Their steak is always perfectly cooked, medium rare, juicy most and packed with flavor. All of their meat options are absolutely delicious. We should have been out in under an hour, but we were there 2-1/2 hours. The food was good, so my only issue was with the poor service and their unwillingness to make a concession to compensate us.
