If zero stars was an option, I would have selected it. Went there on Veterans Day. I've been eating the Veterans Day meal for over 10 years in addiction chilis used to be my go to. I will admit I haven't been to chilis since moving to Atlanta. I was greeted by the hostess and was sat immediately. The waitress came over took my order . Everything was good until I got my food. I don't know if chilis changed their recipe of the chicken crispers but they were terrible. They did not have the panko breading. They were more like McDonalds tenders. And the broccoli was cooked in the microwave and thrown on my plate. No seasoning, no butter. They could have kept the free meal. I would have rather paid for some else. I can't tell if they are understaffed because I saw a lot of workers but our server would never show up unless we hunted her down and kept forgetting basic stuff such as napkins even after being asked 2 times for them. This Chili's is in a great location. The airport is about 5 minutes north of it. I ordered The Cajun Chicken Pasta. The pasta was good, however the chicken was dried out. I guess the cook left it in the microwave too long. It was like some Thanksgiving food that you take home from one of your relatives house and warm it up and leave it in too long. It was just down right tough. Other then that, I probably would have gave more stars. The lady at the to go counter was nice and she appreciated the tip I gave her. The service was great. We received lots of attention from our server Maya ("as in Angelou") who explained the degrees of hotness for every dish we inquired about. Ask for her or Kennedy, who refilled our chips. The chips were on point - thin, hot and crispy! My Margarita Chicken didn't look like the picture on the menu, but it was delicious. The plain chicken crispers weren't really seasoned (perfect if you are on a low salt diet), but were cooked well and tasted good with dipping sauce. If I could give this place zero stars I would do so without a doubt. Door Dash had a promo in conjunction with Chilis giving out a free Old Timers Burger. I never am able to get anything free so I was geeked when this deal actually worked. I ordered the burger well done with lettuce and onion on the burger and mayo and pickles on the side. The burger was well done however under it was maybe 2 strings of lettuce and one ring of onion. Really Chilis? Is this how we doing it? Are you doing this just because it was free? Checked in with a party of 5 2/15/25 at 4:25 and was told it would be a 30min wait. We were seated an hour later at a 4 person booth and requested to be moved to a larger table. We ordered drinks and our meals immediately once we were seated. Other parties, who were seated after us received their food before us. Upon arriving and being seated, I was extremely skeptical of dining in but, you could see how the social distancing was put into place. They had tables marked off with tape to let ppl know that no one could sit at those tables which was a good thing. After we were seated, it took a while before the waiter came. After reading the reviews, I decided to still give this place a try. It was a Friday dinner date with my 2 yo son. My go-to restaurants had extremely large wait times because it was graduation night and Mother's Day weekend. The reviews said that they're often out of items, so I asked the hostess if they were out of anything. She said no and that they had everything. The place was empty and there was still a 25 minute wait. When I finally got to my seat, I asked the waitress why they were closing early and she said they were out of a lot of stuff. The diners behind me were complaining that they waited too long for their food and they needed to go. I ordered apple juice for my 2 yo. The waitress brought a bottle of apple juice, no straw or cup. No utensils. No water. My son ordered broccoli and fries. I ordered fajitas. For the most part they were good. They need to do better. I came 03/02/2025 at around 5:30, I was told it was going to be a 35 minute wait which I didn't have a problem with. We were sat approximately 45 minutes later. The server was okay , she explained they was out of the burger bites, mozzarella sticks and Mac n cheese, we came for the triple dipper and those items were basically what I wanted so I had to change to the ultimate pasta. I ordered my 3 children kids meals with lemonade the server charged us for 3 adult lemonade stating that she thought that I wanted them to have the big lemonade but the kids menu clearly said that the kids meals was served with an entree, side and a drink so I don't know how she figured that. So anyways the kids meals come out along with my pasta and my boyfriend's sizzling trio. My pasta was ICE COLD! It tasted like they didn't even cook it. (My kid's food and boyfriend food was hot) I sent the food back and just requested a shrimp pasta instead which she still try to charge me for the ultimate pasta (shrimp pasta 16.99 , ultimate pasta 20.99) the second time it came out it still was cold, I just packed it up in a Togo box and decided to leave since my whole family had already ate,she did not seem knowledgeable at all of anything. We had dirty glasses we switched to plastic cups and I'm pretty sure they just poured the water from the dirty glass into the plastic cup because the water taste like it came from the sink.
