Margarita Grilled Chicken

Parking lot was full at 530pm. We were greeted at the host stand and told we were not able to sit in the bar area despite it being only half full saying they "rotate" bar tables. So I guess we were one table out of that rotation - a truly ridiculous eye roll moment. Fine, we relented and were sat in a huge booth with bright lights shining directly down on you like you were being spotlighted on a stage. The waitress had no idea what beers they offered. She came once bringing drinks in a chipped plastic beer mug and we never saw her again until she collected the money for the bill. The food was typical chain food. Bland pico, beyond salty chopped mushrooms, cheap rubbery chicken, overcooked and over seasoned broccoli with burnt ends. Bleck. Just say no to chains.

Came here while in town for a quick dinner with my mom. We had the southwest egg rolls, Nashville hot mozz logs and honey chipotle crispers. Everybody loves a triple dipper, right! The food was hot & fresh!! Our server was amazing! We sat near the bar area and it was pretty busy for a Monday. Our server did a really good job navigating it all. The ambiance is laid back and there are TV to watch your fav teams play!

Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla.

Terrible food. Absolutely garbage. I don't know who made this but they should know, I wouldn't feed this to my dog. The chicken tasted like the freezer and the presentation was terrible. Also, what is with the one spoonful of sour cream? I mean come on! The ONLY saving grace was the waitress who said, "yeah that station has been messing up all night." Lot of people looking for a job right now. Y'all sure you hired the right people?

My wife and I went here last night just after 10 pm. When you enter, you are in the middle of the restaurant. To the left, there was one long table with about 20 people. The rest of that side was closed. To the right is a partial wall and the bar with a few tables and booths. That side was open. When we entered, the hostess was sitting at a table directly to the rear of the restaurant. She saw us, got up, and came to seat us. I asked if we could have a booth. She looked around, sighed, and said, "Is a table ok?" I replied."Do we have a choice?" Both of those statements are verbatim. At this point, she seemed confused and frustrated. She looked around (I'm still not sure at what) and said something to the effect of they only had one server so no booths are available. I said a table would be fine then. As we turned right, facing the bar area, just on the other side of the wall were four booths. the bar was past them facing us along the end of the building. Between the booths and bar were a few tables. Two of the four booths were occupied. The other two were piled with dirty dishes from previous guests. I do not think anyone was in the center tables. To the right, along the front of the restaurant, were three (or four) tables, one was occupied but left as we got there. So, to recap, there were 2 booths and a table occupied. The other two booths were not yet cleaned, and all the other tables were empty. Let's be fair and say there was another table with people that I didn't notice, so of the entire empty space, 2 booths and 2 tables had people. We were seated in the front corner at a small table (see photo). We sat with our backs to the wall, so the front of the building was to our left, bar was to our right, and we we looking towards the middle of the restaurant and that table of 20 people on the other side. We quickly decided what to order and waited to be acknowledged. And waited. And waited. The waitress went to one of the booths and took away some dirty dishes. We waited some more. Then, a family of 4 came in and sat at the table by us. Because of how we were seated, we were looking at their table. Within a few seconds (yes, seconds), the waitress took their drink order and went to get their drinks. We never got acknowledged. My wife and I looked at each other and left. Absolutely pathetic all the way around.

I know this may sound a little biased, but I have always loved Chili's. Was craving for some burgers so, I got the traditional burger and my partner got the black bean burger with Santa Fe sauce which was spicy according to him. The food is good as usual. Been coming to Chili's since I was 12. Highly recommend.

Sadly I won't be EATing at chili's anymore.. strictly the bar for me. I had an appetizer only! & before I could even pay... I started getting heart burn. Concerned, so I went to the restroom and YUP threw up my entire sampler! I couldn't believe it bc it didn't taste bad, or maybe I was just really hungry. idk. I returned to my table, told my server, whose response was "i don't eat here bc I see how the food is prepped" she then got her manager Anthony whose demeanor clearly implied I was just saying this for a 'free appetizer' or something. He refused to accommodate and didn't bring the "meds" he condescendingly offered me. Horrible hospitality on his part. my server was great. attentive and quick. She had a better attitude than her manager. Give her a raise.

Salmon with rice and broccoli.

I was working in the area and ended up at this Chili's next to my hotel. Arrived around 8 pm for dinner. Decided to order the salmon with rice and broccoli. The service was good and quick. I was seated immediately and served quickly. The salmon was flakey, rice was good and broccoli tasty. Also ordered flavored tea and chips and salsa. The salmon was covered with a nice spicy sauce.

