I'm disappointed. Staffing The place was early understaffed. They only had people sitting at about 15 tables in the whole restaurant which has easily 30. Food took a while to come out. And disappointed the children's food didn't come out faster. How hard is it to make kraft Mac n cheese? Also I ordered manderine oranges and they brought out half a sliced orange. Don't know if they know this but those aren't the same. Being seated When we were waiting to be seated and were standing right next to the gal as she grabbed the menus and asked us about children's menus we said yes we will need x number. She proceeded not to grab any and seated us. I had to get up and request them again. Food Food was below par. Several people at my table inuding me got corn on the cob. Every one of us agreed each of the cobs were over cooked and had a texture as if they had been frozen and just thawed out. Soggy, nasty corn. I also got the loaded mashed potatoes which tasted as though they had taken regular mashed potatoes and added a loaded baked potato soup seasoning package and mixed them together. Nasty Don't charge me $20 for a meal that you know if lacking in quality. In all they are clearly cutting corners. We won't be back until I hear of improvements. read more

Wouldn't normally review a chilis to be honest but this place surprised me! Ordered a bbq burger with a black bean patty because I like all the other ingredients on a bbq burger. The kitchen came out to confirm my order to make sure they got it the way I wanted because the traditional bbq burger is a double patty and $16. That was awesome never had kitchen come check on how I want my order like that, especially at a chilis! The Caesar had that crappy Caesar dressing that tastes fishy, and they definitely drenched the whole salad in dressing so it was swimming. BUT kudos at least for bringing me a pretty large salad for just a side substituted for fries. Captains castaway was generous size and pour, and yummy :) Margs are smaller and less alcohol. Street corn was fireeee. No wait for seating at 6 pm on a Thursday. Didn't get any sort of itemization on the receipt and no one offered us a paper or email receipt which sucks because I have no idea from the menu what my drink or burger cost... but 2 meals and 2 drinks ended up being only $51, so, it couldn't have been too bad. I really have tried to give this location a chance. From the start our experience was just crap. The host was not friendly. The server was so rude and actually refused service at one point and we had to ask for another server. We didn't do anything and later found out it was because he was about to be off and was asked to pick up our table and was mad. The manager looked like he hadn't showered in days, clothes were wrinkled and filthy. He was rude when he approached table as if we were the issue. The food was just microwaved and left sitting in the window for a long time because it was crusty. The excuse was Covid but I call BS. It takes nothing to be kind and we did not deserve the treatment we received. If this had been an isolated event I would of shrugged it off to bad staffing but this happens more often than not. Five minutes prior to us leaving (walking out) - the guy who seated us re-assured that a server will come and take our orders (but didn't offer any drinks) He also stated that DUE TO A TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES thats why our server hasn't entertained us. @8:45pm - we decided to just leave and still nobody even bothered to ask us why are we leaving. Well it started with the appetizer. The chips were crumbs then there was no silverware there were no plates for the appetizer. The food came out in pieces and my soup I waited almost the end of our meal before they realized I hadn't got my soup. They were out of mashed potatoes then halfway through the meal they let us know they were out of asparagus. Waitress took a very long time to even come check on us and see if we need anything else. They forgot a couple of items that went with our food including corn on the cob for my daughters plate and mandarin oranges for my baby girls plate. They did not honor my reservation. I called at 12:41pm the day of my sons high school graduation. I asked if they were taking reservations for that evening. I asked for an 8:30 pm reservation and at first the gentleman on the phone was a little lost. He then asked for help and took my information. At the end of the phone call I felt he understood my request because he confirmed the time and called me by the name I put the reservation under. It sounded like a done deal. When we got to the restaurant we went to check in and there was no hostess their. The lady who did walk up there immediately apologized and said they didn't have my reservation. She explained that it was the second reservation of the evening that wasn't recorded in there iPad. She then apologized and turned us away. I'm guess I should note they have remodeled since I was last there. But by the conversation with the manager who helped me... they must be understaffed and I wouldn't have the confidence they have good service anymore. I will confess I wasn't looking forward to prepared frozen food, but it was requested by