for a "wow the food in Pensacola is SO good" experience. At least in the Asian food truck I tried, the shrimp were clearly frozen very shortly before being served to me, and the prices scream "tourist trap".

Love the various food options at the Garden. There is a bar, poke, Mexican and ice cream all located in one garden. The indoor outdoor atmosphere is such a vibe. Great place to hangout with friends and family on the weekends. The Garden is also a great place to stop by for a quick lunch. Only gripe is the parking. If you can grab good street parking it's perfect. If not you may have to walk a few blocks.

Plantains w/shredded beef

Another Friday, and with everything that's going on, another instructor lunch. So I ordered the Steak Papito and the Plantains with shredded beef, cheese and a sauce on top. So let's start with the plantain dish... I thought was very different, the beef was flavor full and the plantains were good as well. I actually enjoyed this more then the Steak Papito. The Steak Papito had a nice amount of everything on there but maybe a bit too much. As soon as I attempted to pick the sandwich up it broke apart at the back and everything started falling out. Just got messy quick. So I had to use a knife to eat this sandwich. The bread was really tasty, just some parts were completely soaked with the juices. The steak was of good cuts but a bit bland and I could've done without the cheese. All in all not a bad spot, I'd definitely try something else from the menu. Recommend.

Seriously one of my favorite spots in downtown Pensacola. The Garden is an open dining food hall with a variety of dining options. From poke to Nashville hot chicken, there is something for everyone here. There is plenty of seating and an awesome area for photo opps in front of the Garden sign. They have Perennial bar which is the perfect spot to grab a drink.

Great environment. Many choices of food trucks to choose from; food, coffee, cocktails, desserts, etc. They have it all!

Skinny Paco (half eaten) and calavero taco

I went to Calavera and it was awesome. I'm a sucker for street food and a sucker for tacos and this place did not disappoint! I got the calavera taco and it was amazing I could eat one every day forever and still not get enough of it. I also got the skinny Paco. I could tell it was a healthier option- the fish didn't have a whole lot of flavor but the sauce made up for it ( I did withhold from the habanero sauce so maybe that would have added to the flavor of the fish) but the other sauce on it was really tasty. 10/10 recommend

More of a cool place to eat kind of a place than anything else. Foods mediocre and over priced.

Our family was passing through Pensacola, looking for a good place to grab a bite "with a view"…read morenear downtown. We found Jaco's and it didn't disappoint. We started with the fried green tomatoes. Amazing. We've been on a .mission to find the best Fried Green Tomatoes and these might just be the tops in the south! They came out piping hot, crispy (not soggy) on the outside, firm green tomatoes on the inside. The microgreens, balsamic drizzle with dollop of goat cheese elevated this dish even further. The blackened Mahi fish tacos were so incredibly flavorful and fresh. I loved that everything is fresh and made in-house. The shells, the mango salsa, the chipotle sauce and the blackened Mahi were all so fresh and worked so well together. My family got the margarita flatbread pizza and caprese salad. The flatbread pizza was crispy, light and fresh. The caprese came with a wonderful pesto that accompanied the garden ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and balsamic. The service was a little swamped (stressed) as they were super busy during a weekday lunch. However, they were hustling and working hard to serve us... so can't really complain. Really can't say enough about this place. Great views from the pier, incredibly fresh food with a crew striving to take care of its patrons. One of the best places we've eaten at in the area. We definitely plan to be back.

Very good food and great service. The setting was fantastic. We plan to return in the future.read more

I am not sure if there was another place near by called Lupita's fast food or if this is the same…read moreplace, but it seems like reviewers have got them confused. One review said they had the "best queso ever" at Lupitas Mexican Kitchen, but they apparently do not sell queso. So that was the first let down. The price of the 4 birria tacos was impressive, they were pretty good, just not amazing. The chicken quesadilla didn't really have any cheese, literally the chicken just fell out because there was nothing to hold it together. The steak burritos were decent, but again nothing to rave about. It did the trick, but I won't be back.

Lupita's Mexican Kitchen is just another great example of my long-held belief that the best Mexican…read morefood does not come from high-end or fancy restaurants that just drip with hipster ambiance, but rather I have always found that the best Mexican food comes from these humble little mom-and-pop places that are inexpensively furnished, but the staff is usually smiling and the food is often indicative of how truly amazing that Mexican food can be. Lupita's Mexican Kitchen has a pretty straightforward menu and I had it narrowed down to either a burrito or the birria tacos and I asked the smiling young lady behind the counter which of the two I should go with. After a momentary pause, she pointed to the birria tacos sign. I paid for my order and found a seat. In a few moments, the smiling girl called out to me and handed me my food. The plate consisted of four birria tacos, a cup of consome (it appears that is the correct spelling for this. I thought it would be spelled like the traditional consomme) and a few small containers of both a spicy red sauce and a creamy green sauce. The price point was thirteen dollars. Quite a good price for the quality and quantity of the food they provided. These birria tacos were very good. I tore into them with quite some gusto. Mexican food is truly a culinary gift. I would have to say that Mexican is one of my favorite cuisines and it is because of these wonderfully humble little mom-and-pop establishments like Lupita's Mexican Kitchen. If you find yourself in Pensacola, Florida and craving Mexican food, Lupita's Mexican Kitchen is a great place to head for. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lupita's Mexican Kitchen and I will give it five stars overall.
