I paid a 500,000 clp deposit when we picked up the car. We brought the car back, was told everything was fine and that the deposit would be reimbursed in a couple of days. It has now been 4.5 months. I have contacted them multiple times, and all they have told me is to contact my bank. My bank has no record of a reimbursement. I am now having to start a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back. read more

DON'T EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Rented a car from this company as well as the snow chains as I was going to the mountains, when I tried to use the chains I noticed it was broken and at the same time the police, which was right next to me, told me that the chains were not suited for my car as it was too light, so I had to rent another one which cost 200USD for 5 days as I was in a the middle of the mountain. Besides that the TAG they gave me would not work most of the times. Worst car rental company ever. read more

I would have to say that out of everywhere I have ever been this place would have to have THE WORST service EVER! They are excruciatingly slow, everything seems completely disorganised. Our car wouldn't start and so our trip was cut short as we had to come back to the city on the back of a tow truck, no apology given, no compassion what so ever, no discount, no NOTHING. Oh and I forgot to mention, there was only 1 bar of fuel in the car when we picked it up. Look, it's cheap, and I guess you get what you pay for. But if you don't mind spending a little extra for a more reputable company then I'd highly recommend it! read more

I had a reservation made online directly with Chilean rental car. I arrived on Dec 31st 2014 at 10:30am as reserved. There was no car available. For an unknown reason they had decided I had cancelled my booking: nonsense! Then the service agent tried saying it was my fault that maybe I had "accidentally pressed cancel". Idiot. My husband and I rented a car for 4 days while in Santiago. Their online booking process was easy and allowed me to book all of the extras we needed. Their staff at both the airport location and downtown location were very nice and helped get us in and out quickly. They made the process easy and painless. This was by far the worst rental car experience I have had. They were not clear on what insurance was included in the car agreement and I was left under the impression that I had a full coverage policy. We were robbed of all our belongings and the car broken into during this trip. When we went to return the car, Jose told us we could return the car early since we had nothing but the clothes on our backs, and were able to fly out the next day. We were told we would be charged only for the days used, and we would receive a refund for the full remainder of the days. This did not happen, when we arrived to return the car, Jose was gone, and the other employee not only did not refund us, but raised our rate and showed me a paper that our rate had been raised with a contract they printed before we arrived with no signatures from us. I am disputing this entire charge on my card, but I would not recommend this rental car company to anyone. read more

The store is conveniently located at the heart of the Bellavista district, near hotels and restaurants. I made the reservation through their website, and everything worked as stated there (I took the time to read everything online). The cars looked pretty new, and the rental rates were the best in town. I rented a medium sedan, that turned to be very economic and confortable. Consider adding GPS (something around $6 a day). It was very usefull and gave me confidence to drive through the streets of Santiago. read more

DONT NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! We Rented a car from the Santiago airport. A representative checked over the car with us when first renting the car and showed where tools and the spare tire was. When returning the car we were asked if we used the spare tire because there was less air in the tire. We let the workers know that we did not. They continued to accuse us of making the spare tired flat. They said that we should have checked the pressure of the spare tire and the tools used to change a tired before taking the car. When we explained we didn't know that we would have to check the tire pressure and that we assumed everything in the car is functioning properly if they are renting it out. Then they said there were three stab marks in the spare tire. Why would a costumer stab their own spare tire? DONT NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They know people wouldn't check the spare tire so they use that as a way to get more money out of customers. read more