my graduate and I truly wish they could've honored his request. It's a shame really. They used to care. We waited 45 minutes for a table in a restaurant that was not even busy. When we were finally seated we needed another 40 minutes for appetizer to be brought out. But nothing showed up we got the manager and he said he told the waitress they were out of the appetizer we ordered but she never said anything to us. Then we move on to dinner sandwiches came cooked wrong and french fries ice cold. Not to mention you sat in the middle of filth almost every table was covered with leftover food and cups and plates in previous diners. I never thought I'd ever hate Chili's but here we are. I went yesterday because I was heavily craving Southwestern Egg rolls, really excited but I have been throwing up since we left yesterday. We ordered a BBQ brisket burger and the Bacon Rancher and they were absolutely disgusting. We couldn't get through half of it before I started feeling a type of way. I've been paying the price for it since. I can't believe I actually got food poisoning from you guys. Luckily, it's me and not my pregnant wife. Service was fast quick, friendly, but man, do NOT go here. I'm not one to leave reviews on restaurants but after the way I'm feeling, I feel people should know what they're getting into. Also, cherry on top, as I'm leaving already disgusted and not feeling good, I use the restroom and someone puked in the sink and it wasn't cleaned, which prompted me to throw up in the toilet. With one triple dipper and two burgers no alcohol, the total came out to $70. So not only are you paying top dollar, you're gonna be having top food poisoning as well. Wow! I was blown away. Here is what happened: My friends and I wanted to eat lunch together at 11:45 am on a Sunday, New Years Day. I didn't really want to go, but one of my friends said they had $10 lunch specials so I went. Based on a previous experience at a Chili's I was not expecting much. However, when we walked in, the dining room was very comfortable and not overcrowded. We were warmly greeted by our waiter, Roy. He was very friendly and helpful despite our indecisiveness and many questions. Once we decided what to order our food arrived promptly. Our orders were complicated and Roy remained very kind throughout our stay. I chose the "3 for Me." I ordered, a Coke Zero, baked potato soup, and the Chili's Secret Sauce Burger for about $11 plus tax and tip. Very reasonable and saved me from buying the typical restaurant beverage for $3.50 or more. When the food came, I was very pleased. When I bit into the burger I was thrilled to taste that it had been cooked and prepared just moments before. Probably the best burger I have had in years. Also the flavors were wonderful!! I would not hesitate to return. I can see that not every review over the past few years has been positive. If our experience is any indication, Chili's is back!!! read more

Really impressed with tonight's meal. All the staff was friendly, and really on point My meal was fantastic. I got the sirloin 10 oz on the 2 for $25 and it was so good. I didn't expect much being that it was a sirloin (medium) but man whoever is back there did amazing tonight. No steak sauce but honestly it was still so good. The food took a bit but they managed to get our appetizer and my sons kid meal out fast. (I really appreciate that) Also they were out of steak sauce and lemonade and strawberry purée. I never really write reviews unless I am extremely pleased or extremely pissed off with a business. I guess from the forced one star, you as the reader can tell this is a review of the latter. We were seated pretty quickly at a section where I believe the waiter is also the bartender. So our waiter took our drink orders and food orders and everything came back pretty quickly. After that everything went downhill. My mom, who has chosen not eat meat for over three years now, ordered nachos without chicken or steak. The nachos came out with chicken on them. When we explained this to our waiter, he wasn't at all apologetic and just brushed it off. All our food as a whole was meh, some things better than others. Our waiter never came back to offers us more drinks or refills or check on how our meal was going. He only came back to give us our check, which then we had another problem with. We had multiple items that we never ordered on our check and again when we brought this up to our waiter, he nonchalantly brushed it off without apology again. We decided to speak with the manager, who when I approached him and asked if he was the manager, he said, "Yeah, What's up. I'm one of them". Okay. We let him know that we weren't happy with our service and about the problems with the check. He also had a nonchalant approach to our comments and had to fix our check three times total until it was correct. I understand restaurants get busy and hectic, but our waiter and the manager seemed like they didn't really care about the horrible service we had and did not apologize at all. Then go home and open my food to find both of my trays of wings to have the ranch not closed and spilt all over the bottom of the tray making everything way soggy. I went to this Chili's location on 