Pasta was served cold and very dry

When I arrived I was informed they do not reserve tables. And what appeared to be high school kids running the place. Sketchy but, typical!

Absolutely amazing!…read more Recommended by a local and we loved it! Upon arriving we noticed the beautifully designed exterior and interior as well. This place is full of details. After being seated we began to look over the menu and immediately noticed that prices. Being from out of town we were surprised to see the food reasonably priced. We even made the joke that back at home the prices would be double. Waiter was kind and attentive to our table. We ordered and food didn't take long to arrive. Another surprising thing were the food portions! They definitely know how to serve a meal. Everything was delicious! We left satisfied and wish we lived closer to come more often, but we definitely will be back when in town again. If you're in the area I highly recommend you give this place a try!

A place that comes recommended and stays this busy sets a certain expectation. Not perfection, but…read moreat least a level of care that shows up on the plate. Walking in, it felt like that expectation might be met. The room was full, the space was well put together, and the staff was handling the pace without any issues. The food didn't land there. **FOOD** We had a mix across the table. One of my kids ordered a taco salad with ground beef. Another went with the nachos. I had the chicken chimichanga with rice and beans, and my wife ordered the birria quesatacos. The taco salad showed the first problem. The ground beef came out loose and wet, almost soupy, and it never recovered from that. It threw off the entire dish and made it hard to get through. The chimichanga followed the same pattern. It looked right, but there was no real flavor behind it. It ate heavy without any balance. The rice didn't add anything, and the beans stood out for the wrong reasons. Very dark, pasty, and carrying a harsh flavor that lingered. That's a basic side, and it shouldn't be that far off. The nachos came out already soft. Not slightly softened from toppings, but fully soggy. That's something that should never make it to the table that way. The birria quesatacos were the only thing that came close to landing. They were passable, but not something you'd come back for, and not close to the best version of that dish. Across the table, three out of four dishes missed, and the fourth didn't do enough to carry anything. Nothing felt deliberate. It all came across like it was rushed out without much attention to how it actually eats. **SERVICE** Service held steady, especially with how busy the restaurant was. The staff stayed attentive, drinks were handled quickly, and everything came out in a reasonable time. No issues there. **AMBIANCE** The space is well done. It's inviting, comfortable, and built to handle a full room without feeling chaotic. It gives the impression of a place that should be more dialed in than what showed up on the table. **CLOSING** This is a frustrating one. Everything around the food points in the right direction. The problem is the one thing that matters most doesn't follow through. When most of the table struggles to get through their food, that usually tells you everything you need to know. **RATINGS** Food: * Service: **** Ambiance: **** Overall: **/*** Personal Disclaimer: I value small, independent restaurants and want them to succeed. This review reflects a single visit and may not represent every experience. EVERY RESTAURANT IS WORTH TRYING FOR YOURSELF. Go, see what you get, and be honest in how you evaluate it. I've worked as an executive chef, restaurant manager, and owner. I tend to hold places to a higher standard. Execution matters. Freshness matters. Effort shows. Cutting corners usually does too.

Stopped in to this Mexican restaurant for dinner with my family plus the extended family (10…read moretotal). The parking lot was busy due to three restaurants in the same area but there was plenty of parking, despite some persons parking in completely ridiculous locations (like the fire lane). Upon entering, the hostess seated us at a large wooden table large enough for all of us. Our service was a team effort but all staff members were attentive and pleasant. Drinks remained full and due to the time it took to get our food (slow for a Mexican place) we ate way too many chips and salsa bc they kept bringing them. The business was busy but there was still room for persons walking in. They have both table and booth seating with Hispanic music playing overhead at a pleasant level. Our group ordered a wide array of food from quesadillas (shrimp and chicken), kids meals with soft tacos, nachos supreme, bowls, and tacos. I opted for the Patron taco special - 4 tacos with rice and beans (asada, Al pastor, carnitas and chicken). The portions were large and filling. A great meal for a group at a fair price.

The place had good reviews so with my tongue-in-cheek, I went in and ordered. Great food!! Very, very tasty; very professionally arranged menu. I opted for the Chef's Special paired with a margarita-Muy delicioso! Very, very good food. The local Virginians don't know how good they have it. Go in-you will come out very satisfied and figuring when you can return.
