Just don't go or order from here. I try to give chances and be understanding of the worker shortage, but this has to be one of the worst restaurants around. The hostess always lies about your wait time saying it will be 15/20 minutes when it ends up being 60+ (which other servers will tell you, just not the hostess). The wait list feature is useless on the app and they randomly turn it on/off. The amount of time you must wait at your table for your server is ridiculous (15+ minutes just to get your first set of beverages). The food quality has plummeted. I used to be able to rely on take out since, well, they didn't have to do anything except cook the food (so there should be no issues right?). However, even that is ruined now. I ordered only their Molten lava cake as a treat for having a bad week, turns out it was the "cherry on top" of by bad week instead. When I got home I noticed the cake itself was incredibly watery and mushy. Keep in mind, this cake had not sat out for longer than any other time I've ordered this dessert. All the other times the cake remained firm and, at most, the icecream was slightly melted from the drive. Not this time. I tried to move the cake to a plate so I could heat it up, it fell apart because it was so water and mushy. It did not have the right color either, it looked like a lighter brown vs the deep, chocolate brown it should. I tried a bite and it tasted... wrong. It did not taste choco lately but almost like a granola type taste? I believe it was expired. The icecream did not even look right, but at least that tasted decent. I did try eating the dessert, but I had to stop after a few bites as it was beginning to hurt my stomach. This was a complete waste of $10. I know it is easy to overlook bad reviews and go places, but please do not go to this restaurant. Go to the red robins down the street (they're great 80% of the time!) or anywhere else. I have never had so many bad experiences with a restaurant. Coming here is a waste of time and money, so please consider going elsewhere. read more

Short-staffed but still amazing! Despite being severely short-staffed, the service and food were probably the best we've had at any establishment during and post-COVID! I recommend taking advantage of the wait list option and bring some patience with you. In return you get a great meal served pretty quickly considering, and service with a great attitude, positive mood, and smile plus great food! Food was okay even though I said plain and still had onions on my burger. My problem is the drinks I ordered a margarita and it had waaaay to much sour mix in it, so much it burns the back of my throat. Then I sent it back and she basically made the same drink for me no tequila, told her less sour mix and got basically the same amount as last time. lol and I work across the street from this place and my drinks are always made right regardless of the fact that I work there. Probably the worst experience I've had at a Chili's. It took an hour for our food to come out and we saw our waiter twice. He was nice, but just never around. I try to be very forgiving to wait staff, but the restaurant was not busy at all. When my husband's food came out it was wrong & took another 20 minutes to remake. Our appetizer never came out, so we ended up canceling it. When the food finally came out, it was pretty good. Eventually, the manager took 15% off our bill, but it just shouldn't have gotten to this point. It was also freezing cold so my food got cold really quick. After reading the reviews here, I was hesitant to dine at this location. However it was my little sisters decision so we went went around 5:45pm on Friday with a group of 9. We were sat at a table promptly, maybe waited 5mins. First of all out waitress was amazing. She answered every question, took extra time with my mom how had lots of questions. She did not get distracted by the yelling teenage girls as they attempted to figure out their orders. The food came out fast, everything was cooked just as we asked. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the food but I got a bacon burger, several people got pasta and the others got Fajitas. One of the most disappointing experiences ever - If I could give zero stars I would. I have had a good experience at other Chili's, but this was terrible. Came by this location before a concert - very close to our hotel and basically on the way to the PNC Pavilion. We were seated promptly, in the bar, as it was pretty early. Waitress was kind enough, but super slow because she seemed to be the only server available. She took our order, brought out 2 glasses of water with black specs suspended in the water- YUCK!!! Asked for replacements, which she provided in time. My Buffalo Chicken sandwich tasted like fried shoe leather, basically uneatable. Fries were stone cold. I am very sad to say that my experience at this location was absolutely horrible. Why was it horrible? Customer Service ! I took my daughter out for dinner to this place, walked in to be seated, and was told by the male hostess that our wait time was going to be 30 mins. The Restaurant had a good amount of people inside of the establishment along with some people waiting in their cars who were also waiting to be seated, so I thought 30 minutes was reasonable. My phone number was taken down, and I was told that I would receive a text message when our table was ready. While waiting for the text, I noticed that the time that I was quoted was pass the 30 minutes timeframe that I was given; therefore, my daughter and I went back into the establishment after waiting in my car to be notified. Came here around 7pm on a Tuesday night when there weren't really too many people there for service, which made it seem promising, but things seemed to get worse as we stayed there. Service was okay in the beginning, but then it took about an hour and a half to receive our salads (which were in the smallest bowls ever, like, one size above the little ramikan dishes they put your salad dressing in), and it took another half hour to receive the rest of our food. All of us got burgers, so we really weren't expecting it to take very long. Additionally, when they brought out the food, they mixed up the bean burger with the regular one. My friend who has been a vegetarian for 4 years accidentally ate meat!! She had to spit it out. Then, after all of us were finished eating, it took about another 45 mins to an hour to find someone to give us to go boxes, and another hour to get a check and leave. I can't remember our server's name, partly because she was never there, but we were sitting in the front glasshouse area. As someone who used to work in a restaurant, I am always EXTREMELY forgiving when it comes to restaurant service. I can understand how difficult it can be when you get double or triple sat, or when the kitchen is slow and can't get food out, or when your side work is getting in the way and you're having a hard time catching up. However, the lack of people in the restaurant, and the simplicity of our orders make it hard for me to believe that any of that applied here. Either way, I'm still giving it three stars because the food was really good (my caesar salad the size of my thumb and my special sauce burger). Otherwise, I would only give it two stars. read more

I knew what I was getting into coming here. I honestly have not been to Chili's in years because of my last experience but I went with someone else who suggested it so I gave it a shot. Never again. Walking in, the place did not look clean. The floors were dirty and looked sticky. We were originally seated next to the kitchen where waitress would place dirty dishes right next to the table so we asked to be moved to the bar area specifically to be able to watch the game too and they moved us willingly. Once we got moved we didn't receive service for a long time. Everyone walked passed us without asking for drinks or anything.
