This Chili's has really nice decor inside. Maybe it's because I haven't been to Chili's much in the past few years that I'm not up to date on the design changes! Nonetheless - this location is clean and very nice. Our server (forgive me I forgot his name!) was phenomenal. He was always right there to refill drinks, take our order and get anything that we needed. He was really good! This makes up such a big part of the overall experience. To start, we had the Trio Dip - we had the Beef Queso, Salsa, and Guacamole. All of the dips were really good! Their queso came out hot and was tasty. The chips were fresh and light. This was a great shareable app for four people! The Triple Dipper is another dish where you can select your components. The portion size is big! I would venture to say it's a shareable item! Their mozzarella sticks are a bit more like mozzarella logs - a big piece of cheese that is about double the width of your normal stick. The chicken tenders are a good size. The half rack of ribs was another solid choice. I was most suprised at how good the Mac 'n Cheese was! It was loose, creamy, and hot! It was a total winner! Overall odd experience. There were no prices on the drink menu. Everything else had a price, just not the bar drinks. The food was passable. Oddly, there wasn't any salt or pepper on the table, although the server gave us some after our food came. We wanted some vinegar for the salad because all the dressings had a tangy mayo overtone. Service was not good, the food was lukewarm when it came to the table, and once we got home we had food poisoning. Threw up all night and felt horribly nauseous the next morning. This place was an entire joke. I have never been this shocked with how bad a Chili's experience was. My mother had an allergic reaction due to chopped raw onions in her sandwich when she specifically asked for none. They tried to tell us they could make ZERO substitutions in Big QP which I've never encountered at any other location so we had to pay an extra 2$ for lettuce alone. This place was just an entire mess, and probably the worst Chili's I've ever been to. The absolute only saving grace was our server, but everything else was a joke. Got Shrimp Cajun Pasta delivered to my house. Due to food allergy we told them to not add the Cajun to the shrimp (the detail receipt says 86 Cajun Spice right on it!). On top of it i ordered a watermelon lemonade, turned out to be regular lemonade. Ordered through Chills website. Order was originally 36 bucks. I ended up having to pay 50 buck due to thuer insane delivery fee, added taxes, and tip. They use doordash to deliver. The women's restroom was flooded. They said there was a leaked. After they mopped it up the flooding was worse. It just smeared the water everywhere. I have never wrote a review in my life but this was absolutely the worst experience me and my friends could have had. We are all here for the 4th of July just trying to go out for dinner and first off the service was terrible we were there for 2 hours and waited for our food as we were all starving after a long day out on the lake. Then after we finally got our food these two girl hosts come up to me and my friends and looks at one of the girls that was wearing a 2 piece outfit that her stomach was showing a little in and ask if she's wearing a shirt and complains about her outfit threatening to kick us out. We had two appetizers, a burger, grilled cheese and a Buffalo chicken salad....all of it was awesome. Yesterday was hot as....well you get it and this was a welcome oasis. I haven't been to Chile in more than 10 years. I really didn't want to go there, but there are not many options in Havasu, especially to accommodate a large party. The waitress was friendly and nice. She seem like a hard worker and enjoyed her job. I ordered the beef/shrimp fajitas. I asked for corn tortillas and I ended up getting flour. It wasn't a big deal, but my fajitas were not sizzling, they were just warm. My sister-in-law ordered fajitas also and hers were sizzling and super hot. They were quite tasty, but would have been much better. I just couldn't finish eating it because it wasn't hot. (Didn't get a pic) My daughter got the chicken crispers and the honey chipotle glaze and they put way too much sauce on it. I guess she should have got it on the side but didn't know how much would be on each piece. My other daughter got the crispy chicken, Caesar salad. She said it was good, but there was way too much salad dressing on it. The avocados also looked brown and not fresh. She only finished half of it. I used to eat at Chili's once or twice a week. I always ate the chicken Cezar salad. Sad news they no longer make that. I tried another salad, no thanks. Today I had a Southwestern salad, had to omit the pick and Cilantro since I'm allergic to that. What I got was salad that was not praise worthy, two crappy and I repeat crappy little pieces of chicken. I left hungry, came home and at a muffin. The only reason I gave this meal two stars was because of my server Andy, short of Andrea. She, like all the servers I ha d there, was terrific, hope you can keep her. Some really good deals on the "3 for Me" menu for $10.99 which is a huge bargain these days- Upgrade to the Dip Trio for $2,49! The food was good and we left stuffed!! I think the best part was the friendly service! We went back twice in two weeks and had great service both times.