11-11-21, Veteran's Day and sat at the bar at 5:00 pm. There were less than half the seats taken. I waited 15 min for water and another 30 min for my meal (I'm a veteran). While I waited, I witnessed quite obnoxious behavior on the part of the bartender. An older gentleman (also a veteran) next to me inquired as to why his meal was so late. The bartender replied he was busy but he would check. Five min later, the bartender brought his meal out in a to-go box. When my neighbor asked why his meal was in a to-go box, he was told they were really busy and that he shouldn't complain, because he was getting a free meal. Unacceptable, Chili's!!! Manager, you should reprimand this bartender. If this is a reflection of Chili's attitude, I certainly won't be back - ever. This vet doesn't need your food. read more

I haven't been to this location in over 2 years, and it's usually lunch, so we decided to try it fir happy hour. It was on a Wednesday. We sat in the bar area. the bartender is your server, so they have to leave the bar to serve you at the booths and tables. It wasn't crowded yet. 1st, I ordered a split of champagne. It's delivered in a red wine glass. I wasctold they don't have flutes or use them in Chili's. Then why offer it. The glass matters. If you religiously drink champagne like me, then you will understand the problem. I sent that back, and I ordered some fancy margarita, which was delicious. We both ordered the smokehouse platter. The food was just bad. Ribs, brisket Quesadilla, and Chicken crisp were completely over cooked, and not hot. Who ruins a chicken finger? I was only able to eat the curly fries, bread, and quesadilla. I wish the quesadilla was an entre. I tried to find a tender rib but failed. The potatoes were cold. We didn't send the food back because the table next to us kept returning food and called the manager, and we didn't want to be that couple. We felt bad for the servers, too they were running around like crazy. The service itself was good, but They need to pay attention to the cooking and keep track of the complaints regarding the food coming out of that kitchen. So they're only getting 3 stars because my wings were good. My to go bill came to $18.00 with a 15-20 mins wait time. Now I'm waiting out front for about 20mins to have everything come out hot. I get my food looking at my bag I'm like everything fix in those small foam containers? Ok, this doesn't seem right but maybe it something new. I pull off go to eat a fry! Why does my fry taste like it's been sitting under the heat lamps from 1pm this afternoon. They were cold and dry. My $4.00 side salad looks like my Rottweiler put it together and not an oz of cheese on it. Just all around bad. So I believe in second chance. I haven't eaten all day and I don't want fast food. I decided to order from Chili's because it not to far from my house. I complete my order online and it say it will be ready at 6:24-6:29. I pull up about 6:12 and my order is coming out at 6:18, I'm like dang that was fast. Now, I'm driving off and I just happen to touch the top of the bag and I'm like this doesn't feel hot. I get home thinking I'm about to just eat and pop the top of my Cajun Shrimp Pasta and ounce of condensation or steam is on cover or coming out. So, I'm like I don't care I'm starving. I could eat a horse cold right now. I took one bite and was like what the hockey sticks. The sauce was watery and no flavor(the flavor that was on there was the Cajun seasoning used as garnish that was all the half cook shrimps that made those salty). Pasta is supposed to be cooked al dente, it was extremely soft. If I wanted to take this to work tomorrow I couldn't. Now the the wings, no where does it say " the wings are smoked, air fried or baked" because they sure as hockey sticks weren't deep fried. In the picture they look deep fried. Now I wouldn't care as much if the skin was not rubbery and the meat hard you couldn't even pull it way from the bone.(Possibly hard because it was done!) I should of went to Applebee's. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers and waffles through door dash and had my fries dumped on top of my food. Super awesome to receive like that, really cherry on the cake to the day. I'm sorry if y'all ran out of boxes or were just feeling too tired to put fries in a separate container, I'm so sorry to have ordered and bothered y'all. First off I love Chili's generally. Ive been to many Chili's all over the country.The wife and I can go eat and drink on happy hour for a few hours and it's never really over $60. The last couple times we've been to this particular location has been a nightmare! Long waits for more drinks, I have to order 2 beers at a time because they're so slow. And recently we've gone in and even though the restaurant is pretty empty, they've told us there is around an hour wait or longer because they're short staffed. So needless to say we've been going to Applebees across the street! Way better, faster service with far less drama. On another note we do like Diego if he's still there. Apparently this specific restaurant works on a "team" basis and doesn't have a specified server for a section so be wary that you won't have anyone checking on your table.
