Came here after church on Sunday and it was pretty packed but the service and food were amazing! Gia was so nice and attentive. Food came out really quick and quality was good. Met some friends for a movie nite and decided to visit Chili's for a bite to eat. I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. Talking about delicious, it was the bomb salad I always enjoy. If you haven't tried it make a special trip to wake up your taste buds like never before. Service was kinda slow but well worth the wait. The GUYS never got refills on their beverages, but the ladies did, AND the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla had a couple pieces that had no chicken and couple others that had no bacon. When we were packing up to leave, we asked the hostess and one of the busboys for a small container....10 minutes later we got our own container, and then we were treated like criminals for grabbing our own container. I've been patronizing this business for a number of years, but the last time I went in there, I had a really bad experience with one of their waitresses, and I will never go here again, even after someone overdose and died in the bathroom I still came to this restaurant because some of the servers there are excellent, but the manager Robert is a slimeball and I wouldn't suggest anyone patronizing this business. They don't appreciate or value their long-term customers that has patronized their business for years and paid for people food. They came in and could not afford it. WOW....This Chili's currently has 441 reviews with an average of 2 stars. That is certainly NOT my experience here! I have been to this Chili's restaurant dozens of times over the last several years and I have NEVER had a 1-star or a 2-star experience here. That being said, I have also never had a 5-star experience here either though. All of my visits here have been worthy of 3- or 4-stars, with the vast majority of them being 4-star experiences, which is very good in my opinion. My family and I have had a lot of wonderful experiences here at this Chili's, and good times were made more enjoyable by celebrating them here. I have taken my family here numerous times, for a nice dinner after a movie, celebrating Mothers' Day with the mothers in my life, celebrating several birthdays, and quite often for celebrating the completion of a major accomplishment of one of my children. They have all been wonderful experiences and Chili's always made a good time even better for me and my family. Unlike the majority of the other reviews posted for this Chili's, I have to give this business a very good (4-star) rating for consistently providing great food, good service, and an inviting ambiance. I would give zero stars if I could. M a very honest reviewer. I had the worst service here. I had a party of about 15 people to celebrate my son's baptism. Jessica was touching her phone and holding it over the people at the table to show them pictures. She is an ex of someone we used to know. I asked her to please take her phone away because that's dirty. She said, "I'm the manager. Who are you going to complain to?" I honestly just am disgusted by the whole experience. We don't have anything against anyone speaking a different language than us. I am Filipino and English is my second language, so you can't accuse me of being racist. But if you're going to hire someone to work in a restaurant in the great US of A, they need to know how to speak English. Were we mistaken as a Hispanic speaking family, maybe? But it doesn't matter!
